I was very impressed with Cleveland Cabinets! My husband and I needed a new kitchen (ours was in bad shape by the previous owners) and Geoff was able to get us exactly what we wanted! They did an amazing job with our kitchen! We could not be happier. They were very clean throughout the project. I never had to worry. Quality work. Very friendly and professional. We finally found a company that is professional and reliable.

Kitchen design is not what I anticipated. I ended up with a large cabinet above refrigerator that was so large that it is not usable in their design . The design for my stove top was off centered by 6inches which put stove burner directly under the cabinet with only 16 above the flame. The recommended clearance is 24. I am worried about fire hazards. I was told once you sign design approval they will not stand by their design.So have a contractor study the design. I did not and I forced to find way to make it work.Communication with design dept. is by email only. They have phone service set so you can not directly call your designer.

They were extremely professional, responsive, helpful, and reliable throughout the entire job. They make high-quality custom cabinets for a very affordable price. It was a great experience, and we are extremely happy with the results!

This is my second time around with Cleveland Cabinets.. Matt had two layouts for my daughter and I and it worked out great. They worked with my schedule and installed the cabinets the day before the stay at home order was instituted. Countertops followed shortly thereafter.. The Cleveland Cabinet Company of professionals did an absolutely incredible job on my kitchen remodel. From the minute my husband and I went into the showroom until the job was completed we were treated with the utmost respect, kindness and thoroughness from this establishment. Ashley the design specialist took her time to help address my special needs in the kitchen, Kevin the cabinet installer went way beyond his required duties to correct pre-existing errors from another supposed contractor to make my kitchen cabinets look cohesive and appropriate. I cannot say enough about my entire experience from this company except to say that they are and were exceptional.

They did a complete kitchen remodel. It turned out very nice. There were delays and glitches mostly due to the pandemic but some were company related as well. Their communication with me could have been better. My feeling is that they do bigger jobs than my remodel so the follow through was lacking at times.

Cleveland Cabinets assisted me with picking out new countertops and set me up with their professional for the remodel and new installation. The process went very smoothly and I’m very happy with the new countertops. They look amazing and I would highly recommend their company for any home remodel needs.

CAUTION: Please read before contacting this company. Very rarely do I leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. We signed a contract to purchase a home being fully renovated by Cleveland Cabinets in December 2020. The initial closing date was to be mid February of 2021. My husband and I chose the flooring, cabinetry, etc.. We also purchased several thousands of dollars worth of furniture, light fixtures and decor all designed for this homes layout. We were told by the owner that the home would be finished in January to meet the closing date, as we both accepted new jobs in Cleveland and needed to relocate. We were then told there was a delay due to the Citys inspection, so we signed an extension to have possession by March 31st. We met with the owner of Cleveland Cabinets, Matt Strang, and he assured us that drywall would be up in 2 weeks (in February). At this point all communication stopped. Matt Strang would not update us or respond to emails or phone calls. We were under the impression that the home was nearly completed, when we drove by again to see the house untouched. We were told through his realtor that the project manager and the contractor had both quit. He had no plans on telling us or finishing this project. We were now paying $1600 a month to keep our interest rate locked in and also paying storage fees for our custom furniture, while commuting over an hour each way to work. We informed Matt of this and he still did not respond. We were then forced to hire an attorney to resolve this issue. Matt then signed a third addendum stating he would resume construction in 30 days. We FINALLY were able to meet at the property (4/26) only to see that there were still inspections needed, and the home was still gutted with only electric and plumbing done SINCE DECEMBER. We were lied to the entire time, misled, and ignored throughout the entire process. We missed out on several opportunities to purchase other homes, under the assumption that this home was being built for us. We were forced to buy another home this week in order to relocate. We are out thousands of dollars in fees, left with furniture that will not fit in our new home, and we spent considerably more with a higher interest rate. This company is unprofessional and fraudulent in so many ways. Please do not give them your business.

Beware bad quality and service!!!!! Exactly 8 months cabinets were installed everything is falling apart. I’ve called several times getting passed to different people going nowhere. Completely waste of money.... they show you one thing and order you something different with bad quality materials from China !!!!!!!!!

This process started in May with a small, simple remodel. Dave in the showroom promised four weeks to completion, and here I am three months later with no word on when my counter tops will be installed.Dave knee from the beginning that I am depending on this kitchen being finished to be able to sell my house and he promised this project would be done months ago.No one in the company is proactive in planning the process ahead of schedule and they are negligent once they’ve been paid.I wanted to support a younger, local company but will be taking my future business elsewhere.

Cleveland Cabinets walked us through our first kitchen remodel. They were friendly, helpful and experts in the field. They are “morphing into doing high end houses”.I am trying to get my parents’ home ready for sale. It’s a cute little starter home.I found this company on Craigslist. If they want to do only high end houses, Craigslist is not the place to advertise!
