I needed to get gold chains tested. You won’t get the vibe at a pawn shop where they talk down to you. From the phone call talking with Jake to out the door, was the best service I’ve experienced in a while. Staff and Jake are VERY VERY knowledgeable. Jake Is professional made me feel comfortable in their store. Jake is experienced in testing gold and even gave me information on how many grams the chains weighed !!! See him for testing !!! Or anything else you need !

I only sold my amplifier for my guitars their cause they didnt wanna buy my guitars but they where very nice and kind. They explained why they didnt wanna take my guitars which I understood why. They made a offer for my amplifier which was a good price for me so if they where to buy my guitars they werent gonna rip me off. If you want nice and kind people to sell your items then come here.

Premier pawn is the best pawn store out there! Shelly and Magdalena are super friendly,helpful,professional,caring, the list goes on! They genuinely care about me and whats happening in my life. Some people dont know how pawn shops work.. If your stuff isnt worth much, youre not going to get a lot. Ive pawned about 5 separate occasions and they are always fair with what they loan out. Plus they work with you and offer discounts and send out coupons in the mail as well. Definitely recommend this pawn shop

Just left there and was the worst possible experience I ever had . Walked in and seen the window open . Waited for lady to acknowledge us and ask to help us . Nope ! Not even until we were looking at the TVs is when she wanted to help . I told her I wanted to pawn my diamond engagement ring . She asks me how much and I asked her how much can I get for it . She inspects the diamonds and then tells me $22 . $22 FREAKING DOLLARS! For an engagement ring my fiancé bought me for $1200 . Never going here again . If you guys wanna be low balled and told your jewelry is worth no more than half a tank of gas then this place is the place to go .

Love doing business here!! if you have gold or silver to sell this is the place to go! They gave me very good offers for my gold and silver that I have recently sold. The females are very knowledgeable and kind!

Just left. The girl at the counter says my tablet is only going to get me 20$ because shes looking at it online and its only going for 60$. I get to my car, look up the exact same tablet selling for 194$ minimum. If youre going to lie to potential customers be good at it. First and last visit ever.
