We have replaced just about every window in our home with Fairview. Owner Bob Dutton was very professional when he came out several times to our home for measurements and his installers were very polite and professional. They always came on time and cleaned up after them selves. We would highly recommend Bob and his crew.

I’ve been a home owner for over 12 years and have never had someone come that we hired come into my house and be so insulting. First the installers show up without having all of the screws necessary to install my storm door (they installed it and said that someone would come back later to put in the missing screws). Not a big issue. We had agreed that on the same day that my storm door was being installed that they would also change my patio screen to a more durable pet screen. My mother was in the house and mentioned that she didn’t think the “gate”screen that they brought was going to fit the installer said “What? Do you have a ruler in your eyes?”. Then the installer made another rude comment to her about how he’s good with his eyes and knows how to measure things. The installer said that they would have to take my screen door back to the shop to have it changed to the pet screen. The installer said that someone would “drop it off” tomorrow. I asked if they could put it back in it’s place (as he said that they would just drop it off). The installer said “I guess they can, but you really need to learn how to do this type of thing by yourself, especially if you want to be a homeowner”!!!! Excuse me!?!? I’m not sure if he made this comment because I’m a woman or if he just lacks the social skills necessary to work with people. Clearly he didn’t think out his rude comments and sexist remark because if everyone knew how to install their own doors he wouldn’t have a job. Although I had a positive experience when I was at the store selecting my door I would never use this company again because of how rude and straight up insulting the installer was to me and my mother.

My family has been utilizing Fairview Home Improvement for Many Years Now and will continue for Many More! Their workmanship, professionalism and prices are The Best! When I find something that works...and works so very well... I Stick with it! Dealing with Bob Dutton is, without any doubt, the easiest way to get a job done and done right! We hired Fairview Home Improvement to renovate our home and garage with new vinyl siding and new gutters. Bob Dutton and his team performed a first class job. They completed everything we asked them to do even designing an address plate for our house . The job was completed to our satisfaction. Mr. Dutton conducted himself in a professional manner and was always reliable and honest. The workers did a great job and cleaned up neatly. The work was completed in a timely manner per the agreement. I would highly recommend Fairview Home Improvement.

Fairview home improvement came out and replaced my exterior door next to my garage back in December. Not only does my door look great, but they had an extra challenge to size a new door in a off size, rotting frame. They did it and it looks and works great. Had multiple colors and styles to choose from. Bob the sales rep was responsive to my calls and the installers were friendly and prompt. They also sent a worker out to replace trim around garage and window. Again, a great job and Mark was friendly and prompt. Prices were reasonable.

Called at the beginning of September for a quote. After two weeks I called them back and the estimate was still not done. Finally after calling them a week after that they gave me a price and said theyd be out within two weeks. Two weeks go by and we hear nothing, so I call them again. Guy I spoke to did not seem to care much and got short with me and said hed be out the next week. Friday of the next week rolls around and still no Fairview Home Improvement. When we told them this they still did not seem to care, so we informed them wed go with someone else. They gave us the run around for almost two months and did not seem to care one bit. Ive worked general contracting on and off for ten years and understand that smaller jobs are pushed to the back of the queue, but their lack of communication and complete uncaring nature of performing the work they said they would was very unprofessional. If youre unable to do the job just say so, dont blow the customer off for a month and a half and then get short with them for the next two weeks when they question why you didnt follow through on what you said you would do.

Fairview Home Improvement replaced all of our windows and storm doors and did a fantastic job. Their crew was personable and very professional. I definitely recommend them and would work with them again.

Bob Dutton and his team did incredible work installing new siding on our house. They went above and beyond and really did a nice job. We also had them repair part of our gutter and clean the gutters as well. All of the work was done quickly and efficiently and at a very fair price. Well be using Bob and Fairview Home Improvement again in the future.

I received an estimate for basement glass block windows. We agreed on the price to do the job. When the windows were installed they only did 5 out of 6 windows. They wanted to charge us for another window. Bob from Fairview home improvement said that was the price for 5 windows. When we agreed on the price it was for all the windows. We are very, very disappointed with Fairview home improvement!

Had Fairview Home Improvement install new french doors and storm doors, new insulated siding from Alside, new trim around all windows and doors, new gutters and downspouts and new awnings. Everything came out amazing. Dealt with Bob Polk through the whole experience and really appreciated that there was no high pressure sales whatsoever, and that I was given time to research and make my decision without being hassled about it. The doors were installed in a matter of hours, same with the new awnings and the siding, trim and gutters took only 4 days to complete. I was amazed at how quickly everything was done and appreciated the installers hanging the siding in near freezing temperatures. Plus the house looked amazing upon completion and the yard was free of trash and debris. There was one small issue with one of the awnings that was handled very promptly and professionally by Bob. I will definitely be contacting Fairview for future home improvement needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional service and quality products at an affordable price.

After waiting 7 weeks for a door to be installed and a week of getting calls of hey, we can be there in 30 minutes I advised them I need an actual date and time, like a professional company, and not just when theyre free. I was then told well, were just trying to fit you in between jobs so..i dont know insinuating the $1,100 door wasnt worth their time or my money. I advised them that was unacceptable, and was given an actual date and time. On that day, they showed up with the wrong model door, but I decided to hell with, the job needs to get done, so tell them just to put the wrong door in. 10 minutes later, I get told the doors the wrong size, and it will be another month before they can order a new one. I canceled the job on the spot, and never got so much as an apology for waiting months of my time. Incredibly unprofessional, lackadaisical, and poorly run company.

I have been going to Fairview Home Improvement for over 15 years now and this should easily explain that When you find something that works... Stick with it! ... Which is what our Family has done.... I have been employed as a U.S Federal Agent for over 28 years and I have always been a bit cautious with contractors and folks working in our home. Not the case here with these Folks... Stated very easily for me, I Trust Them!We have had our roof done, a 12 x 20 addition on the back of our home, front door with storm door, gutters and so much much more. Without exception every single time the job has been PERFECT! and WITHOUT FLAW! I recommend them Very Highly for the many many jobs done for me!! Always done right the first time! I wonder sometimes if the negative review someone posted was done by a competitor or just a dissatisfied customer... I firmly believe that if they make an error that they Will Make It Right! I would even go as far to say that I would trust them in my home...even if I cannot be there.The prices are more than fair, the workmanship above reproach, and the timing to get jobs done absolutely wonderful every single time. As an example.... when my wife and I decided on an addition we met with Bob D. at Fairview Home Improvement. We made and requested many upgrades and changes in our original request that were handled very professionally. And, I must state that the addition (now about ten years old) Looks as good as it did when first finished! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!In closing, I know you cant please everyone all the time... but They (Fairview Home Improvement) have pleased our Family Each and Everytime! BRAVO FAIRVIEW HOME IMPROVEMENT!!! FOR MANY MANY JOBS WELL DONE!!!

Quality work at a fair price.

Theyre scheduler must be so overwhelmed or just terrible at it. As well as the person who orders the materials for the job. Oh! The individual who installed our skylight is no ambassador for your company. This man was screaming at me. Yelling at me to get out of my house while he was there. Threatening to throw a sheet of plywood over the whole and walking away. Job undone. Said he didnt want to be there. So.... I went up on the roof and was compelled to watch him do the job so he wouldnt take short cuts and properly do install. More plus more plus more. Cant recommend Company to anyone. In matter of fact.... well make sure any person I know to stay(run) away from them. Terrible communicators. If I could give zero stars would be my true rating instead of one.
