Terrible customer service. I called about a residential garage door. After explaining what I need, I got laughed at and told theyre not doing residential. Very rude!

Garage door repairs include spring replacement, operators, remotes, garage door hinges, garage door rollers and door cables. Service areas include all Baldwin and Mobile Counties and parts of Mississippi. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a major problem with my door, or at least I thought so. Called on Thursday afternoon and the tech was in the area and he came by to see what my problem was. He was able to get the door to close bc I was going out of town. Told me he could get to me on the following Tuesday. Was at my house that Tuesday at 730 am and was finished up 915. Cant say enough good things about them .

I called this company and set up dates for service 3 times over a two week period before Jeff finally said they just wouldnt be able to get to me. Dont waste your time with this terrible customer service.
