Great service cashiers are friendly and fast

One of the easiest locations to get in and out of, especially if youve got business to take care of at the Plaza shopping center. Some grocery items beat Walmart. Honest! Less crowds. Easy stop on way to marina or Bio Bay.

The best supermarket, it has the most variety on everything, the most that I like is the meat department where I can find the most fresh meats, and on everything else much variety in brands. Just love it.

Its a grocery store. Has wine, liquor. Beer selection could be better.

Awesome store. Friendly and safe service and the produce section is BY FAR the best on the island! They even order special items by request and are helpful in learning new exotic fruits and vegetables 😁 My favorite Econo!

I been visiting weekly till today, on the costumer service the lady didnt help my mother with something she indeed needed help, when I got there she and even the manager that came doesnt know to treat costumers, he wanted me to fill a sheet that I clearly dont know how to either and the lady that can enter it manually didnt want to do it but for some reason she did it with other costumer there, so over all they should think over how they treat costumers there maybe they are forgetting to know what is a store with no costumers means and what are they when the company has no income.So I wont be patronizing there any more and hope the company remove those people from the company and put people that can help the costumer instead been ignorants and dont know what costumer service is.

To many people NO social distancing ☹️

It can be a bit cramped with narrow aisles and people stocking constantly, but look past that, because this is the best grocery store around. Best grocery prices overall, best prices for produce, excellent selection of organic products of any non-healthfood store. They also have a very good selection of basic home hardware - hose pistol grips, basic tools, that sort of thing, and at good prices. Excellent selection of non-Rubbermaid plastic storage at cheap prices! I am told by my meat-eating friends that they do not cut meat well, so that might be something to get elsewhere. Employees are generally surly, but the place is clean.

Its a great grocery store in Puerto Rico. The quality of the food is excellent.

This is our go to market for most items. Check Walmart first cause there are things youll find at a better price and go to Ralphs for meats but the place is clean, offers some local fruits, and generally has good prices for most items. Staff is friendly and helpful :-)

I was scared that the water & canned goods were probably finished. But there was plenty of everything. Thank God I got everything I needed & more.

Economists has a great selection. Theres a wonderful offering of non sugar products. A great place to shop, especially in the morning.

While it is better than the Walmart, just head 5 minutes up the road to Ralphs and you win. But if your stick at this mall Plaza, Econo is the best choice here.

Awesome place to shop

I visited for the first time yesterday, and it was nothing to write home about. Theres no cart corral that I saw, and things are kind of everywhere. Sure, the aisles are labelled correctly, but it seems like things arent as well or logically organized as they are at other grocery stores. Based on this, and higher prices, I prefer Ralphs.

This supermarket is almost sooo packed during the day and parking is unbearable. But if you do your shopping after 8pm youre golden. Good produce section and all around prices.

Compared to most stores in the area Econo is the best. They offer a hugh selection of local produce, organics, gourmet items and everything else. There prices are lower than most too.

GoodWill be much better if they do price macth

This place has some rude store managers and custumerservice. This establisment wanted to charge me twice for my items just because the cashier pass my card 3 times and their system didnt have internet connection but when i went to make a withdrawl of money to pay for my items (since the machine was having issues), i found myself 116.19 short because the items in fact were charged. Then they told me yet again that the items werent charge and when i showed them my internet transaction they said that it could have charged my card but they have no payment. So i went out to the bank nearby and told them to print me a copy of my transaction and so they did and i showed the maneger the evidence and they still didnt give me my purcheses, while she was being moody and talked to me with a lot of actitud. I ended up going home without my food and money witch the manager told me he couldnt give me my money nor my food because the transaction in their system didnt happened. Terrible custmer service. When i got home and checked my bank acount the store had returned my money. But i wonder how could they have returned something that they allegly didnt recieved.i think they wanted to stay with my money. Thanks ECONO for making my supermarket experience so difficult and mortifying. You will not see me soon nor my family in this medicore supermarket. I suggest pueblo, ralphs and walmart better.

Low service, best prices around, parking good, careful with the meats... But one of my choices for grocerys.

Slow meat packing section / 10 people working packing meat and none of them seem willing to help the customers. Waited 30 minutes behind another customer just for them to tell me that they didn’t have the meats available. Horrible customer service.

Skip the Walmart. This place has fresh chicken and baked bread plus other food. Its a full grocery with everything you need down to fancy ice cream. And all those extras that you need on a trip are here too. Friendly people, fresh veggies and fruit. This is as good as one of the better grocery stores in the US. And far less crowded than the jammed Walmart and its lousy food selection.

This is one of the worst Econo you can visit. Lots of spoiled food out on the sales floor... from fruit and veggies to meats and cold cuts. Mgmt really needs to do something about this... it is disgusting.

This supermarket has a pretty good bakery with pretty good bakery selection, with the best item being the bread pudding for a low price.But the store often fails to honor its posted hours and closes early if the staff feels like it wants to close early - even if it wastes the time of their customers who drove there to buy something.You might drive all the way over there only to find a security guard blocking the entrance and telling you that the store is closed during the hours the store says that it will be open. It means they dont care about their customers.Its a poor way to run a business. For that reason, I only go there if Im already driving by on Rt. 3 to another place. I never drive there just to go to this store because it might be closed. I would probably go there 5 times more often if they honored their posted store hours.
