Asked for 18 gauge wire, woman at the front counter claimed stated she didn’t know what that was and that they didn’t cary it. Guy in the back stated that they only do commercial business. It was clear that the woman at the front counter had no interest in helping me.

More in stocked variety of fittings than both the Depot and Lowes together.

Like most non-chain warehouses, they make you feel stupid whenever you ask them a question. The attitude there is: if you are not a regular customer or a contractor, state your need accurately and quickly, then shut your mouth and hope they dont treat you with too much condescension or derision. Pretty ironic... Id go out of my way to support a local moms-and-pops business, but the treatment most regular folks get there does not help, so I end up going to either Home Depot or EW. Both places are friendlier than this one.
