I had one of Faust Harrisons techs (Matthew) work on my Steinway A. Service included regulation, voicing and tuning. Matthew was on time, very courteous and above all else, is a master of his craft. He brought the piano up to a level I did not know was possible. To say I am very pleased would be an understatement! Highly recommend Matthew and the Faust Harrison service team.

Considering the fact that I put down my deposit right before the world shut down and then had to wait 3 months until it could arrive, I may have a slightly different perspective. To start -- I was at the Manhattan store and the Fairfield store and ultimately bought my piano from the Fairfield store. I learned enough on my visits to enable me to make the right decision and not to 2nd guess that decision through the waiting period. We were first time piano buyers and neither my husband nor I played piano. We needed a piano for our son who was starting piano and hoped we would learn to play piano a little bit, too. We weren’t sure if we should rent or buy. We read a library book on piano renting and buying and talked to our son’s instructor for recommendations. We visited four other dealers in the area and found them vastly different.Erica stood out on a number of levels. I walked into Faust Harrison Pianos in Fairfield last November and met Erica. I told her what I was looking for in a new piano - the sound, the touch, the size, and the type of music I play. She led me to a piano upstairs and asked me to play it. I couldnt believe how it had everything I wanted! I played other pianos there, and kept going back to that piano. I had been looking for a piano for 2 years when I visited Faust Harrison Pianos in December of 2015. I wanted a piano that would speak to me, but also one I would be able to afford. I met Erica Feidner in the showroom; she listened to me speak about the piano I was looking for, and then sat me down at a few grand pianos, used and new. She led me from one piano to the next, and seemed to already know how I would react to each piano, simply based on our previous conversation. When she allowed me time to explore on my own, Erica also suggested that I try one of their hand-made new Bechstein uprights. There was something special about that upright, she said, and I may like it. And she was so right! There was something very special about this piano, which had not only a beautiful sound, but also a fantastic touch. My family and I are very happy with this piano, and wish to thank Erica for helping us find it. I believe she has a special gift finding the right piano for her customers! I also wish to thank Sarah Faust and Amadae for their effort, and the technicians, whom I have not met, but who tuned the piano and prepared it for delivery to our home. When, after almost 3 months since the piano arrived into our home, I had it tuned, the tuner was very impressed with our piano. He was impressed not only with the great craftsmanship of Bechstein, but also the superior professionalism of Faust Harrison dealership, who spent much time working on our upright to get it ready for us. After a piano tuner confirmed my old Wurlitzer spinet was beyond repair, I started searching for a used piano. I considered a keyboard, and believe me, Erica can show you some outstanding digital pianos; but I was certain I wanted an instrument that would enable me to study again and become proficient. I consulted a company in North Branford, CT and did not get a good feeling. The reviews were not good, and not surprisingly, the company is now out of business. Someone told me to look at Craigs list, but I wanted someone to consult, someone who knew pianos, someone who understood I was a novice pianist with a limited budget. I found that person in Erica Feidner. After one phone conversation, she indeed was the matchmaker. My husband and I were warmly greeted, introduced to the staff and after more conversation and her undivided attention, she introduced me to the Yamaha P22 that will be delivered this week. Her assistant Amadae was also delightful to work with and helped to arrange the delivery and removal of my old piano. I feel very fortunate to have met Erica and Amadae.
