This Publix is always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful, their produce is always fresh, the meat department always has a good selection. I always love their weekly buy one get one selection.

I LOVE this specific Publix! Its my favorite of the 3 closest to us. The fruit is always fresh, the bakery and deli are amazing, AND theres even an entire international aisle! To add the helpful and pleasant cashiers with all that makes it a five star market for sure!

This is the fanciest grocery store Ive ever been in. They have everything and more! Way better than Walmart. From their ready made meals, to fresh fruits, to desserts... Everything is just amazing! I had trouble with groceries and they even offered to help take them to the car! (I declined but wow they were so nice!) Its our new favorite place!

Pretty good shopping experience. The cake I ordered for my wife for our anniversary came out amazing! We also bought chicken tenders and butterfly shrimp from the deli that were delicious. All around great experience.

A nice Publix...what a great chain! So reliable to have good choices on hand. We werent very hungry and simply stopped in for dinner items ready made. Nice selection.

Pretty mundane considering all the great markets in the area. They are nice and clean and the bakery is good. Other than that Rouses, Piggly wiggly and Winn-Dixie are better for just about everything else.

Deli highly understaffed. Pricey but great selection. No shoe laces though.

I purchased a dozen of jumbo eggs, paying full price only to find out half of the eggs were small eggs. I feel this is very poor management.

This location vacillates with quality of service. Recently, this store is showing significant improvement with helpful and engaging staff and consistently stocked inventory. Janice is doing a fabulous job in the Aprons area - she is super informative and offers great tips on meals! She represents Publix well. She thoughtfully bundled some recipe packets for our family based on our interests. Brooke, customer service, provides a warm, welcoming smile and responsive support! Mike seems to be bringing the team together! Great work, Publix crew! By the way, the Triple Threat Pork chili is the bowl of food we made at home thanks to the special chili recipes from Aprons! It was yummy!! Today, my 9-year-old picked out the prettiest flowers for her beautiful mom at a very reasonable price. Everyone happy!

Something must be wrong with the freezer. Last few weeks the icecream was dicey. As though it had melted and then refroze. Good place to get groceries. Wish the bakery items werent so cardboard. Not much flavor. There buttercream taste like plain white icing.

I had an issue with my order not being ready that I was very much depending on. I had placed the order with Instacart 24 hours prior. I called the manager whose name was Mike and he could not have been more helpful. I received word later on that he himself went behind the counter at the bakery to assist and get the order ready. They also knocked five dollars off of the price. They also gave me a free cake that I can use at my local Publix.I started out being very disgruntled and ended up being very pleased so I wanted to report not just the negative but the positive as well

I began shopping here recently when, in my mid 60s, I suddenly developed multiple severe food allergies which requires me to completely revamp my diet. Many common, everyday items ( all dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, etc.) are now off limits and Publix seems to have the largest selection of allergy safe options available. Clerks have all been helpful and knowledgeable, store is clean and attractive and in these days of Covid I feel safe there. My only reason for rating 4 instead of 5 is the fact you definitely pay for the above noted conveniences.

This is a very nice grocery store. They have everything just about you need and some stuff you didn’t even know you needed. My only issue with this grocery store is price. The prices are HIGH. Higher than anywhere else in Fairhope or Daphne. I bought the same exact package of organic beef hamburger meat for $4 cheaper at The Fairhope Walmart. If cost isn’t an issue this store will be awesome for you. And I still do some of my shopping there because the selection is so good.

Publix stores always offers pleasant shopping experience. Only downside are items are priced a bit higher than the Walmarts of the world but I feel higher cost is worth the lack of craziness thats always inherent with Walmart.

I am EMS Patamedic that stopped to get a healthy lunch/salad and the pre-made salad did not have any dressing in it even though the label said vinegrette. Very sad.

We are from Central Illinois, and while here visiting family, we came to Publix.The store was clean, the employees were cleaning everything, the entire time we were there, everyone was friendly, and helpful.When we move here next year, this is our store.

Honestly, everyone who works at any grocery store but especially for the employees of this Publix, each one of them should get a significant raise to match the cost of living.anyone who has ever worked with the general public understands how brutal and unforgivingthat the general public can be. These people are here making sure you have food in your refrigerators, meat and your freezers, and whatever else you need for your family.they dont have to be nice to you. They dont have to be at work to help you. Yet, they are. If you can do nothing else you need to make sure that you show the utmost respect to everyone in the service industry. This Publix is by far one of the best places Ive been in recently which is why Ive given it the 5-star rating.

Was told on Saturday by a pharmacy employee, that they coukd only fill a partial, I said no problem. She said it will be ready after 2 on Monday. Got there and was told it wasnt ready, I said I was told it would be ready today after 2. She said well you have enough to last until Wednesday. Its not ready. You can come back today after 4.

Met my daughter and her husband there to shop with groceries and then go to her house the store is very clean and the staff were very helpful and we found everything we are looking for.

Stood in line for 5 minutes waiting on deli staff to decide whos waiting on next customer. It was a zoo. Then I tried to order the meatball sub but they were out of meatballs. Then I wanted to order a sub on wheat they were out of wheat. And they call this a deli? Went to Firehouse!``

Always a delight to shop for groceries when a Publix is near... my grandparents favorite place to shop in Florida when I was a teen. Im happy for the Organic selection of foods here in Fairhope, AL Publix!

Im having a hard time understanding why you have young cashiers and I see a wonderful cashier that everyone loves going throu her line, is bagging and out in 90° heat getting carts! Im 45 and Im in the heat all day and Im exhausted by the end of the day. I know shes older then me and she can probably do circles around me, but come on! Managers need to get out there and do it a day and then tell me how you feel!

I loved publix cause they food is wonderful and the service was awesome. But today i had a feeling like I was racially profiled. While I was check out the cashier checked my money i used when i paid for my key lime pie that was awesome to see if it was fake I was cool with that but other people that was white paid woth cash ahead of me with no problem no checking of their money just a smile and have a nice day. Maybe it was just me but two people ahead of me didnt seem to have their money checked why mine? I am all for proper protocol but make it fair across the broad please....

This place is great! ...except for the butcher! I asked for an 8oz cut of filet mignon yesterday and the guy looked at me like I was crazy. I eventually got a cut, but it was not very great, very gristly. I hope you all see this review and are able to offer some training to the butcher staff. A display case for meats would also be nice (check out what Fresh Market and Whole Foods does). Other than this issue, great store and staff! If you reply to me saying you are working on it, Ill up the review to 5 stars.

Love shopping at Publix. Wish I could afford to shop there more often. Friendly customer service, they will even take your grocery out to your car. Place is always clean.

I love publix but check the expiration dates on everything you buy. I found an item that I purchased on 1/25/19 had a sell by date of 1/10/19... come on publix! It has been happening almost every visit lately and youre better than this!
