The store is welcoming full of loads of healthy options. I can find all of my favorite gluten-free and vegan goodies. The lunch bar is plentiful and there is a great cafe with wifi to eat and work. This is one of my favorite places to both work and shop! Since the remodel the supplement and cosmetic section full of holistic wellness is even larger now. Highly recommend.
Earth fare is an alternative to whole foods. They have similar prices, but thr salad bar is less expensive. They offer freshly squeezed juices and blended vegetable juice drinks. They also have hair and skin care products you may not find at whole foods. The coffee, tea, yerba mate selection is wider here then whole foods. They offer gluten free and reduced lectin foods as well as free range grass fed keats instead of the antibiotic + grain fed meat. The organics should have less pesticides and non gmo should mean less genetically created toxins. In general the service is good
I miss this store. Can’t find any store like them.
Currently closed. Don’t bother driving out
Great variety of organic and specialty health foods. They have great sales on seafood and meat each week. The store is small and easy to shop, the only big downfall is that they never have enough lanes open and we always have to wait a while to check out. Bonus point son their rewards program if you bring your own bag. Pro-tip - $5 rotisserie chickens all day every day!
Earth Fare is my favourite grocery store. One of my favourite parts, aside from the gear selection/quality of food offered is the bakery. The bakery really allows Earth Fare to stand out from the other health based stores such as Whole Foods by using only good ingredients. This is the only place I feel comfortable with simply buying, not having to stress over label reading. Having the trust that my food is going to be of the best quality automatically makes it the best in my book
Expensive, but I love the unique products I find here. Organic, vegan, and holistic products. Whenever Im on the westside I stop in (none are on the east side of Cleveland sadly.) and I can easily spend an hour or more wandering around looking at stuff. Cafe food is pretty good as well. A step above the whole foods I have been to.
Every time weve come to visit earthfare weve always had nothing but amazing customer service! The staff here is so friendly and helpful and really knows their stuff. The prepared food is amazing. Their meat department and seafood area is always so fresh! I love the huge selection of organic products and locally made products. Its best to sign up for their emails so you can check out their deals each week.
This place feels exactly like Mustard Seed, which is definitely a good thing. If I had gone to Earth Fare first, I would probably be saying the opposite. Going here, you will find an excellent selection of foods for the health minded American and some interesting items as well for all the foodies. For example Virgils limited edition Bavarian style nutmeg root beer. This is a great place to shop and I highly recommend it.
They have a huge variety of gluten free foods, even found some pizzas Im going to try. Pretty stoked. Nice store, and great people. Definitely going back.
Excellent food variety for prepared and bulk foods. Tons of cheese! And of course a full selection of vegan gluten natural foods. Got my natural ham here last Christmas and was the best ham we had ever had. Love the bison burgers too.
Quality food options and knowledgeable staff. They offer hot fresh food in their to go bars. Weekly sales are worth the email subscription updates. Great place to shop.
Let me express how sorry I feel for the employees that work for Earth Fare. This supermarket chain filed for bankruptcy. They sent emails out to their customer base that they are selling everything. Of course all I could see was 30 percent off. So we decided to visit the store and see what we could use. I quickly learned that the sale is up to 30 percent. Honestly I looked at the items that are 10 percent off and in many cases I found that even with that discount it was expensive. There is a brand of coffee I purchase and I thought it would be a good one to purchase. It was $9.99 with 10 percent off. Well I can get that coffee for $7.99 at another store. I kept noticing the same thing throughout the store. If this is a “Going out of Business” due to bankruptcy the prices should be lower than regular prices in the market place. This reminded me why I couldn’t shop there anymore. Although I loved the organic selection, the employees etc, they’re really expensive. As I walked by an employee stocking the shelves, my heart went out to her. I told her that I do hope that she can find a job quickly that will make her feel happy. She was so appreciative.Anyway my advice is to go directly to the supplement isle. That is were you will find you’re 30% items. There are probiotics, vitamins, shakes, CBD pills, creams and everything else. They do have baby vitamins, fever relief etc. The shampoos and conditioners are 20% off. They still have many different types of wines available. Most likely still on shelves because it may not be price competitive.Well I just had what seemed to be a few things. I almost lost my mind when I saw $247 ring up on the register. The young lady stated that the discounts will be taken off at the end. My total bilk was around $174. I had some 30% items and 10% items. I still thought it was a bit high. I did get a few good purchases on supplements.Tip: Just walk in with an in search of attitude. You know what products you usually purchase and the price you pay. So of course if it’s not a lower price don’t buy it.
Been going here more recently because of this Whole30 diet. Ive been impressed. Great selection of meats, always grass fed. Comparable prices to other major health food stores and even Target of all places. Am a rewards member and will certainly return again.
