The same as what someone else here wrote, is exactly how I feel: If I could leave no stars I would. In fact, if I could leave negative stars that would be better.From the first time I walked into this place I immediately received an inappropriate aggressive attitude with his body language, tone and volume of his voice, and constantly cutting me off whenever I tried asking questions.If that wasnt enough he resorted to threats. Why would anyone put themselves through this? This is not how businesses should be conducted in Fairhaven. I do not recommend anyone to have anything done here.

Very pleased with the job, and the quality. I had my new Toyota 4runners driver, and passenger windows done. I will go back to have my Jeep done soon.

John is friendly, professional, and does a great job. Im very happy with my tint. John even stayed an hour + late just so I could pick my car up that night. I would highly recommend this shop.

Made an appointment for 9 am.The doors didnt even open till 9:35 am. I literally sat outside waiting for them to open doors. So I made an appointment for another tint shop for the following week, while I waited. Im allset with this shop never again.

Awesome dude, super nice and has great customer service.I got my windows and taillights tinted, and the windows came out great.The curves on my taillights made it tough to tint, and it ended up bubbling twice and he offered to give me my money back and take the tint off. He even offered to come pick up the car at work so i didnt have to drive back to the shop again.Will definitely be going back for any tinting needs and will be recommended him.

Had my windows done by GTS Tint Pros back in 2017 when I bought my newest car. A couple weeks ago I noticed the passenger front door tint start to wrinkle and do some weird stuff. I called and they had me stop by so they can have a look. They immediately said no problem we’ll take care of it. Made the appointment to bring the car back today and they took it in as soon as I arrived and was done in no time! Thank you guys for the quick response. It’s nice to know there are still some places around where the people are very welcoming! It’s the little things that will keep people coming back! Have another vehicle I will bring over for tint as soon as I can get some free time. No need for me to look for any other place. If you want your windows done, I highly recommend Tint Pro’s!! This guy is super nice! I needed the tinting removed from the front windows of one of my vehicles so it would pass inspection. He was able to get it done right away and no issues at all. Will definitely be going back here for any similar work. Thank you!!

I Have used them many times. Perviously had windows tinted and a remote starter installed. This time it was a bug shield and it came out perfect. Take my advice and do not consider going anywhere else. They are the best around!

They installed alarm system and tint, the tint came out awesome however the alarm was another story had to go back 3 times to get it to work properly they had to contact the company and mess with the settings to get it to finally work every time, 6 months later I’m having an issue with crank so I I bring it to my dealer and they say it’s related to the remote starter I take it back to GTS and the owner starts blaming me for all the issues the cars has relating to the remote starter, this company was great at one time not now this guy doesn’t know how to take care of his customers

These guys work extremely hard at providing great customer service and quality customer satisfaction. I can see it in them how hard they dedicate themselves to their craft because I work that hard at my job. They’re extremely busy and I think that shows how trusted they are in their community as the go-to guys. The work I’ve gotten done on my car so far is high quality and they offer really affordable prices. I look forward to having them do a number of things to my car in the future. I’m glad I found this place.

I called and visited this place a total of 5x for an estimate and advice to protect my new car with floor, seat, dash, door, center console, and trunk mats, as well as help with the auto alarm system and auto start and tint the windows. Each time the owner/ manager assured me that they would get right back to me... And they never did. I was ready to spend $1000s and they couldnt be bothered.

The owner of this shop is a great guy and treats you with a lot of respect. Also he does some great work. I bring all my vehicles here new and used and he really takes care of them and makes them look great. I recommend GTS to all my family and friends. Would never go anywhere else!

This is my second car that I had the windows tinted with GTS. My other car was done 10 years ago and the windows still look AMAZING! They provide great customer service and quality work.

Excellent job, They installed a remote starter, new LED headlights and buffed the headlight lenses all in less than two hours. The remote starter has a great, long range...have used it more than 100 yards away. The LED headlights are nice too. Highly recommended.

