This morning was the worstest day of my life I went in today this morning Wednesday morning to complain about some stuff I seen on my car. About the trunk and some other stuff. They told me I had to wait on Mr.Well didnt have a attitude I sit theyre very quietly wait for Mr will. And then Mrs Robyn, she called me in the office and I told her how I felt about something she already had a nasty attitude I told her what I thought about my trunk had a noisy trunk which I didnt have before. She went and got the detail person about my glove compartment I felt like it sho should not have been could even open it last night.. miss Robyn made a statement her employees dont touch stuff.the detail guy was still hollering at me too and said he didnt go in my glove compartment which was very unprofessional. He took it to the shop and cleaned it up again the detail guy and it fixed the noise the label parts the detail person had to tell me they fixed the noise instead of Miss Robin very unprofessional

I used Autocraft to repair damage to my car after an accident. They did a wonderful job on the repair. I got daily text updates and phone calls regarding the status of my car’s repair, and my car was done earlier than promised. The people at Autocraft are knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. Took my truck in for repairs, a date was set. They call 2 weeks later (time I could have gotten into another shop) to tell me they couldnt honor the appointment they set. Called me today and said they could not take my truck in on the date they set. Period. My mother had problems with these people and I should have known better than waste my time with them.You must have me mixed up with somebody else. Will called me this morning and all he said was he couldn’t take my truck in on 10/19 (the date that was set). I told him I’d call him back. I made a call to another shop (down the road). Called back and told Candy I’ll be taking somewhere else.I’m giving you an honest review. You are unable to accept the truth.

We needed the front bumper on our Nissan replaced and had a short timeline. The folks at Auto Craft made sure the part was in before calling us to drop off the car. As promised all was done in just a couple of days PLUS we asked them to detail Nina. She had some scratches on her hood and in a few other places and really needed some TLC.I cant tell you how proud we are of her now. She looks like new inside and out!2 years ago I had Auto Craft refurbish the headlights on the Nisan as they were looking rather scuffed up and dull. Today they STILL look excellent.They really care about their customers at Auto Craft and it is obvious. I was even contacted over the weekend to make sure that we were happy with their work.Hopefully nothing happens any time soon to bring us back, but if it does, there is no where else we would go.
