I want to share my recent experience at my local auto part store! I went there looking for a hard to find auto part that the big box stores could not get! Not only did they know what I was looking for but they had the part the same day and for a better price! The knowledge, accuracy and efficiency of these guys need to be known! Great job!👍

I just called this store looking for a Back Windshield Window wiper. Went there on my Lunch break and the Gentlemen remember the Call and proceeded to assist me immediately, buy the time I was done browsing the store, he was advising me that I was all done. He had install the wiper onto my vehicle and was ready for me to checkout, he also advised me to double check it before leaving. He even came back outside to double check that I was good to go.

I was in this store about a year ago and was completely ignored while waiting in line for over 10 minutes, despite there being two people working. I found it odd, but g figured the second worker was busy. While waiting the customer in front of me started saying bad things about fat people and the men working joined in....Full disclosure: Im a fat woman. All this happened while i stood there waiting in line without being acknowledged at all. Ive never been made to feel so uncomfortable in my life. Needless to say i left and went down the street to another auto supply store in North Olmsted.
