Great place to take your motorcycle! Excellent work on my bike and after a few days of putting on new tires I got a flat off 747. John went out of his way, loaded up his trailer and came and picked up my bike off the side of the road. Need more businesses like this one! Has earned all my business.
Fantastic experience at Staid Cycles!! Met with the owner to discuss the purchase of a new 2021 Beta XTrainer. He was very knowledgeable about the bike as he has one himself. His advice and experience with these bikes are second to none. His sales approach is not pushy. Overall if we end up buying a Beta XTrainer, it will definitely be here!
I highly recommend Staud cycles, John is a great guy and takes his work serious and he is very open eard and friendly I took my Yamaha 650 to him last year when I got it back it ran way better I then referred my buddy to him since then my buddy has taken to Harley-Davidson to Staud cycles an was very pleased with the job Jon done, I just took my Harley and dropped it off yesterday as I will take my bike to no one else but John for any of your motorcycle or ATV Etc need I highly recommend Staud Cycles
John helped me transform this 86 Harley Electra Glide in to the Street Glide you see in black and silver. He did everything except the paint and was great to work with throughout the build....sorry, its not allowing me to upload pics :(Very detailed in his communication, telling me exactly what he was doing and why... everything he suggested was right on and aimed at making the bike better overall, nothing added just for the sake of adding it.His prices were very competitive for the work done and the expertise he has with these older bikes that the mechanics at your local HD dealer may not be as sharp on because they dont work on many classics like this.I put a lot of miles on it since the original build and have brought it back to him for additional maintenance and upkeep work and hes always happy to do that too! The MAJOR plus here is that the bike is done when he says its going to be done, no excuses about parts not coming in or ordering the wrong parts, etc.I have what some have called a minor toy addiction and the next classic Harley, Triumph, etc. I run across that I just have to have will certainly end up with John to make sure all the go parts are in good working order and to add those custom touches that make a bike unique. If youre looking to work with a mechanic / builder that knows his stuff, is fair in his pricing and truly works with you to execute on your vision of what you want your bike to be youve found him... its John @ Staud Cycles for sure!
John helped rebuild and restore my 1973 Honda CB 450. He was honest and upfront with cost and time to complete. The bike turned out better then I imagined it could. It is an absolute blast to ride and show off. Highly recommend Staud Cycles for all your bike needs. John has also helped with my 2016 Harley as well. Staud Cycles knows bikes old or new.
First time using Staud Cycles, searched around and couldnt find too many to work on a Vulcan. Needless to say very fast service, dropped off bike last week and just picked up. Great service, reasonable price, and bike rides great and less than 10 minutes from the house. I will definitely be making this my preferred service provider for my bike moving forward!!!!
Picked up my 1969 T100C from Staud today!! Great experience! The gentleman knows he’s stuff! The bike rides great, I’m very happy with the service. I will be returning for future services and motorcycle conversations...
Great business! Honest guy just wanting to work on bikes. He took my Suzuki gs500e with a bad chain, trashed carbs, bad starter, and in need of an oil change and blew me away with the price. The competition was hundreds more. Truly just great business. My bike runs like its brand new. If your questioning where to get your bike fixed or customized look no further.
Took my 2008 Triumph Sprint ST into John for a new Trident exhaust upgrade/ led headlight upgrade/ and a tune up, this was a very technical job since a ECU software upgrade was a important part of it, John dug right into it and gave me back a awesome running bike with all the upgrades I asked for, the bike runs so well now, like a new/ different bike, and John wont break your bank doing it, much more reasonable than any Triumph dealership, hes got a nice shop and you can trust his skills for your bike, he loves them just as much as you do..
Good service and pricing highly recommend.
John is great guy and knows his stuff, especially with vintage motorcycles. I have 65 and 70 Triumph Bonnevilles, and his level of knowledge showed right out of the box. I wouldnt hesitate to have him build or restore a vintage motorcycle. Service and communication were excellent. Prices are competitive for high quality work and expertise. Highly recommend!
Knowledgeable and highly skilled. Did me right working on my Triumph.
Staud Cycles does EXCELLENT work. I took a 75 Honda CB360t in that was running awful and John was able to evaluate the issue(s) and get right to work. If you read their website, Staud explains how vintage motorcycle repair (because of hard to find parts and widely varying tolerances) is more of an art-form than just a straight forward fix. Not only did Staud get my bike back up and running, but their service was up front, honest, comprehensive and very reasonably priced. Now the bike runs killer and Im riding the HELL out of it with perma-grin!!!
Took my 2005 Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 in for oil change, and tire pressure check. $388 later, bike was ready. $180 labor for oil change, $81 labor for brake fluid changed. Rest was parts and taxes. Sound right to you????
John is a great, honest guy, who does a lot if things dealers wont along with custom fabrication.
Staud Cycles did a great job bringing my Triumph Bonneville back into great running order. John is a great guy to work with and is very helpful
John was very nice and came back to the shop so I could get my motorcycle.
Terrible customer service was hung up on.
Great Prices ! and Awesome customer service !
Great cut ar a moderate cost.
Great place for service and parts!
John is excellent at his work and is very competitive with other shops prices. I wouldnt take my bikes anywhere else!
