Pretty good assortment, friendly staff. Some items are priced well, while others I feel taken advantage of. If you are going in for the basic big name products youll be fine. If you are straying off the majority, just make sure you pay attention to the retail.

**Not a great first impression.**Has a good selection and the staff knowledgeable but I have to give it the 2 stars for the price I paid for 2 pick your own 6-pack. The price was nearly $40. $36.56 to be exact. Expensive for 2 pick you own 6-pack you ask, I say say the same thing. But there was a line that I didnt want to hold up so I paid and decided to called to ask why the price was so high when I got to my house. Once I called I was told it was because of the alcohol content per bottle/can and that determines the price since they ring them up individually. And here lies the problem every beer I had, craft and/or import was no more than or less than 6% alcohol content stated on the label. I went there for a possible better selection, really only because they have some items I wanted for a while, but now after paying the nearly $40 price tag I will be going back to Shaws for my pick 6. Douglas Wine and Spirits maybe closer considering I live in Fairhaven and its right down the street. But driving a few extra miles saves me the frustration of spending extra money since they dont charge you per bottle.

Great selection of liquors, beer and wine. Some wines and spirits are available for tasting before buying, which i did not try, but thought was a great idea. They always have what Im looking for and i always hit the craft beer aisle to try something new. Plenty of micro brews, great whiskey selection and aisles of wines to choose from. Friendly staff, and now a rewards membership. Great place to shop, usual selection always in stock.

Great selection of liquers. Fast in and out service. They only get 4 stars because they cannot seem to stock Bud Select 55 in the 30 packs. Theres a space but it is always empty!!!

Just wanna give a big shout out to Douglas Wine & Spirits. Placed a Drizly ordered to be delivered to a friend and they reached out to let me know no one was home and went above and beyond to try and deliver again at a later time. I really appreciated the extra effort!

If you like craft beer this place has some good finds at times. Their beer guy Evan is pretty knowledgeable about craft beer and can answer many questions. Cheaper than cardozas in town.

I placed an order on Drizly for an online order, pick up in store order, with Douglas Liquors, Fairhaven, MA. I ordered 4 cases of beer that was listed on sale for 61% off. Seemed like a great deal. I got a text telling me my order was ready and headed to the store. When I arrived and tried to pick up my order, there were two 12 packs instead of four cases. The manager said the SKU was incorrect and she had just gotten off the phone with Drizly. She refused to honor the price. Bear in mind that they have my phone number through the app. No call to tell me the order has a problem, just a text telling me my order was ready. She was thoroughly unapologetic and essentially tried to blame me for placing an order at her store. From now on Im shopping elsewhere. I wont be back.

When I was at Douglas recently I was disappointed in how the boss made degrading comments to a few customers. I dont know what has happened to customer service but it has definitely gone downhill there and I will shop elsewhere where people are treated more as an equal. I am guessing she is new because I havent noticed her there before.
