I bought a starter for a 2006 mazda 6, and within the 90 day warranty period the guy tells me he cant give me my money back because someone else had given me a starter. He said something about breaking there warranty I said are you kidding me, I said then what about store credit he said oh come back tomorrow when my manager is here all rude and ignorant. What is the purpose of a warranty it a product is faulty and you cant get your money back and get a attitude ontop of it. I wouldnt recommend autozone for nothing!!

Unfortunately staff at this location could not confirm model compatibility of available parts or suggest alternative options. I did purchase a part and mounting hardware, but it fit poorly, had to be modified, and has since been replaced with the correct items purchased elsewhere. This would have been a 2 star review, but the people were friendly and polite - 1 star for being nice.

Had the best experience today. Unfortunately, I am unaware of the specific employee who helped my mom and me today, however, he was an older man with blue rimmed glasses and a slight accent. Both my mom and I needed windshield wipers for our cars and were overwhelmed when we saw the plethora of options in the store, even though we did do some research prior to arriving. This employee came right up to us and told us he could help us. He proceeded to the computer where he put in the year, make, and model of our cars to find the correct wipers. He then printed out the numbers and helped us find them. He rang us up at the register and proceeded to lead us out to help me change my wiper. He showed me how and took all my trash and told my mom she could come back if she needed him to change her wiper too. The absolute BEST customer service ever. Kindness goes such a long way. Thank you Mr.!!!!!!! I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name. Would absolutely recommend going here!

Needed a new battery ASAP and went to the AutoZone in Fairhaven. Spoke to Diane. I dont know if she is a manager or not but you need more employees like her. She understands customer service and how to treat her customers. I work in a customer service job also, I would hire Diane after seeing her in action and doing everything she could to help me in my time of need. Thank you for your help Diane!

I was looking for a inverter for the cab of a car. When i walked in the gentleman at the door greeted me and asked what I am looking for. He showed me. And was very polite. AutoZone is now doing a cash rewards program where if you spend more than 20 dollars for 5 visits. You receive 20 dollars back. So, a pretty good deal. A great experience all in all.

Monday night I needed to get my license plate cover attached to my car. Given it wasn’t a standard size, it needed the extender etc. The Fairhaven, MA store manager was super helpful. I had spent some time on it the day before, but didn’t have all the parts, so when I got to the store, he was able to provide great customer service and fix the problem for me. Awesome and much appreciated.

Beware parts attendants are not wearing PPE. I asked why they are not wearing their masks. The big black guy said that they are suppose to be and his mask was on the counter in front of him. ??

If they dont have it, they can get it shipped to them for pickup. My experience is the deliveries usually arrive a day early.

My problem with Autozone is the prices. Paid over $20 dollars for a jug of coolant! Then, quoted 80 for one control arm without the balljoint and 200 with. Amazon has the same part for 75 and thats BOTH ARMS with BALL JOINTS! Too expensive. And they had to order it takes a day or so. Add to that mechanics shops want to charge a markup on top. I try to support my local economy but no more. I will support Jeff Bezos at Amazon and understand why hes worth 150 billion dollars. And support Walmart for mechanical services when they open back up.

Super helpful staff! Bought a new battery and even though one of the bolts had snapped on the terminal, they still installed it and a new bolt for me! Not to mention this was on a day where the weather was in the teens! Definitely earned me as a lifetime customer!

Fantastic service. I had a dead battery and the employees were happy to help select a new battery and install it for me on site. The whole process took under 30 min and my car was back up and running

The staff here is always spot on. They were most helpful in helping replace a tail light that had gone out and made sure the new one worked once it was replaced.

Very unprofessional and knowledge-lacking counterpeople. Management is just as bad. Parts are poor quality and priced higher than the competitors.Poor selection of parts on hand also. Many times the part in question is not in stock. They do run good specials on the oil/filter combos,but all of the other automotive chemicals are way overpriced. Dont waste your time with this parts store!

Idk why my husband bothers to go there, he always leaves frustrated, employees Dont know what theyre doing, always say they dont have a part or try to tell my husband (who is an automotive machinist) that something doesnt exist. Thats when you can get them to stop talking to each other to listen to your question in the 1st place. Dont waste your time

This store was good with the other manager Chris, Now that Jen is the manager she is rude and thinks she knows it all. When she was in the South end of new bedford she was the same so i went from the south end to the fairhaven auto zone and now that Chris is gone and she is there i have noticed that there hasnt been alot of activity at that auto zone i used to shop there alot now i will find another store to do my business with and i am a mechanic so i always need parts. I will find another store or different store to go to.

Got my battery replaced when it died with great speed and efficiency.However, one of the workers (Mike) has been harassing me through text since my visit, claims I was flirting with him when I wasnt. He got my number and full name from their system. I now fear going to AutoZone when I need something done with my car and have to go somewhere else where I know I wont be harassed and have my personality and actions misinterpreted as flirting.On another note, my last name is spelled wrong in their system. I have no idea why they think an L at the end of my last name is supposed to be there. I have never been asked for confirmation, so going there is now embarrassing.

Went to fairhaven store.the guy tested my battery and said it’s bad.i brought it back Sunday 4/21/19 around noon for a new battery.the manager put it in and my car don’t start.tried a couple times and says my starter let go.i just had it put in.i said no I doubt it..so he leaves me in the parking lot.packs up his tool tray and goes inside.never to acknowledge me again.probably cause he made $184 off the best battery they make cause that’s what I bought.so now I take my tools out.put the terminals on nice and snug,clean the acid up and yep start my car.i should of taken the battery home cause i obviously know way more than this guy who claims he’s been with autozone 10 years.mind you it was raining out.ive been going there faithfully forever..I swear I will never go there ever again or will my family and friends.yep take the money and the hell with me..should be fired

Honestly disgusted with my experience as of late with this store, one employee in particular. Three days ago I went into this store and instead of assisting me she was talking to her friend who was there keeping her company while eating a rice plate, mouth open food hanging out of her mouth falling onto the counter... I wanted to write a review then but I let it go. This morning... same woman... chomping on her breakfast sandwich with egg and crossiant falling out of her mouth. This woman will “assist” you while chewing vigorously with her mouth open. This is unprofessional and honestly just gross. Will be going to other stores.
