Helpful staff, generally well stocked, clean store.

Tractor supply is awesome if you have animals or a farm or you like working on equipment or need hardware for anything I would definitely say that you should go thats my suggestion I like to shop all over for all kinds of different things and tractor supply is one of my favorite places definitely without a doubt 😉!

We came here to try out the dog wash. The setup is the best I have seen around, they have two deep tubs and two brushing stations to dry and comb out the dog after you are done washing them. I liked the layout as my dog does not like to take a bath, the deep tubs and drying station made it much easier then other self wash stations I have used. The problem I had with the place was how dirty it was, there was tons of dog hair everywhere including clumps in the tubs. The dirty towel bin was overflowing with dirty towels. We arrived soon after the place opened on Saturday morning so this must have been left over from the previous day. I will try it again and if it is cleaner then I would use this as my go-to dog wash, if it isnt then I wont.

I ordered and received a 10’ painted metal gate. I paid an additional $70.00 to have it delivered. It arrived rusted and dented. At least a dozen areas of surface rust! I took several pictures, unfortunately I can’t figure out how to post them. When I phoned the store to complain, the store employee told me they could take it back. He said they had 3 more, but this was the best one. He also mentioned something about it only having a “few” spots of rust. When we asked the driver to take it back, he said he didn’t work for Tractor Supply. We don’t blame him, obviously not his fault. We are not spending another $70.00 to send it back. Needless to say, we will never go back to this store.

Massive bait and switch. I called to see if they have a model in stock. It was on sale, new, for $549.99. The person who answered the phone was nice and went to check out back. While on hold the phone disconnected. I called back and he came back. He let me know we dont have any new ones, but we have two returns in stock; $400 and $449, and that they are complete, working and come with the same warranty as new. He verified on the phone these were the SKU and model number I called about. I drove 30 minutes there. On arriving, he told me he apologized but that both had issues. One a leaky hose and the other a damaged pump. The manager said he would discount the 449 one to 375 (hose issue) and I said great, Ill buy a new hose for that and be good.. then I wanted to double check it was the model I called about.. it was not. Its much older model no longer sold new, with rust. I asked to verify if the other used one, which was correct model (which has an aluminum vs brass pump), may have simply been a return from someone who used it once and just said it didnt work but in fact maybe it did.. I was Trying to buy this..but I was told the manager said no they would have to bring it out back; and that it probably was already tested which was put there because of that.. The model I called about had the damaged pump and there werent any others in stock. Manager didnt come back to see me and I left feeling as though They thought I was trying to pull a fast one..which I never implied while in the store.

Great store and great service ordering to the store some hard to find items. Always a good supply store, and kudos to Manager Mike for being super friendly and shouting out when our items came in.

I got hills science diet (usually 20+ dollars a bag) for my cats FOR ON SALE AT $5.60....WHAT!?!?!?also they sell really good pine pellets for cat litter very inexpensive. Highly recommended tractor supply on fairhaven for pet supplies

Stopped in on 8/19/20 and was helped by Mike. Superior employee who knows how to get things done. I spent minimum time in the store leaving with everything I needed, including a couple of items that I didn’t think about until he mentioned that it would make the task easier.

Matt was a great help. Took me to the product and also recommended something for rodents and put it in my car. 😇

THE place to go for all your country living needs. My puppy loves going here to get her food, and also picking out toys at the best prices around. Quit overspending and head to Tractor Supply!

If theres something that you need the chance of them having it is very good

Have guinea pigs and buy their food pellets in a big bulk bag there as well as a 50 lb bale of Timothy hay. Prices are good for a chain. Although if you have a local farm around can get hay cheaper.

They do there best to help with all my needs, quickly turning into my favorite store. Plus they still live chickens

Tractor supply is an interesting place. Lots of surprises. I like the dog washing facility they have on site. They let you bring in your pups and clean them yourselves with their equipment. Its a nice touch.

If you need supplies its a nice place but if you are looking into getting chicks dont waste the time.. they have no training or experience in any animal other then maybe a training video.. girl tells me its a state law you have too buy 6 at a time when that is false but then continues to lie about it when corrected and becomes rude in front of my 4 year old.. They will never get my business again

Always have just what I was looking for! Fun to browse, friendly staff and more often than not something unusual that I just had to buy.Ladies...... Its not all about tractors and Guy stuff ! lol

Dog washing facilities are SUPERIOR and worth the cost.

I went to Tractor Supply the other day for the first time and found it to offer a great selection! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just like the store, stock always good. Clean store prices competitive. Got an awesome rototiller much cheaper then Lowes or home scumbo!

Was in need of two John Deere power belts. On line those two belts were over $25 each. I remover the old belts, took them to our local tractor supply and an employee, used a sizer that not only correctly measured the belt width, AND were less than 25% of Deere’s price and were in stock. The nuts and bolt selection was well supplied. Im impressed. My new fav in Fairhaven.

I like the store but, on 5 separate occasions they have told me they, are out of propane and waiting for a delivery. Really?

Nice store in a convenient loaction. Great selection of quality pet foods/products. Josh is a top notch employee and will go over and above to assist customers. A great assest to TSC who should be promoted to the managers position without a doubt!

Finnally one closer to me. they have baby chicks their so cute wish i couldve held one though. But great place.

A good option when youre shopping for a plus size guy. They have up to 4X in some shirts. Carhartt stuff too.

Great large clean store with a large variety of items for sale. But my favorite section of the store is the dedicated dog wash room, very convenient and reasonable.

Cant go wrong with TSC! I wish they had a bigger inventory of western accessories. The one in Fairhaven offers a dog wash which is great!

Nice store had 1 guy with dark hair & facial hair who was very rude & wouldnt help me.. BUT a tall thin guy was so helpful.

The worst service and rudest staff. Last time I went in the two male clerks stared at me and looked me up and down and proceeded to talk about me under their breath.I mean I realize these are entry level retail jobs but these wieners have zero potential or future with that attitude. Sad to see people just existing and not pushing themselves. Oh well can’t see it from my house.

I have been in many tractor supplies throught RI, and CT...just happened to be up on the Cape today and stopped in at this TSC and found that the staff was friendly and willing to offer assistance if needed. This location is well stocked with products.
