Oh after my recent visit, I can see why this location has such poor reviews. Even the owner responding to the reviews seems arrogant and more interested in defending his business instead of taking care of the complaints the customers have. This place over charges and leaves you with customer service reps that are so unfriendly.

Consistently Good Service. We have been using this UPS store for almost 1 year now and found them reliable and courteous over the ~10 visits. This store is not big but they are just as professional as the bigger UPS stores in other towns we have used in the past.

The staff needs to be trained to be more friendly. One suggestion would be is to have employees say hello or something else when anyone enters the store.

Cold non responsive condensing tone made for very poor customer care. Customer service is everything in any and all business customers are the heartbeat. Treat them right and they will keep beating. The girl here was so rude. One word answers, tone, gestures all contributed to the poor customer care I got today. Employee 124128 is to blame for my experience. UPS please consider retraining this location please.

Please be aware that UPS is charging people for overnight but do not have to uphold that apparently due to the pandemic. I was charged for overnight shipping and has told only that it would be there sometime on Tuesday. (This was a Saturday afternoon) It did not get delivered until 11:30 Wednesday. Dont waste your money... they dont have to actually be held accountable to deliver overnight. Denied refund.

Fast polite and took their time to get a good passport photo....Some of the customers are nutty but the staff is awesome!!

I like the Filipino lady working here! Always so helpful.The other short-haired Asian lady however makes us do all the work in terms of carrying heavy packages to the back room, and sometimes she just throws packages on the floor without a care.

I sent a package for a wedding to Tn.Supposed to be there in 3 days.It took 4 days to get to the city, then because of the last number of the zip code being incorrect, it was not delivered. He asked me to check the address...it was one I was not familiar with so I only looked at the name and street address, I didnt even think he would have gotten the zip code wrong!I had written down the address and handed it to him, so I didnt have it to compare to, again my bad. Needless to say the package that I stayed up for 3 days to finish for the wedding will not be there in time. And will be thought of everytime we look at the wedding pictures. So take your time and check every detail!

I was given the best service today from Erin. She was very friendly and patient. Also very helpful In getting my order done the right way! Give this girl a raise! -Malcolm :)

Worst UPS store in the area. Long lines. They raised prices for printing to $2.50 per one page! I cannot believe this store but I get the 2- star rating. Thumbs down. Ill make sure to use other stores from now on.

Well I havent actually visited the store yet. I was looking on line for the closest UPS store to my residence. Yep this is the One! The issue is someone has neglected to put down the store hours. Obviously this must be the mistake of the web site who helped create this for UPS. Im surprised its been up so long without being corrected. UPS should receive this small detailed bit of information inserted for free. I believe the hours of operation are of major importance. Wouldnt you agree? Maybe more sales!

I have sent many packages out of this store. Ive also had them package and box quite a few motorcycle parts for shipment. They are always courteous and respectful. Prices are a little steeper than USPS, but that is to be expected. Never had a package go missing or not arrive at its destination like the other reviewer stated happened to them. No problems ever. Shipped an estimated 20 packages from this store.

Have tried to ship and receive packages here several times for our small business. Each time the employee serving us (never the same person) has been less than courteous.Once they refused a UPS shipment from our warehouse that we had to re-route to a UPS location due to the fact that we had an unexpected emergency and could not receive the package at our home.Find a different UPS location.

I went in with a thumb drive and clearlyvasked what the charge for a single black and white print would cost. I was quoted $0.12. I was told to use the computer to print it. I printed and my total was $1.03! They didnt tell me Id be charged for the minutes on their dinosaur SLOW computer. Hidden charges! Be clear about charges, especially when a customer asks. Never again. Just beware. Even when you ask, the employees will not be forthcoming. Go anywhere else.

I dont write many reviews, but my recent experience there compelled me to do so. Im not a big fan of usps or FedEx. Ive always had great customer experience with UPS. This was my first time going to the UPS store because I had an expensive gift for my mom that I wanted to ship. The woman there was very impatient and I felt like I was wasting her time. No smile only huffs and puffs. I felt so uncomfortable, she had a very mean expression on her face like she wanted to hurt me. I really wanted to ask why she was being so rude, but I also wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she had a long day. But, it was only 12 and they open and 10. Anyway, I was over it and Im ready to find another shipping company when I need to personally ship something.

Im disappointed in this store because it chooses what type of items it wants to ship out. I came in to ship out a firearm back to a manufacture and they refuse to ship it out. You guys are a shipping company then why refuse to ship it out when it has no danger to anyone. Just d u m b in my opinion. The ladys response was to go to another UPS store.

They give great service their, but dont buy a single stamp their, it was over $2!!! Best to go to post office..hope ya voted yesterday too

Charged me for a pre paid shipping label

Came in to mail a package and the gal working couldn’t have been a whole lot ruder. Considered walking out and standing in line at the post office instead. She took the bills I handed her but wouldn’t touch the change on the counter. Wow!

No type of professionalism. Seem annoyed to have to even get up from sitting in the back.Horrible customer service. Will never come here again!

Was told my address was invalid. Was told to drive across town to another store, or try FedEx.

Paid for over night shipping, came within a week. disappointed.

Customer Service is lacking. Called in for some information and was hung up on. Girl working probably needs some help. Seems very overwhelmed.

This is the third time i dealt with this company store and so far 3 packages did not get there one package did i will not be using this store any more for hit has a habit of losing packages so i say to you customers DO NOT USE THIS STORE if you want your package to make it to its destination
