I came in today for my annual eye exam. My experience was amazing from check in all the way to purchasing my glasses. Dr. Vu was very helpful and caring, she listened to my concerns and gave me recommendations to help with my concerns. I was also helped by Christle when selecting my glasses. She made me comfortable and was very accommodating with my needs. I ended up purchasing a pair of new glasses that I love and they fit great! Thank you for the amazing customer service.

We had a prescription already at the Doctors. Angela Smith, who took care of us, got the fax from the doctors very quickly and helped my mother (Gail) select a great frame and options for her new glasses. She is wonderfully helpful and professional.

The staff is nice. Attentive. The eye glass maker Im not sure. Had major flaws in making the right lens measurements. Had my eyeglasses $440.00 and the lens were so scratched up. Mind you I ordered scratch coat. Paid $25 for insurance remake. Returned to pick up and the measurements were wrong again. Get it together EYEGLASS MAKER. JEEZ!

The doctor and her assistant were extremely nice and efficient, my issue is with reception/sales floor.I called Lens Crafters to see if they took Superior Vision through CareSource, because the CareSource website had them listed, the woman on the phone said yes and set up an appointment for me. I get the full eye exam, and they take my information 3 different times, let me pick out a frame then inform me that my insurance is not accepted there and I will have to pay out of pocket. They offered no payment alternatives. I left feeling disappointed and stressed out about the massive hole they put in my budget.

I was having a horrible Sunday, and it only worsened when the wiring on my glasses broke. I frantically searched online for an optometrist that was open on Sundays and came upon LensCrafters. My wife called and explained my predicament. They told her to have me come in. I went in and they repaired my glasses. It was the turnaround to my day that I desperately needed. If there was a way I could give this location a negative rating I would. The rudest employees and by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

The opticians were so friendly and helpful, my progressive lenses didnt work out for me and they switched them to single vision with no questions asked and refunded me the difference. Highly recommend this location

Had an awesome customer service experience here today! We had an emergency situation—daughter’s only pair of glasses snapped in half and she REALLY can’t see without them. The staff was able to crank out a new pair in 23 minutes!! Was able to get to work on time thanks to their outstanding efforts. Thank you!!

I have issues with my new lenses every year which require the lenses to be remade. There are only 2 good optometrists there! Most of the time they have young girls working who can’t even answer a simple question without the response “well, if you come in we can discuss your situation”.

Danielle was absolutely amazing, I just want to say thank you for having such wonderful customer service skills.

I loved my doctor but the sales associates were rude and not helpful at all. I asked if they could help me out and they ignored me and kept getting easily distracted. Didn’t help that they were unattractive as well

I have a 700 dollar pair of unwearable glasses and basically, LensCrafters really doesn’t care! They were fitted incorrectly to begin with and I missed the return window, so now it’s my tough luck. Customer service was a joke! The assistant manager at this location could barely give me her time or full attention. They adjusted them, but the adjustment is not what’s wrong they are not able to adjust them to fit my needs. So, I am wearing my Costco glasses which were fitted correctly the first time and cost a fraction of what LensCrafters charges for their glasses. This is actually my second pair of glasses from LensCrafters, and looking back the first pair was not fitted correctly either and had to be replaced. Fortunately that time I returned within the return window. Use caution because they really don’t care about making it right! Even when it was their fault to begin with.

I went in to get my glasses adjusted after purchasing them there. All I wanted was the arms tightened but I was told they were closed even though it was 5 minutes until 5:00. The tightening wouldve taken about 10 seconds but I was told they wouldnt do it even though they had customers already in the store.I wouldnt of minded but honestly their tone was a little rude. I wont be coming back.

They say they accept certain insurance plans but then when you get there its a different story, leaving you to pay an outrageous amount of money for a single pair of glasses. Shameful to say the least. Wont be returning.

Horrible customer service.... The girl added extra lens options to my bill without even asking if i wanted them...probably to make her commission. Then i pick them up and once i got home i find out the prescription is different in one lens than the other ( i have vision out of one eye and they always put the prescription in both to prevent distortion) so i had to go back and now there is a issue with a damaged lens after 2 months and wont do anything for me. I will never go back to a lens crafters....should have stuck with pearl vision

Make sure you’re persistent with them checking your VSP insurance plans . If you tell them your company they’ll deny coverage tooth and nail but don’t take no for an answer until they look up the benefits because some insurance outsources vision . Have them look up your social and I guarantee you’re covered . I wonder how many people they’ve swindled into going out of pocket because “we don’t take that insurance” lol make them look it up ....

Dr. Paige Knapp was fantastic. I have never had such a through eye exam before. She made my prescription was exactly perfect before ending the evluation. I will definetly be back to see her again!

I spent $400 here and they couldnt even give me any eyeglass cleaner or wipes! What a joke.

I had a scheduled appointment and they took a WALK IN before me. When I asked the receptionist why I had to wait she asked me if Id like her to pull the walk in out of their exam and let me go first. WHAT? Horrible and disrespectful to me, who arrived on time for my appointment!! I ended up just leaving.
