Nobody answers the phones anymore. I called the pharmacy the clerk said he had two patients and asked if I would hold. I did. I always enjoy going to Costco and especially one that is not my usual Costco. Lots of parking spaces, everything I was looking for (and more) was available. Fast checkout with the self checkout option.

I was shopping eye glasses at Costco. Came to my car to go home, noticed my front tire right passenger side was flat. I did not worry, since I was at Costco, and purchased the tires from Costco they were under warranty to be fixed. I draw my car to tire center waited 20 minutes to get some one talk to me. Then Waited another 2 hour 45 to get my flat tire to be repaired, which took 10 minutes to repair the flat tire. Asked them why it take so long time at your shop over 3 Hours and 05 minutes. Their reply was that need to MAKE appointment even for flat tire. I am disappointed with Costco tire repair policy, rules and service at Fairfield tire center. Very bad management, and rude tire workers. Also after complained to the technician he had audacity to enter time in on the paper work as 18:16. I can prove my Reciept from Costco the time took it in. They are liars as well. I hope the manager will take action, because I will escalated to the main office.

Costco... It seems like Im always there every payday and in between. Watch out for the Rotisserie Chicken as its always tend to be undercooked. Make sure you cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes before eating. From time to time you will see rack of ribs next to the chicken.... these are also undercooked. You will be fighting with the meat to get it off the bone, if youre lucky. I stop buying the rack of ribs because of it... not worth it. We are also members of SAMS Club and they know hot to cook the Rotisserie Chicken right with better flavor and the rack of ribs will fall off the bone. Still not the best ribs out there but its close to Texas Roadhouse good. Definitely needs improvement from Costco. Costco also tends to stop carrying the things that you buy... I guess thats the only way they introduce new items and have room for it. My visit yesterday at the tire center was interesting, I had an appointment for tire repair to remove a nail/screw and patch it up and I was charged $3.95. This is the first time I was charge for this type of repair. I normally bring in the car for tire rotation and balance... if they find a nail, they will fix it no charge. Something new? I purchased the tires from Costco and this is one of the reasons why I continue to do so. Free tire rotation and balance... and free repair. I know its not much, but still worth mentioning just in case you didnt know about it. The food court has a sigh that their Ice machine could not keep up with the demand.... so its empty.... all the time... its not even making ice. Why not put a sigh out there that its actually broken? The sign has been there for weeks! The ice machine is dated, time to replace it. I want my Raspberry Ice tea cold! Is that too much to ask?! LOL, okay got a little over dramatic 🤣 Everything else is good. Next week I have an appointment for tire rotation and balance. I hope its still free... 🥴

This is a great Costco. They have good staff and I will stock inventory. The facility is clean and they do a good job policing the parking lot for stray carts and debris. This is not the largest Costco but they have a good variety of items for sale. I highly recommend this Costco particularly if you can go during the middle of the day during the week.

Good store, makes it hard at the entrance of each aisle there is no sign with a general idea of whats in it, so if you are going for specific item with short amount of time, you will be irritated like we were!

Always excellent but I usually leave the warehouse with more than was on my shopping list 😯

Not a bad Costco and not too busy like concord, Albany and Vallejo.I could even buy gas there in less than 10 minutes.I enjoy shopping there and the selections in comparison to other Costcos.I actually found one good deals there other than the obvious free range rotisserie chicken.

Its a Costco. Their inventory constantly changes so if you see something you like stock up, dont count in it being their next time. Gas pumps are convenient. Solid Costco!

We always stop by to get gas. We went before afternoon and It was less crowded. No line at the pump. At the warehouse, we usually get Starbucks coffee and Ensure for the good price. I got some Seasonal gift for everyone and so happy to see a big tin box of Walkers cookies for $20 🤩🤩🤩

Costco has most of the items that I need. I buy fruits, veggies, meat, drinks, home products, etc. The products are priced well. When rebates are being offered, it is even better priced. I shop at Costco almost 3 times a week.

Costco in Fairfield, Calif. Was OK? Its not as great as I expected. When there for a couple things, but the prices have UP so much on Meat Prices. Crazy, I dont think the Cows are Tasting better than Last Year!! haha!! 🤣😅😉 Or do you Import the Meat in from China TOO!!! haha!!! I well not talk about the Gas!! Thats a State and County Issue with deep pockets....🤜👎⛽💰💸🔃

It is a good mebership only store with all kinds of stuff you need bigger need in bigger portion and the have gas for car normally a a decient price and the have a dinning place in the front of the store after you check with good hot dogs and you get a hot dog and a drink for decent price and all the products they have in bulk size arm normally for a decent price and the regular annual mebership is $60 and the excutive annual membership is $120 when choosing which annual membership you want should bassed on how much you spend and the benfits you want when shopping at the store and the have a tire serive too

This Costco has the best Optometrist in the bay area! She knows what she is doing and listens. She also does not over book so show up to your appointment on time and you will walk right in.

I love that I can find most of my stuff for my small business I hate the FACT that they discontinued the 30lLB Box of snow crabs that was the biggest part of my business :( I’m no longer able to offer my customers the best of my menu leaving my business out for good until I can find another supplier that offers the same quality 🥲

As a Marinite in Fairfield for work reasons, I stopped by to check for not-available-in-Novato ingredients. It actually did, but is rather more of the same stuff as Novato. What makes this Costco stand out positively is the polite atmosphere from shoppers and employees alike.

This particular Costco has friendly staff and is always kept very clean. The have renovations and upgrades right now but is still our favorite. We actually travel past a Costco in our own town to shop here.

Always find everything that Im looking for especially Bulk items but but I also noticed a lot of debris and materials at the end of the aisles with no with no price tags

Only stop by here for gas. Looks like its a convenient stop along I-80. Gas price is probably the best alone I80. Of course the only drawback is that you need a Costco membership card :)

Great customer service in the tire center. Thomas is always very helpful.

This location has a lot of stuff in stock that some other locations dont carry sometimes. I guess they rotate the merchandise by the way they sell in different locations. I was happy to see that they carried their trail mix and Aussie bites, things I hadnt seen in a while. The layout is a little different but easy to get around.

Come on, it is Costco. You know what to expect, you know what you are going to get, it is just a matter of how many people had the same idea you did that particular day. The Fairfield location is better than the Vallejo but that would be expected.

My experience at COSTCO was good. I lost my card an CS desk immediately offered me a new card had picture took care in hand less than five minutes. The products I was looking for was in stock for grandbabies. An I also brought face mask for my daughter n mom n me. Cashiers was nice an friendly. Lady at checkout door was nice

This Costco is usually less crowded than the Vallejo location. It is also a bit smaller and with less variety of products while gas prices are generallythe same or slightly above the Vallejo location.

Its a Costco. Not much to write home about. But its clean and the employees are helpfull and courteous. Has a food kiosk but without pizza. Plus this is not one of the big Costcos so if your lookin to get lost from your spouse on a sunday morning shopping trip it may not happen here. Also they do have a tire center as well.

Costco requires a membership for shopping. The pharmacy can fill prescriptions for people without a membership.

COSTCO is always fun. Great place to get gas too. The Social Distancing Protocols in place for pizza takeout means you will either have to eat a slice in your car or wait until you arrive home.

This costco is good, but know that it is not a full sized one, it does not have pizza!

Mostly here for the pizza and laundry detergent.

Really appreciate their covid rules, wide aisles, friendly workers, and Senior hours.
