Weber’s Ice Cream - Today I got Salted Caramel and Peanut Butter Oreo. original Original Vogt Machines. These machines were designed and built in 1926, but not offered for sale until 1929 (at the American Dairy Exposition in Cleveland) #these were from 1931 and from Euclid Beach. Weber’s also offers the original Higbees Malted Ice Cream. great stuff.

Solid local ice cream and custard shop. The waffle cone was delightfully light and crisp, and I appreciate the waffle cone holder with a rim to catch drips. Lots of delicious flavors. Not much parking, but that’s not a big deal at all as there is plenty of street parking and people come and go quickly. Will definitely visit again.

Enjoyed my experience @Webers. The service was exceptional. The young man who served me was attentive, very polite & so courteous. He kindly offered me taste tests of several ice cream flavors; Im happy to share that I chose two flavors that he suggested! He also convinced me to buy pup cups for my three dogs. I will definitely return and am referring all my friends!

Great piece of history in our neighborhood! Haven’t had anything that I didn’t enjoy. A definite favorite of mine is the Higbees frosted malt. If you don’t know what that is, go in and ask! I also really enjoy their cherry flavor. So fresh and real.

Customer service was great. The ice cream was even better. I had never had a homemade drumstick before here. It was the best I had ever had.

From strongsville came out here got ice cream because it sounded good. Got a waffle cone that was nasty and the milk way ice cream tossed it away it was so nasty. Girlfriend sister got birthday cake and they gave us cookie dough and that I even tossed out because it was gross.

If you think you know what good ice cream / custard tastes like, and you’ve never been to Weber’s, well you don’t....I have been to dozens of ice cream shops near and far, and have never tasted anything like Weber’s.I was able to sample many of the vintage ice cream (custard) flavors and they were truly all amazing. The banana has a fresh banana flavor (not artificial like a laffy taffy), the Euclid vanilla is perfectly simple and refreshing, the higbees malt has all of the chocolatey-malt flavor without any of the “powdery” taste, the pumpkin is flavorful without being overly spicy or too sweet.... and the PB OREO. My goodness, you have to try the PB Oreo. Joe Thomas has good taste. (P.S. you can ask them to split a “single scoop” into 2 flavors!)It’s official, as of today Weber’s has the best ice cream / custard I have ever had. A little pricey compared to other shops but saying it’s worth the cost is an understatement. If you haven’t made the trip, please do. You won’t regret it!!

My husband and I visited here for the first time (after getting a tip from Joe Thomas at cleveland.com) and had a great experience. The service was friendly and engaging. She shared her recommendations and gave us multiple samples to try. The custard was delicious! We did a single scoop combo of Vanilla/Black raspberry (one of their flagship flavors) and the peanut butter Oreo on a sugar cone. Was also enjoyable to read up on their history at Euclid Beach and how they still operate under original machines of the 1930’s. What a great little gem on the west side. Will definitely be returning.

Yum! A tiny unassuming store, on a tiny unassuming corner lot in Fairview Park. But oh boy (!), is that some great frozen custard! Higbees frosted chocolate malt flavor is totally worth a visit!

Their Peanut Butter Oreo ice cream is really good. They have a lot of flavors to choose from.The staff is always friendly. However, their prices seem a little on the high side compared to other ice cream shops. Their pints are $6.50 and other ice cream shops charge about $5.

Nice little nostalgic business...very small, very quaint, and very good. The products and service are top shelf. It is refreshing to see that places like this still can exist and strive. There are multiple options to suit your flavor. So dont cheat yourself stop in and treat yourself.

Best ice cream place hands down. Webers never disappoints.I drove all the way up from Akron. Worth it.They give out samples so you can try before you buy, buts its all good. Ask for the Peruvian dark chocolate. Its not listed and its one of my favorites.

Stopped in last night and had 2 scoops of peanut butter oreo. Sat in amazement when I got home and ate the best ice cream of my life. Went back today and bought a half gallon of it. Im not sure I can ever eat any other ice cream again. Also talk to the guy behind the counter and he insisted we try some ice cream that was just freshly made, it was fantastic. You must try this place.

Since Weber’s is only open on Thanksgiving Eve and Christmas Eve from 12-5 during their off season, I went on Thanksgiving Eve to get pints and quarts of a variety of their flavors for myself and 11 of my friends! It is so much easier to let my friends experience the rich, creamy custard and ice cream for themselves than for me to try to describe how wonderfully delicious even the basic vanilla is!

I got Peanut Butter Oreo and it was magical, finished in minutes. Claire was wonderful in helping me pick a flavor and in service. It may be the best custard experience Ive ever had? Maybe?

Little Jewel on the west side of Cleveland locals know well of Webers ice cream. Its been around in one form and location or another for at least sixty years that I know of.

Great for fresh ice cream. They also have custard. No seating inside but outside there is. There also seasonal so its worth calling to make sure there open unless its summer.

Both the modern and vintage ice creams here are *out of this world*. After nearly thirty years of eating ice cream out of the grocery store freezer section, I couldnt have been prepared for Webers. For a foodie, the Webers experience is the ultimate in ice cream and custard, pick any flavor, and its a dream. And the owner is happy to tell you the luscious ingredients that have gone into what youre enjoying.

After tasting several options and enjoying the May Co. Malted we left on a sugar high.

Webers is the place to go if you are looking for old fashioned Higbees malt! They are also the only ice cream place I have seen with peanut butter Oreo custard, which is amazing! My only complaint is the consistency of the custard is actually pretty inconsistent... however, even if its soupy, its still delicious!

A hidden gem in the west suburbs of Cleveland. A bit pricey for ice cream but you definitely get what you pay for. I treat myself to this ice cream at least 3 times a summer add i pick some up for my girlfriend whenever she is in a bad mood a guaranteed winner.

Their custard and ice cream is the best!! The Puruvian Chocolate is hands down the best chocolate ice cream anyone I know has ever had. The banana is a close second!The staff is always friendly and you can sample everything before buying which is great.Skip the other custard places and come here instead!! I just wish they made the Peanut Butter custard without the Oreos.

Very deep flavors that are subtle and not overly sweet. A rich creamy base without all the air and fluff of other stores.

I went WAY out of my way to this place to get a frostie that they supposedly had the original recipe for. It wasnt even close. It is supposed to have a malty taste. It tasted more like maple than malt! I bought a container to share with my family plus a large cup for the road. At $17 it was an outrageously expensive mistake! Never again!

After deep thought and much pondering along with a whole lot of taste tests. I have come to the conclusion that there is no better food or desert in this world than Double Fudge Brownie ice cream, from Webbers Homemade hand packed ice cream!!
