This is one of the only places my grandma could find to take care of her brand of sewing machine. We are so appreciative of how quick and kind everyone we worked with was! Can’t thank you enough for getting our sewing machine taken care of so that my grandma can get back to sewing almost nonstop!!

Today was my first visit... & I loved it! The staff was courteous and friendly...I loved the store layout and selection. He fixed my machine in just a few minutes & showed me how to fix the issue if it ever comes up again... They have a studio where you can come in and sew...I will definitely be back and start shopping there all the time! Im already in love with this place...

My heart is in my stomach. I had Cheri Vanderwort quilt a baby quilt for me. She puckered the back of the quilt. I gave her a month to rip out the quilting she did. She stated she has put 20 hours into ripping it out. The owner wants nothing to do with the issue. Nancy states Cheri is an independent contractor. I now have to finish ripping out Cheris terrible job of quilting. I will not go back to this place. No one cares about fixing their mistakes or take responsibility.

Love when places post max number of patrons allowed in store.

The young lady that help us answered so many questions and was very knowledgeable. We will be back.

I love the fabrics and the employees here, the prices may be a bit higher than Joannes but that is because the quality is much higher.

The staff is super friendly. They carry awesome products. I love the Westalee Quilting Rulers they carry.

Very cool place with unique fabric offerings. Clearly a carefully curated selection of colors and patterns. The class offerings are diverse and intriguing. Im definitely going to be trying one. Worth the drive for those quilters on the east side to see some different options from their local big box stores.

Ive dealt with Seams Sew Easy for years. I love both of my Pfaff sewing/ embroidery machines.I have taken a few classes which were enjoyable.When I need help with my embroidery downloads Kim is always patient and kind!Ive been very pleased with the cleaning and checking of my machine. The price is reasonable!All the employees/ owners have always been very friendly and pleasant. Its always a pleasure going in for whatever reason.

One star only because I have to assign a star to post. I just returned home from this store. I havent been to this store for 8 to 10 years, and now I remember why.I went specifically to purchase a Baby Lock sewing machine. I walked into the store and No One acknowledged I was there. I found the room with the machines fairly easily, and very briefly chatted with a woman who was using the big tables in the room for her project. A staff person did come into this room, acknowledged the woman I had chatted with, and went back out. No indication she knew I was there. I found the machine I was interested in, looked it over and picked up literature on it.So recognizing there were 4 or 5 customers around, I decided to look at the fabrics while the two women behind the counter served the one customer that they were both talking to. I looked fairly thoroughly at the fabrics, found an item I was interested in, and took it to the cutting table right beside the employees.Again, I must have been invisible as neither acknowledged my presence and continued chatting with the one person they were concentrating on. I waited a minute or two with no contact - none at all, not even an Ill be with you in a minute. I walked out as it seemed obvious this was not a store I needed to patronize. When I got in my car, another woman came out of the store, gave me the whats up with this shoulder and arm movement, and walked to her car.I think these people need some training if they are seriously going to be working with people.As for me, there arent any other Baby Lock merchants near me, but I can probably go with another brand for my new purchase.HIGHLY NOT recommended.

Horrible service and the owner was very rude to my family when we asked questions about the machines, she seemed to want nothing to with us.

Sewing machine repaired promptly and correctly. Repaired 1-15-18 while I waited. Fairly priced also. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing sewing machine repairs.

Love love love this shop!!! Visiting in Oh for a few days and my Featherweight had problems. I took it with me to this shop and not only did they service my machine I found a lot of gorgeous fabric, embroidery designs that just had to come home with me!!! I found the staff to be friendly and extremely helpful when I explained I needed help with my machine and I was only there for a few days with a project I had to work on... I will shop online with this store and will definitely shop there the next time Im in Ohio!

Good prices and selection of fabric and projects. They also offer a good selection of high-end machines. The staff really seem to be experts and if they cant answer a question, they can find the answer.

Since there is no Babylock dealer in Dayton, I had to take my 10 needle embroiderer to Seams Sew Easy for a preventative checkup. Mike was extremely helpful in getting my machine where it needed to be. Lots of material and notions on hand. Saw Pfaff, Babylock and.Husvar

Mike fixed my machine, and took the time to explain how it works.

I took a Babylock in that had locked up and I had to have it working immediately. I waited a bit and Mike took it apart, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within about 30 min. Fabulous service and charged me way less than I thought it would be. They have gained a customer.

My Mom had some of her pillowcases embroiderd here in the summer of this year and they had done an excellent job on her pillowcases embroidery.

This place totally rocks for quilters! Huge fabric selection and a whole building of marked down fabric!
