Walmart is sinking fast. They don’t keep their shelves stocked and the employees could care less about you. Most of them are more interested in filling on line orders quickly, even if it means being rude to the customers. If there was another store close by with Competitive prices then I would shop there, but there isn’t

Its getting old to have to stand in line for God knows how long because theres only one line open with a real person working it because its the only line that takes cash. Meanwhile the express where there might be 2 people is cards only. Shortage of cash, not likely at Walmart the only store that really was open during the pandemic.

It was wonderful. Mr. Allen, Mr. Elijah, and Ms. Anna were such a blessing helping me with my situation. Im so thankful that there are still kind people in this word. May God bless them.

Nice friendly staff at walmart. They had a great fishing section. Very clean and aisles wide enough that everyone gets in and out easily.

Walmart good be better. There should keep more stuff on the shelf for everyone that likes to shop inside still.

Store was clean orderly and very pleasant however did not have the product I was after I asked Personnel if they could check another store and was told no I had to call the other store myself. Shame on you Walmart The Mower Shop with you the more I am disappointed less service every time its bad enough I have to check my own self out thank God for Amazon

Very big Walmart, you can pretty much find what youre looking for. Only three stars because only one register was open the rest is self check out. Open more lines during busy hours like 5 p.m. on Fridays.

We do pick up orders and two of the gentlemen that bring out our order are so nice. They are always smiling, very friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. I have forgotten their names but the make dealing with Walmart a pleasant experience.

The service at the eye care store is horrible....they cant get it right even when you discuss it with them. Will not ever do that one again and I would stir anyone else from there as well.

Its ok. Some of the staff & managers especially are worthless, and are walking examples of what’s wrong in the world today. There are a COUPLE of people who care.. miss Carol in the Vision center was very nice and went above and beyond with courtesy and service

Big store big selection.being an evacuees from hurricane Ida I was kinda nervous going into a different area but the people of Alabama and walmart are awesomely nice.

Walmart made me rescan my 100+ item $400 order of groceries at the self checkout because they claimed I had missed a few 0.85c pouches of tuna. This is insane, if you want to be super critical of 85c tuna the maybe you should scan the groceries yourself, if someone is spending $400+$ I promise you, they arent stealing 85cents worth of tuna... stop wasting my time while Im already doing your job walmart.

I always love shopping WalMart because I can usually get everything at one store/stop. Very convenient.

The customer service is outstanding. I needed a certain spice that wasn’t on the shelf and the employee went to the back and retrieved what I needed without any hesitation and was happy to do so.

Everything you need from groceries to household items, pharmaceuticals, and outdoor items. Theyve increased the number of self checkouts. Noticeably less staff manning the cashier stations and people are gravitating to the self checkout lanes.Not overcrowded on my visits. Staff helpful and pleasant interaction. All staff where mask and responsive to my queries.

1. Store is small so choice is limited.2. They are out of stock constantly3. The redeeming part is the pharmacy and cashiers.

The one in fairhope is way better stocked, imma have to start driving there

Cleanest Wal Mart in all of Baldwin County. I hate shopping at Wal Mart but am glad this one is on my way home. If I had to shop at a Wal Mart, this would be the one.

I visited Davi Nails for a pedicure which was phenomenal.

This is the Wal-Mart in Fairhope and is HUGE!! Clean, but the checker was a little cranky.

Often the shelves are poorly stocked and the appearance leaves a little to be desired as far as cleanliness.

Its one of the nicer Walmart stores in Baldwin County.

Every time I go to Walmart I get overcharged. If I were to walk in and take something from the store, I would go to jail. Why is it different when they take from me?

Went for baby gifts. A person can always exchange items if not needed. I was happy with it all.

I dont dislike Walmart. I like the store. The workers dont seem to like helping customers. Always in a hurry . But all in all....I still would recommend the store. It is clean and well supplied.

Me and my girlfriend have been sitting in the walmart pick up order slot for over an hour. i called them and everything they said they would have it out shortly. absolute bs do better

For the past several weeks, the shelves have been half stocked. And Ive been asking for different flavored great value sparkling water for over a year. Still only have mango and peach. Other walmarts carry several varieties. Why cant the Foley walmart?

