I hired Platinum Party & Event Rentals for my wedding earlier this month. Making my orders with Ashley, she was incredibly well informed and was full of great suggestions. This business really knows what its doing, and better yet, they know what will work best for your event. Everything we rented was of wonderful quality, and their delivery system was easy to work with. My favorite part of their service was the fact that I could make several changes each time I had changes with guest count. After a simple email or phone call, Id immediately receive an updated invoice. I must have changed my order at least 4 times, and not once did they come across as frustrated or annoyed. Platinum Party & Event Rentals has that direct and personable customer service that you just dont recognize with big corporations. Im very pleased we went local! Do yourself a favor and hire this business for your special celebrations.

We were extremely satisfied with Platinum Services, Beth and Charles and the crew went above and beyond what we expected. Our daughters outdoor wedding reception was wonderful. We rented everything we needed from them. I highly recommend Platinum Services for any event!
I do NOT RECOMMEND this vendor!We had MANY issues working with this vendor. I work in the industry and know how things work. Elizabeth called the bride on Wednesday when all items were supposed to delivered to the Private home, where the event was, it was about 2pm, when they were supposed to be there at 11am. The linens didnt arrive on time so they were going to deliver on Thursday instead. We had all hands on deck on Wednesday to help set up, so now we were being pushed back a day to get things together.Thursday comes around the groom called to check in and Elizabeth was totally rude to him on the phone, acting like he was bothering her.. Just to check on the status of their delivery.I was the coordinator and maid of honor, we were getting our nails done when we get a call at 1pm from Elizabeth asking for the address to the home... HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE THIS INFO? It was on all the contracts, and forms you had the bride sign..... Causing the bride to panic at our appointment.She also did say she would send extra help to set up- but that was a no go. The company was also sending two girls to help with the event, 1 month prior the bride was asked to put together a list of what was needed of these girls, when they showed up on Friday, they were supposed to come prepared, and also bring a few extra linens. They had NO idea what they were supposed to do and didnt bring any extra linens like Elizabeth had promised...After the event I emailed Elizabeth, and called left a few voicemails to talk about how she handled the situation, and how unhappy I was, along with the bride and groom. Didnt hear back at all... Fast forward to a few weeks later I finally talked to Charles on the phone and he said Elizabeth would get back to me. Still nothing...Rental companies are supposed to have your back, and in this case Platinum did not.
I used platinum rentals for my wedding that was May 25, 2018. I had gone in multiple times spanning over a year to set things up with them, speaking to 2 ladies that work there, conveniently both named Elizabeth. I got married at a private residence and had set up to have my linen, tables, chairs, and dance floor delivered the 23rd since we were setting everything up ourselves. Elizabeth told me they had to order the linens and I should finalize everything May 1st. The beginning of May comes and I finalize everything and pay the rest of my bill, they give me a receipt with the venues address and tell me theyll deliver everything on the 23rd by 2. Fast forward to the 23rd, I get a voicemail from Elizabeth telling me to call her. I called her back and she informed me the linens werent in and they will deliver everything the next day, no apology and they didnt want to make 2 trips to the venue so everything would have to wait. The worse customer service. Please note, this is 2 days before my DIY wedding so everything I needed to set up was being pushed back a day. Im stressed out and running around finishing everything up. I call my fiance and it is what it is at this point. The next morning my fiance called Elizabeth again to make sure they were really going to deliver that day and Im pretty sure we woke her up at 9:30, she was rude and unhelpful after THEIR mistake. She called me later that day to ask for the address, that was on our contract that they had printed for me multiple times. They did send extra help to set everything up, but it was a day late. My fiance called the day of the wedding to get another table cloth and she said shed send it with the bartenders we hired through them. The bartenders who didnt know what they going to be bartenders even though Elizabeth had be lay out what they were going to be doing. I will not be recommending them to anyone, nor will I ever use them again.
