U can tell how good a co is how they handle problems theyre customer service is bad/nasty & no resolution want 2 make it my fault they gave me false info. Called 2 order product (need ASAP)rep assured me if ordered by noon ship same day & 2 day arrival, Trusted rep but she lied. Didnt ship same day USPS says arrives 6 days not 2, & no location update says in transit where is it Co. now says delivery out of their control but now assures 6 day arrival, previously 2 days If delivery out of their control how can they assure any date. Co could care less, not their problem.
