Clean store. friendly staff. My 10 year old daughter found some cute masks for cheap. Also got 2 phone cords. I love that they have a little of everything there! And its inexpensive! Best part its not crowded and dont need to go into big busy store.

I like 5 below stores. The store offers a variety of home items, snacks, school supplies plus hobby supplies! There is a great supply of tech items from chargers to tablet and phone cases. There is also a nice exercise section. I would recommend this store to others. Enjoy!🙂

My girlfriend and I were looking for glow sticks to make our weekend getaway more colorful. Checked out some of the shower radios. Ended up just getting the glow sticks ultimately. Plus the reusable face mask. Which by the way are atrocious. That isn’t even my complaint though. We got in line to check out with our stuff and was greeted by the cashier. She was super nice to me. Complimented me on my tattoos. Even said where she was getting hers. Overall the customer service to me was amazing. BUT she completely ignored my girlfriends input on tattoo placement or even presence. It wouldn’t be a problem if my girlfriend didn’t scold me the whole way home for her being overly nice to me. We will be taking our glow stick purchases else where or at least until my girlfriend isn’t butt hurt anymore.

I know where to get my favorite cruelty free makeup at a good price. They have Wet and Wild. They have a lot of fun stuff. I love the fun interesting candy they have. My mom loves the nail polish. Then there is all of the character stuff. I do wish they had Dr Who.

They have a lot of great inexpensive gift ideas! Perfect place to shop for kids and holiday parties. The have staff on the floor Who are very helpful and that is a plus. Clean and fairly wide isles. I have been there twice in past week. 5 stars!

Kudos to the staff. I was here earlier with my granddaughter and I noticed a lady not a young lady either. Take a eyelash curler out of the box and use it. I went and told the employee and he removed all of the eyelash curlers, of course after looking at them one had mascara on it. What is wrong with people ? I wanted to say something to this middle aged women but my granddaughter was with me.

Lots of fun stuff for kids and adults. Older kids loved the tech section. Something for everyone and just fun to look around. Store is organized and nice.

I love 5 Below. Sometimes I convince myself I only need 1 thing and end up walking out with a whole bag full of goodies. I am also a teacher, so the little toys and fun activities/games are perfect for my kiddos. I never have had a bad experience with the staff. You can very often find them tidying up the store, putting things away, and just thoroughly enjoying their job. It is typically calm and not very busy almost every time I go, even on weekends!

Had a really great experience this time (usually its overcrowded and takes forever to check out). Got what we needed, browsed around a bit, and checked out quickly. Staff was pleasant and efficient.

Perfect store to buy someones under age 12 kid something not that expensive. Why buy an expensive gift for a kid to just toss down after opening. Thank you Five Below for saving me tons of cash on nieces and nephews and cousins ungrateful children.

Its a cool store, but its basically all made in China junk. If you want quality products you shouldnt buy them from 5 below.

This place is one of my favorite stores. Everything is 5 dollors or bellow. And everything is worth it also they have lots and LOTS of stuff to choose from. So i recommend going here before going anywhere else.

Great store, lots of useful products, but not the best customer service. Everyone seemed to have an attitude, especially the cashier who rung me out and didnt say a word to me besides giving me my total. This employee also didnt even pay attention to the fact that I was waiting to be rung out until another associate pointed it out.

After the covid-19 shutdown, this place has gone downhill. The toys and several other items are what they were selling at last Christmas time. They have less items in the store and more cheap junk clothes now. Very dissapointed.

As they say:If its too good to be true, it probably is.Some items in life cost what they cost for a reason.. with that being said, when youre in a store and you see something that generally costs $30 or more, for $5 or less, theres a good chance its not what youre expecting..I gave this place a shot and purchased a couple items for $5 each; Bluetooth headphones, and a VR headset.. as expected, they are both junk and Im a little disappointed that I even thought for a minute that maybe this place was a bargain. Dont expect much out of this place except disappointment. I learned a valuable lesson here though:You get what you pay for. Now its time to see about getting my money back.I will update my review once I experience their return policy. If I get my money back, I will add another star. 2 stars for now.

Worst customer service, took my name for unavailable product, they called me 2 days after to let me know that they have it in stock to pick it up, i go there same day after work.... they sold it. I understand that you dont put hold on mechandise but you got to mention this on your phone call or while taking my order.. this small cheap toy that has no value for you guys was ment to be a present for my sons friend who went through a lot these couple of days... your timing was sooo bad
