Simply Self Storage is exactly as it name represents. Simple. The office was staffed with a personable and efficient gal named Lexi and she was just what I needed whereas this was my 1st storage experience. Lexi answered all my questions and was most helpful.

The online reservation system is quick and convenient! I reserved a unit over the weekend but didnt book it right away. I received a call from Lexi first thing Monday morning to confirm the details. She was extremely helpful and friendly - top notch customer service! I had some issues re-accessing the website when I was on the phone with her to complete the payment, and she walked me through it.

I had a flawless rental experience with Lexie this past weekend. My wife and I are new to the area and need some temporary storage during the moving process. Lexie made the process as simple as possible and was as professional as can be. Thank you so much! Ill look forward to using SSS whenever I need additional space.

Simply Storage in Fairhaven sets itself off with its store manager Lexie Smith. What a gem! I reserved a space 3 weeks ahead of when I needed it. Lexie held the space, reminded me when we needed to complete the lease, did much of the sign-up process virtually to reduce the amount of time in the office to finish the process (covid), and was supportive and accommodating the whole way. What a positive attitude! The space is neat and clean...she really makes it work.

I have had a storage unit in Fairhaven for about a year. I mentioned to Lexie in passing that I would be interested in a smaller unit when one became available in the same building Im presently in. One day months later she called to say she had one available-I was shocked she even remembered my interest. Then on another occasion I had a billing issue which she resolved in the same day. I would say Lexie is an excellent employee with phenomenal customer service skills. She is professional, communicates well (even with a mask on) and has unreal follow up. The facilities are very clean and welcoming thanks to Lexie. She is an asset to Simply Storage hopefully shell be around for a long time.

Prices have more than doubled since the new ownership. The additional cost comes with the added features: water/condensation on the floor, mold/mildew, exterior doors that dont close correctly, as well as small critters chewing holes in everything and taking up residence. Eviction notices have had no response.Dont put anything valuable or susceptible to damage from dark damp places. Im moving out ASAP.

The manager Sonia was GREAT. I had read the reviews before I went there just to see what other people said. The only bad review that I read was about Sonia. Lets just say at first I didnt get her name so I didnt know who I was working with and assumed this couldnt be Sonia because she was so helpful, so polite, and very friendly. I then asked her her name and come to find out it was Sonia. She helped me out so much and was very understanding, caring, friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, very accommodating, helpful and I highly recommend this place.

The person who left a review before me, Sonia, IS the manager there so I would take that 5 stars with a grain of salt. As someone who doesnt work for the property, I will give you my honest opinion. Sonia is downright nasty and rude. I have seen reviews here with how awful she is, and am shocked that management hasnt let her go yet. How many unhappy customers have to leave your company before you believe what they are saying? She spoke down to my wife, criticized me, and was disgustingly mean to the delightful coworker (Carlos) of hers. She is bringing down your company. She is not worth it, Simply!

Originally we had a really bad experience. The woman at the desk fixed it the next day. I still find it a bit pricey but overall a nice place and if it werent for the African American woman at the desk we would have gone elsewhere. She makes the experience all worth it and did everything she could to keep us as customers.
