This is one small business you should not support. I can tell you that the customer is not of any concern at this establishment. The Manager is very unprofessional and extremely arrogant. The story that unfolded with this shop is so absurd that I wont even write it all out. Do your self a favor and stay clear.

Great place to start gathering information and ultimately getting materials. Everyone very helpful to assist you with questions or concerns whether it you a do it yourself or need a professional installation. Worth the trip.

Id like to share my experience with the staff at Tile Craft. I needed just one box of tile to match my existing 2 year old flooring for a new home project. Little did I know that most flooring becomes obsolete in a very short time. My efforts to locate this tile were unsuccessful until I called Tile Craft. Tonya was extremely helpful and really went out of her way to locate a box for me. I cant recommend this business and staff, especially Tonya, enough for going above and beyond in helping me.

As a DIYer, Tile Craft is an excellent place for all project needs. Don’t be fooled by the friendly ladies in the show room. They are very experienced and are able to offer help and ideas. The selection also covers a wider variety than the big box stores.
