Im so glad I went to this Body Shop they did a excellent job,they painted my motorcycle parts and buffed the bike, The price was fair and the owner Rui was awesome to deal with, its hard to find a Auto body shop that works on motorcycles,I highly recommend them!!

Managed to back into my fence while talking to my wife and scraped the entire rear quarter panel on my Lexus IS250. Brought it to these guys and was given a fair quote to fix. Easy to deal with, good people, had my repair done in a couple days. They even detailed the car for me and when I went to pick up the car he said if there was any issue to let him know as he warranties all of his work. Highly recommended - also works on a bunch of the state police vehicles.

I had some deep scratches on my Honda Accord. After obtaining several estimates, I went with Artistic Auto Body. They did an excellent job, and their price was very reasonable! Would not hesitate to use them again.

Up until a little over two years ago, I would and did recommend Artistic Auto Body. That all change when my three year old pickup truck was rear ended by a drunk driver while parked in front of my house on Christmas Eve. The truck was badly damaged. I brought it to Artistic Autobody and dropped it off. The insurance estimate to repair the truck was about $14,000.00 which was paid directly to Artistic. Over the course of the next month I stopped by to check on the progress and I let the owner know that I really was not happy with what I was seeing. I had a friend with me on several these occasions as witness. When I finally got the truck back late on a Friday afternoon, I immediately started to notice things that I did not think were right with the repair. I took the truck to another body shop the next day and after they spent over an hour looking at it they recommended I contact my insurance company, which I did that Monday morning. To make a very long story short, after Commerce Insurance sent one of their senior adjuster to look at the repair, he spent several hours with my truck, they decided to total the truck. They appraised the value of the truck at around $36,000. Now all this was a huge inconvenience and cost me a significate amount of time, not to mention the loss of a truck that I liked, but I did not hold any hard feelings towards Artistic, that is until this past Friday, when I was out to lunch with a friend and we were at the same restaurant as the owner of Artistic, after a while I said hello to him, because I notice he was looking at me. He then proceeded to give me the middle finger and tell me to go cry to my insurance company if I did not like it. My friend, who is a young woman saw and heard the whole thing. To say this man is a un-professional business man, is an understatement. I certainly would not recommend this body shop.

Just needed a fender for my Road King color matched. Other body shops whined about all the problems matching HD paint, but none explained how problematic painting raw replacements could be. Ruy explained it to me, and had a replacement fender on hand, painted it to match perfectly.No runs, no drips, no errors. Avoid the rest. Go here. Period.