The staff is ALWAYS friendly. The food is ALWAYS great. Organic and non GMO options. Vegan options. Excellent meat selections. There is literally something here for everyone. Its my favorite store
Heaven for carnivores looking for grass-fed beef at reasonable prices. All goods they stock are non-GMO. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this N.C.-based chain.
Cool place. I had never heard of it and wandered in on a whim. It reminds me of a Whole Foods type place - more so than Trader Joes. They have a nice selection of natural and earth-conscious type options. While I dont think I could buy everything I need here, there are lots of neat opportunities to find things youve never seen before and try new stuff too. Definitely worth stopping in once!
Love this store for so many reasons. Not only do they carry amazing products, their prepared food section is very veg friendly.
Its a great place to go to for organic foods. However, what bothers me is that signs for produce, seafood and meat do not include state/country of origin. Sometimes the stickers on the produce will list the country, but if I dont know where its coming from, I will not buy it. I have started shopping at Heinens. They carry more local produce and everything is labeled with place of origin.
Absolutely wonderful grocery store. We need more organic grocery stores and less of the industrial ones that bring in foods loaded with toxic chemicals. Thank you Earth Fare!
Though I dont shop there all the time, when I do the employees are welcoming and very vibrant! They always have something positive to say or something kind to do and the store is always so orginized and clean. Sometimes grocery stores can be a little scattered or something along those lines due to the people rummaging and digging for things. Not so here! Despite the many people in the store, it was still lovely and welcoming. They can expect my business in the future for sure!
Great fresh food, in house baked goods and juice, ready to eat. Decent competitive prices. Local and organic. Great service. favorite shop spot!
Great store, but the checkout lines take forever.
Wonderful grocery store. Love prepared food and butcher
The new place looks super nice! But seriously I got over how nice it was real quick, after there were barely any employees working, as usual. They decorated the juice bar nice, too bad there is never anyone to make juice for you.The concept of earth fare is strange and confusing. It’s one of the higher end grocery stores in the area, with Walmart customer service and employee to cash register ratio.I’ll stick to heinens and Whole Foods.
Best organic grocer . Maintaining integrity and committed to natural and organic foods
Good place to go for lunch.Vegan friendly. Fresh salads, soups, sandwiches, deli selections. Yes its a grocery store too.A little pricey on some things.
Store never has advertised sale items in stock, it is always bait and switch.Managers have a very poor attitude, just blame corporate and then offer no substitution. They do not care!
I liked the wide variety of each type of fruit they carry, e.g. there are 5-7 varieties of oranges in stock and a lot of standard types (bell peppers, apples, carrots, tomatoes, etc.) of produce that is organic, but their prices for daily staples (such as boneless skinless chicken breast, all-purpose flour, or a green bell pepper) is high and comparable to Whole Foods.
I love Earth fare as much as whole foods. But too expensive. There should beore of a break for standard items that you can get ANYWHERE
Outstanding grocery period. The best of everything but you WILL pay for that privilege! $$
I dont care for their meat department. I always get some kind of gripe or snide comment because of my request. Its only 5 or 8 pounds. A guy from Lorain standing next to me said he gets the same flack. How about shut up, do your job or go elsewhere. God forbid someone has to do a little work. Welcome to the real world.
This rating is for the smoothie stand. I am impressed with the quality and freshness they have going on. Worth every penny.
Good shopping, large selection of healthy ptoducts, organic items. Meat and pro f use are great. Prices vary, but you pay for what you get.
This place is a mess. You cannot find competent people. I couldn’t find grass fed Greek yogurt. What a shame !I guess, I will stick with whole food !This place is a waste of time.
Red velvet slice cake for 2.99.stale..Disgusted.We buy 90 percent of our food at earth fare and this is what we get.
Love earth fare! great place to shop and get readymade healthy food
I really like this store, I am always telling people to check out their deals. They have a great selection of grass fed meats at quality prices.
About two weeks ago my wife called them to ask if they had a Vegan holiday roast she was bounced around from person to person someone had finally told her yes they do have some instock so we drove 35 minutes to pick on up for our Christmas dinner only to find out that it was not vegan in fact it was vegetarian, the woman who assisted us look at like like whats the difference, Now I understand most people dont normally understand however if you are employed at a store like earth fare then I believe all of the employees should know the difference.. Then after already being frustrated a cashier told us that if we knew they name of the product they could order it and have it in time for Christmas, We both asked them several time are you sure they assured us yes we get trucks in a few times a week and it would be no problem they took our name and phone number. Well GOOD thing we didnt really believe them because we are two days from Christmas and still no call from, We ended up finding what we needed at Heinens. With this poor of customer service we will not be going back to earth fare. And I recommend just taking your business to Heinens or trader Joes.
Local foods-love the fresh mozzarella and free range eggs! Great cheese and wine selection.
Love this store, great prices on meat especially, some stuff can be pricey. But its good quality stuff.
I love their curry chicken salad they make in house!
