Got a hot spot on 9/12. Not always 5g so returned 9/25. Got attitude. Idk about their math, policy is 14days. It took being on the phone with t-mobile 3X + at store 3X to get canceled both saying the other needs to help. Seriously! Worst customer service! They couldt be bothered to just get it done. Had to literally be on the phone and drive back to the store. Guess I wont be back with my 4 lines from my current carrier contract in December after all. At least not that store for sure! #goodcustomerserviceishistory

This store is amazing! They helped me order my new iPhone 12 in a size they didn’t have and set the right expectations so I wasn’t surprised! Cory and Jon are fantastic and truly know they’re stuff. If you stop in definitely ask for either Cory or Jon!

I went to the Fairhaven T-Mobile Store on Tuesday, July 27th for assistance with changing my Sim cards on my phones. The store had just opened and I was warmly greeted by two very polite employees, Miss Aminata and a young man, Nix, who I believe is the Manager. I explained why I was there and that a Sprint phone agent told me to bring the cards to any T-Mobile Store and they would do the Sim card change for me. Nix explained that the stores do not usually do this because you have to be connected to your own main internet service. Nix was great. He went ahead and transferred the Sim cards and told me not to turn my phone on until I got home, so that it could sync up to my home internet service. I did exactly what he advised and I had no problems at all. What great people at this store. No wonder they have such good reviews. Every store should have Customer Service like this store. The employees of Fairhaven T-Mobile are NOTHING SHORT OF ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL, Jon, Matt and Alison. My hats off to them. Talk about patient and understanding is something beyond words. They are simply great. They all went over and above to do EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER to help out. Service with a smile and completely knowledgeable. They spent SO much time with not only my situation porting in from another carrier but helping an elderly woman understand her new smart phone. So commendable, thank you so much. DEFINITELY WORTH YOUR TIME TO GO SEE THEM.

I ordered a new phone off the Samsung webaite and I was having a difficult time transferring my old phone to the new one. Came into the store and Cory J helped TREMENDOUSLY. Apparently it was an issue I wasnt able to handle at home so Cory did it all for me. Great knowledge and very patient with me. Thank you!

Jon provided such a great experience to my family and I. He reviewed our phone plan to cut costs and make upgrades, educated us on our refined plan and the new upgrades, upgraded one of the cell phone lines efficiently, and was very honest and thorough. He took the time that was needed to make these changes and made sure we had a basic understanding of our new products. We are very happy with his service, and will be returning to this location when needed in the future.

T-Mobile located in Fairhaven MA is a great store to do business with Sales or Service wise. My replace iPad came in without it’s SIM card. They diagnosed the problem and corrected it in minutes. Thank you KP

I had an issue with my iPhone and its used for our business. It was frozen and non responsive. I went into the store and Jon was amazing, he was patience and fix the issue. Definitely will go back!

Dave and John were both extremely helpful when i went in to their store for an upgrade. After being told by another store that they didnt have time for us, we called the Fairhaven store and were greeted kindly and told to come on down. They were both friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about their phones. The 1/2 hour drive was definitely worth it. Thank you Dave and John for taking over that location and making the phone shopping experience not so stressful!

Went to the Fairhaven sprint store today to have my broken phone looked at and to purchase an iPad. I had one of the best shopping experiences of my life. Dave was an outstanding representative! Extremely personable and polite. Not only did he help me save hundreds of dollars to have my phone fixed, he saved me money on my plan, my accessories, and the ipad itself. He did not push anything and actually gave helpful insights to save more money. Its not typical of someone in sales to be so genuine but Dave was truly extraordinary. Its because of people like him that customers come back and i will definitely come to this sprint store for my future concerns and purchases.

The staff was helpful...too helpful...they kept helping everyone else while trying to make a sale with me. Would have taken half the time if they had focused and finished with me before they moved on to the next person to start helping them. They clearly wanted to help everyone, but it was really frustrating to be waiting and waiting and have them go off to help someone else while they hadnt finished doing what they were doing with me first.

Just dealt with two of the biggest stoners in the world . Place is a joke and a complete rip-off. Staff is uneducated and will take your money. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere...: YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The store manager helped us. My fiancé had no idea what was wrong with his phone it said “no service “ out of no where. Brenda had no advice but an 800 number after being with sprint for years. The attitude I received “4 minutes “ before the store was closing, as Brenda reminded me, was REPULSIVE. If I was called “young lady” one more time I might have actually believed it. I’m nearly 40. We are from Fairhaven but will be driving to New Bedford from now on because Casey who helped us was AMAZING.
