IQ Dental Supply is one of the best dental suppliers I have dealt with. During this pandemic I have noticed how difficult it was to get PPE from anywhere. I use to deal with another dental supplier and when it came down to getting what I needed in order to reopen my practice safely, they just couldn’t deliver. I found IQ by doing a Google search and I am thrilled that I came across them. I had no idea they were so close to my area either. I went ahead and ordered what I wanted online, and two days later I received my products. Some of my original products were not available so they instead, swapped them out for another product that I didn’t even know existed, which was comparable and less money than the original product I ordered. I will be doing business with them in the future.

Beware - the company does NOT sell to general public, BUT the site does not provide this info, does not ask for confirmation you are a dentist and accepts orders regardless even though they will not be processed. The site does not accurately indicate items that are out of stock. No answer to emails when you try to get the status of your order. Dismissive person on the phone claiming the info is on the site when it is clearly not. Same person speaking to you as if you are a bother. No way to treat anyone, much less paying customers. Glad that this company had been helpful to others - just sharing my experience. UPDATE: Despite reply from the owner - below - my prior review stands - i placed an order on 5/30 when, per owners letter below, there was NO info on their site that they do not work with general public. Good if it was fixed by mid June, but should have been there all along. On 06/02, I emailed this company at the only email listed on their site - NOT the email the owner is offering below as contact - NO reply ever....Not a good way to do business. Not listing correct contact email on the website, so that customers are actually able to get their questions answered without having to resort to Google reviews is not a good way to do business. Rude woman answering phones treating customers as if they are a bother - not a good way to do business. Lots of qualified people looking for work out there - no reason to have your company represented by a person who clearly considers it an inconvenience to do her job. No charges for products never received is NOT a great achievement - it is the STANDARD PRACTICE OF ANY GOOD BUSINESS - presenting it otherwise is not a good way to do business. If you get stock replenished continuously, then listing items as out of stock is unnecessary and confusing - if customers see it is out of stock, they will go elsewhere - not a good way to do business. Again very glad this company had been helful to others, but honestly sharing my experience.

Placed order for 4 boxes of face masks online on June 1, 2020. After waiting for a week with no shipment I called and spoke with Sherry regarding the shipment. She confirmed the order and said that the shipment will be made in the coming week. Not having received the shipment still I call on June 17 and speak with Sherry again. She says the order has been cancelled and asks if I am calling from a dental office. I tell her that I am ordering for my staff at a retail business but it’s not a dental office. She says that’s the reason why my order was canceled. I then ask why I was not told this last time we spoke and that I wasted waiting for the masks for 2 1/2weeks. She than abruptly hangs up the phone on me...totally unprofessionally.

Great products!!!!!!! Always consistent with pricing. Will use this dealer forever.

Interesting how the day after I log in with email and password to check an order, my email gets hacked along with an online account I have with a big box store which uses the same email and password as i used with iq dental... police report made.