I was getting a smoothie from the custom smoothie bar they have. The guy who was making its boss came up and started yelling at him about not filling up the coffee maker. She continued to yell at him and stand there and stare at him till he was done ringing me out. It was very unprofessional and made the whole expirence tense. And to add im not one to exaggerate but i was waiting there for a long time, i helped my dad pick his order and i did mine and still no one was there. My dad had to go to the bakery and wave someone over eventually. Last time i was there a register guy had to phone in and ask for someone to come to the juice bar after a long time. Just never a good expirence. They always have long lines because they dont staff enough registers.
Just finished eating wild-caught salmon I baked in tin foil that I purchased from earthfare on Saturday for $9.99/lb. Delicious!
Absolutley love this place and the meat section!! If your looking for specialty items organic/vegan etc this is the place to go.
The only place I go for freshly cut meat, great quality and fair prices
Lots of great health food options, bulk products and prepared foods.
Earthfare is my go to place for healthy food at good weekly sale prices. I am here for BOGO free day. Plus great people who are very helpful.
The service was great..selection good...sales are good...going back soon!
Sad that i have to drive up this far just to buy groceries from Earth Fare...
Love their sales and organic food. Super clean store
Great products and excellent meats at a good price. Always have amazing deals.
A little pricey but awesome selections for people that are vegetarians, meat eaters Nd anyone that lives an Ayurvedic life style!!! I love it they have an awesome wall of teas, great coffee beans and their meat is grass fed very good
Everything as good as advertised. Great signature burgers.
I was at Earth fare last night and felt uncomfortable to order from the juice bar. I waited for about 5 min before someone helped me. Made me feel like it was inconvientant to order something and gave me the wrong size.My juice had so much spirlina in it that I couldnt drink it. That is not the first time that has happened.
Had some of their great clam chowder with chunks of clams.
I often buy proteins from the westgate earthfare but not if the guy with the giant beard is working- who handles food with out a net? Disgusting!
Nice, friendly people who work there. Not as expensive Whole Foods.
I like this place, but I wont lie, I tend to choose other stores because their selections just seem a bit limited.
Excellent source for organic foods.Best meats Ive had since leaving ColoradoThank you Earth Fare for allowing me to feed my family the best!
EDIT: I will no longer go to this store. Purchased another item to get home and have it be spoiled. Their return processes to get refunded for spoiled items is taxing on the customer and the workers make it out to be your inconveniencing them.Shopped here regularly for years. I plan on limiting my shopping trips as much as possible. I am not sure why but over the last year they seem to be having increased issues with stocking items so they dont run out. I also feel that their produce is often bad or going bad and does not last very long once we get it home.Ive also seen them not give a coupon to a guy because he didnt have his phone on him to pull up the code. I had to pull it up for him on my phone or the cashier wouldnt honor it even though she knew exactly what he was talking about.
Smells funny but good deals lol
I enjoy picking up groceries or household needs, clean, healthy, organic, and chemical free!
Linda at the meat and cheese counter is always so patient and helpful!
Great selection of foods. Some items a bit pricey, but ok.
Great place with quality fresh produce, great array of productsto! !
They got me. I bought milk in glass and got hit with the deposit charge that I cant return.
The all natural honey roasted peanut butter is sooo yummy!
Stopped in for some breakfast bakery. The bakery was very limited, items were not very fresh and coffee was luke warm. Not much to bring me back!
Great food great service great prices five star everyday morning noon or night
Good selection.. a lot of stuff is overpriced compared to Amazon. Even compared to Target or Walmart
So much to choose from here and fair prices. When they have sales, they really have sales.
Biggest variety of organic food anywhere. Prices are reasonable.
Decent prices, helpful staff, and most products are ingredient conscious.
Good stuff although some pricey. Artichokes come to mind.
Earth fare has a great selection of gluten free food which is my reason for shopping there, however almost everything is more expensive which is why I only got 3 to 4 times a year.
The meat is so fresh !
I enjoy the quality of the products and the layout of the store.
Insanely expensive, Unique products very eye catching products wish I earned the money to shop there. Was shopping there when the CEO was there observing the operation.
Its always a wonderful experience when shopping at Earth Fare.
Pleasantly surprised by this store. Will be coming back for sure
My favorite grocery store to find organic produce! I shop here regulary and even plan my day around getting here when i need to.
I saw this place and I thought it is a place for canned organic foods and once a day I entered this place and found this is not normal place it is a market for fresh and organic food so I tried their fresh food it is really good and super fresh and not very expensive and there is tables and every think. Try it you dont lose this chance when you are close to this place.
Very wonderful selection. My only gripe is that its a tad expensive, but thats to be expected from an organic food store.
Very expressive, small aisles few choices
Always good choices of healthy food and amenities.
Great meat dept, lots of healthy options
Awesome organic food store❤
Great selection of healthy foods.
Friendly service, good hours, and bulk bins!
