Im in love with this store and it’s staff. Kudos to the hiring manager of such amazingly informed and helpful employees. The place is small but mighty! I wish I could hang out there all day but I don’t want to be that weird old lady!!

Im always shopping at sallys and theres one particular girl who always helps me. I need to get her name! Shes so patient with me and shes very knowledgeable. I am always glad to go in and see shes working because she always answers all my questions and truly tries to help. Never is rushing or can be passive or idk you know how some people can be. She has short hair usually colorful. Shes great!

The girl that was working was being really rude to the other employees. i think she’s the manager because she nearly forced me to apply for the store credit card. i said no and was asked 3 more times. i think her name was Sam. she made me very uncomfortable..

The two ladies working today made it a great first visit.They were super friendly and helpful.

Just left, and I will say it was my best experience yet! Taylor, the store manager, was absolutely delightful and so helpful! Super knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10.

First time visitor, just needed a super shaver head replacement. First customer of the day (10/1/20 @10am) and the two gorgeous young ladies, gave me a awesome good morning greeting. Very friendly, helpful, big smiles under their mask (could tell by cheek bones lol)and nice.

Came on 12.30 night, needed purple hair dye for my daughter. store attendant was a rockstar, knowledgeable and kind.thank you.

There are only 3 narrow isles and no one tries to monitor the amount of people let in. We all had to get within a few inches of each other constantly while browsing. Social distancing not at all enforced. I thought it was irresponsible and will be purchasing on Amazon instead. I gave two stars because I’ve purchased items here in the past.

Between a pretty good selection of items and a helpful staff, I found this store to be everything I needed to keep my hair and nails in peak shape. They recommended products that not only i asked for but ones I hadnt considered before that would work BETTER than the ones I initially asked about. They also taught me how to treat and how NOT to treat my hair. Overhearing someone talk rudely to the employees broke my heart because of how well theyd helped me and attempted to help them. All in all, a good visit to a good store.

Excellent customer service and very organized store.

I love Sallys. But, they are CONSTANTLY asking if you need help. I was in there 10 minutes and got asked my the same 3 times if i needed help. One time would of been sufficient..

Nice beauty store. This beauty supply store is available to all customers. Im a diyer that enjoys doing my own hair. I find all I need at Sally beauty supplys. The store has hair products, nail supplies, makeup and hair accessories and much more. I would recommend this store to others. Enjoy!🙂

Kaitlyn was phenomenal!!!! I was upset because I had the wrong color and it burned my scalp. I bought 2 of them and was bedside myself cause I spent the money and it was the wrong color. I didnt have the receipt and she STILL exchanged them for the right color and gave me 2 free mini bottles of developer!!! Im a customer for life!

The place is nice, however the employee named Wonda is very rude in store and over the phone. (Shes an older woman who has a smokers voice) Shes super unprofessional, has no patience, and doesnt know how to keep her attitude in check.

Always come for my beauty needs!!!
