Regal is a very pleasing place once you walk in! The staff are very helpful and make sure you have a good time. I want to thank Linda for showing us around and helping us pick out a set of couches we purchased based on space, personal comfort and how we fit on them. Im a tall guy, tough to find anything that works. Thank you again Linda for an awesome time with Regal House Outlet!

Stopped in on Sunday during tax free weekend looking to buy a bedroom set. We found one we liked and started asking our sales person questions....could not believe how unprofessional she was . If customer questions are that hard to answer, maybe the job isnt for you.

Ordered a dresser for my daughter for Christmas. I placed the order the day after Thanksgiving and was told it would be in late December. Then I got a call stating more like early January, then I got another call stating more like mid-February. I called last week and was told looks like mid March. When I expressed my displeasure, the person I spoke with on the phone said she would see if they could get it earlier and she would call me back by Friday. Never got a call back. I called again on Saturday and spoke with a different woman who said it was showing it was on the truck to ship but could not give me any other information, like when it would ship, when it would arrive, etc. she said to call back on Monday and she would see if the info changed. My daughter did not want to wait anymore, so we went in today to get our money back. I fully understand this is no fault of the employees that work there and they have no control over how long it takes for the shipment to get there, but this particular woman was abrasive as if I was blaming her. She was rude. I had a great sales lady, Wendy, who was helpful and the younger woman who processed my return was nice, but this woman needs to take it down a notch.

I purchased a recliner with the extended warranty, I had the recliner for over a year and I got a rip in the seat, the person who handles the warranty told me I would get the seat replaced and was waiting for a new seat, for 3 months the part never came in, I called several times and a few emails with no results, I was very frustrated with the warranty person and went back to the store to talk to her again, but she wasnt there for a couple days so I talked to another person who worked there and she promised me she would take care of the situation, that she would call me by the end of the day, which she did, she told me to come down and get a new replacement recliner for free, that was awesome of them to do that for me,if you have a problem with them and cant get any results talk to another person there, Thank you Deb for everything!!!

I was surprised to see a line of people outside the door of the UPS store. I assumed that there were many returns from Xmas, bring your cold weather gear, wait time on this day about 15 minutes. reasonable considering how thorough they are and a pleasant staff to handle it all.

I have never ordered online like this and was so happy to see the promptness on placing an order. I had the privilege of meeting the owners who went out of their way to assist with delivery that they do not normally do. I have not opened the boxes yet, however, I was so impressed with their kindness and caring, I had to write a big thank you to them! Thank you both for everything. Will certainly order when the need arises. Order from them! You will not be disappointed!

Save your sanity and go elsewhere. I accompanied my mom on tax free weekend (August 29th/30th). She purchased a couch, a recliner and a wooden table that folds open. She also got an extended warrantee and paid for delivery. This allsounds amazing, right? That would be the case if she actually received any of it. It’s now November 3rd and she has not received the furniture and they just extended the delivery for a 3rd time now till December! She just called me to tell me she is canceling her order. I understand covid and all but this is ridiculous! Over 3 months to deliver furniture 2 miles down the road!? Please go elsewhere and save yourself the stress.

I recently purchased a bedroom set from REGAL HOUSE Clearance Outlet and when it was delivered there was only four pieces of furniture. When I tried to explain to the delivery person that I had purchased 5 pieces of furniture and not 4 he was extremely rude and assumed that I was lying. Thank god I still had my receipt. When they finally delivered the correct number of furniture I thought the head ache would be done. As I was looking at my furniture I noticed many scratches and nicks that werent from the delivery process. I immediately called Regal House because I was not satisfied with my bedroom set. I was also able to send them pictures. I was told they had to schedule a Regal House worker to come and look at the bedroom set and see if it could be fixed. I told the person that came to look at my furniture that I refused for it be fixed with a marker. I feel that I have paid way to much money and there is significant damage that would not be able to be fixed by a marker. When I received all new pieces of furniture they were still full of nicks and scratches. After a month and a half since I ordered my bedroom set, I called Regal House again and I was told the same response as before you have to schedule an appointment for a Regal House worker to come look at the furniture and see if it can be fixed. Well the worker came and he fixed the Knicks with a marker!!!! I called Regal House back and ask for the manager. I wanted to explain my frustration with the company and let them know that this is not acceptable. I did not expect them to send me another bedroom set but for them to understand that I was not satisfied with the way I was treated through this process and the quality of the bedroom set that I ordered. I hoped to get money back towards my bedroom set but I was told by a Regal house worker that $1050 is a good price for the amount of furniture I ordered. Even if I paid 1 dollar for the whole bedroom set that was the price that was offered by there company so I should not be having an employee stating that information to me. She then hung up on me as I was still talking. I called back and she said I signed a paper so there is nothing they can do!!! Before I could say anything else about the paper I signed she hung up again. The Only paper I signed was the first time my furniture was delivered and I was told I was signing that I received my furniture. I really advise NO ONE to order from this company !!

Walked in and one sales person on the floor was helping someone, and two other associates at the front desk just having a conversation. We were not greeted or even looked at by anyone. When the saleswoman on the floor finished with the customer, she walked away to join the other two associates at the desk and acted like we were not even present. We saw a couple pieces we liked and would have most likely purchase it but because of the terrible customer care, we walked out and brought our business elsewhere.

Great experience with Charles, he sold us the sectional we wanted except the unprofessional and extremely rude supervisor wouldn’t allow him to order in a brand new set, only the extra piece to it. No good reason except “there’s nothing wrong with the floor model so sell them that I don’t want orders going to the new warehouse” she spoke like we were not even there with an attitude and complaining. we will not be returning to this outlet. Charles was even nice enough to make up an excuse for her out of line behavior.

Purchased a sofa/love seat set. A sofa leg was broken at delivery, Regal made it right by refunding the delivery charge and sending a brand new sofa. Would recommend.

Horrendous and atrocious attitude from the supervisor of this location. Yesterday, June 6th, I was told to be here to meet someone i will not name for a warehouse position interview at 10 am today June 7th. I was there 20 minutes early waiting patiently for them to open when a professional looking woman pulled up out front. When i asked her if the person i was looking for was there yet she proceeded to tell me that not only was she not in today, but that nobody even told me to be there this morning. I explained that I was told this over the telephone yesterday otherwise i would not have even come by. She proceeded to accuse me of lying and raised her voice outside on the street to assert whatever she felt was factual. Not knowing who this woman was, i called the store to ask for a manager to sort this out and find out why i was being told two different things. The very same woman answered the phone and began actually yelling at me telling me that not only was i lying but that i had just lost any and all opportunities for an interview moving forward, then she hung up on me. I called back one more time to attempt to reach a supervisor because at this point I would like to lodge a complaint, at the very least in house if not through more official channels. This person told me she was the manager and that she would call the police if i were to contact or come to the store ever again. Having worked in the business sector for a very long time I am thoroughly appalled that anyone in a managerial position would ever act this way without any provocation whatsoever. I can not speak for the quality or pricing of the products sold here, but I would never in my life make a purchase from any place where the employees acted beyond reproach and with such rude indignance.