This is the largest, cleanest Walmart weve ever visited and shopped at. Employees that we ran into and cashiers were also exemplary. The parking lot is also huge and clean, with cameras and security. The indoor photos do not even include the garden nor the tire service shop. Ive never reviewed a Walmart before but had to do this one. The Womens restroom was also clean! Kudos to the managers and employees. Someone told me this establishment has been here for ten years; I would have thought just a couple years.

Even the self-checkout was flawless! Found everything I was looking for and more.

Excellant people in the pharmacy...the service desk needs a complete workover... no smiles and very slow...not the least bit concerned with customer service.

Why is their Ladies bathroom always nasty? Its not like they make enough money off the Public to have this professionally cleaned and updated.

We travel a lot, and as a result stop at a number of Walmart stores to grab the essentials along the way. I have to say that this is probably the nicest and cleanest store that I have been in. Shelves almost always stocked full, clean bathrooms, parking lot is never littered with carts. When we stay in the Gulf Shores/Foley area, we end up shopping here.

This walmart is a great place to shop! Staff is always friendly, store is usually stocked up, clean, and I love the drive thru pharmacy and grocery pick up!

One of the nicest stores I have been to. I actually drive a little bit out of the way to shop at this one. Very clean and well laid out as well. A really big store which may be more of deal breaker for those with mobility issues or who are short on time, however this store does stock a large amount of items other Walmarts in the area do not.

This is by far the nicest Walmart that I have ever ever been to. Its beautiful on the inside always clean organized people are always working working working I just love it.

Grocery Pickup lost our order after charging us for it. Waited an hour in pickup lane before being notified. For a service that is suppose to be convenient this was a major customer service fail. Will not ever use walmart again.

The Walmart in Fairhope, Alabama should set the example of how ALL Walmarts across the United States should be trained, staffed, cleaned, stocked and managed. I say this with conviction, as, we travel throughout the United States, so, we choose our destinations based on our provisioning needs & usually, Walmart is the easiest to locate.

Only 2 lines open with 5 people in each.Cant find nice helpAnd been this way last 2 visits. Going to Piggly Wiggly or Winn Dixie next time.

I love this walmart they seem to always have more stuff and new stuff all around different stuff from the other stores . also its bigger. And of course the McDonalds inside

The people in the tire dept mainly the two girls at the counter had horrible attitude and were extremely rude.

Items moved from sections - gotta double look aisle for merch & prices. Best thing is the staff!!

The staff went out of their way to help me find my shopping list items, and everyone had on masks - felt very safe. Great store!

This Walmart has been understocked on so many items for several months. It is aggravating trying to purchase what I came in for.I went to Fairhopes Walmart today to buy what I needed.I will start shopping in Pensacola at the Walmart on Blue Angel Pkwy.

Tried the grocery Pickup app. for the first time. very slow service. Not impressed! I can actually get in and out of the store a lot quicker with self check out.

Usually Fairhope Walmart has everything and more...but this trip had many empty shelves...so disappointed...so had to make another stop at Publix, taking way more time and getting me home later than I wanted...still like Fairhope Walmart, though. A different atmosphere than most Walmarts...

This Walmart is what you expect from any other walmart. Not super exceptional, but gets the job done. Reading three stars though because they close at 11:00 instead of being open 24 hours and a post pandemic vaccinated world. The edge Walmart had over the competition is that they were open 24 hours.

Clean and decent. Easy in out, but tight parking lot. Found a lot of extra items here I could not find at my local location.

Had my oil changed, needed to bring in my own oil filter as they dont stock filters for Minis but thats ok. Went to the auto parts store nextdoor and ordered one earlier in the week. All done in about an hour. So convenient, shop for supplies and get the car serviced at the same location.

Always find what I need. Really nice people to help me.

Went to pick up my rubbermaid tupperware. They said it was fine to pick it up outside in pickup. Called the number on sign. I got told 3 times we can not find your order. They had to go get the 2 boxes off of the shelves. Waited over an hour for my order. Lazy people do not care about their jobs