Called and they did the tint the same day for a very reasonable price windows came out great sun strip came out ok not great but overall happy with these guys

Last November 2012 Tommy and the guys over at GTS Tint Pro installed a remote starter, a pair of side steps and fog lights on my Nissan Pathfinder. They were awesome!! Very professional and loaded with experience. Cost was very reasonable. I was very happy with the work. I recently noticed that my foglights werent working. I called and spoke with Tommy. He said bring it in and Ill take a look at it. I just left there. He checked it out noticed that the relay was fried and replaced it within 10 minutes at no charge. I highly recommend!! I would not recommend this place for car window tinting. I had my windows done and when I got home noticed a line in my passenger window. I brought the car back by and the owner agreed to take care of it. I scheduled another appointment at my convenience. In the meantime my hatch stopped working. Well come to find out when they tinted my back window they put the cloth cargo net on backwards and it got stuck closed when they shut the hatch. It cost me nothing but time and the owner did offer to pay if I had to pay. I got my window retinted today to only semi satisfactory. He asked and I accepted but honestly both windows are only ok. The back window is 100% satisfactory. My windows are not exactly the same as they let in air now on the highway. The shop is also not equipped for lowered vehicles. I wasnt there the first time they brought my car in but I cringed listening to the scraping as they pulled my car in and out. There was zero attempt made to worry about pulling in and out of the garage. The owner seems like a solid guy but my hope was to be there one time with a job well done and that wasnt the case. I understand things happen...

They did a pretty good job on my tint! After all the glue dried the next day, I noticed a scratch in the tint on my rear windshield. I know it wasnt me because I never even came close to the window. When I called about it all they said was that they dont cover scratches, but when I said it wasnt me who did it, it was whoever did my tint, i dont know if they didnt believe me or what but they still said they couldnt fix the scratch. I think they should fix what they did to my rear windshield (still havent touched to this day). Still a 3 star job though.

Did a fine job installing on our gazebo but very disappointed with tint. Was told non-glare, dark and mirror-like from outside. Doesnt block glare and certainly not private from outside. Looking to waste money by having to reapply.

Went to get rain gaurds put on my vehicle and pay 140$ for them, said it would come in less than a week, had to call them several times to get any information they came in at all, waited 2 weeks and then broke one of them and the other one just fell off while i was driving, now my car only has rain gaurds on one side and told me he was gunna take care of it and call me back the day he broke it, ive called several times with the same story, or just no answer and left in the dark about my replacement rain gaurd he promised when broke it, should just done it myself but instead trusted them, my mistake, never goin back for a damn thing again, a month later, other back rain gaurd falls off randomly while driving 👍

Had my mazda tinted. Did a incredible job. I was dissapointed to find that they broke my door like taken apart my door and failed to tell me. But they owned up to it and ordered a new part. Would have them tint again

I would never use nor refer GTS to my worst enemy. Brought my corvette in for tint and was horrified that the back window didnt have a vinyl strip installed as planned on the top as a result it has severe noticeable bubbles. And the side window tint was a half inch lower then the top of the window. Hackers to say the least!!!

Terrible experience I had to go back four times to let them attempt to remove the bubbles but never worked so they had to replaced all but one window with new tint in my suv, also the customer service was a one star as well because the third time going back one of the tinters claimed it was the glass on my suv causing the issues so long story short hours lost at work aggravation of going weeks without rolling down my window and being days dropping of and picking up my car and paid full price for all of that I will never use gts to tint on any of my future cars I prefer to do it once right the first time so beware customers unless you like stress and constant days of dropping of your car then avoid gts money wasted and bad service

I went there with my 95 integra to tint the window and my back window had bubble and they did not want to replace it they only want to cut a bit off bit still has a half window not tinted. I will never go back there again go to tint pro they r better and hand cut made not machine cut .

Paid 210 dollars for a 25% tint went to get a sticker and it was registering 18 % on the meter thanks a lot
