My husband and I went over this store today around 4 pm to look at colors selected by our homeowners association and make a decision together as to which color to paint our house. When we got there we both had masks on and rang the doorbell. There were three employees at the back of the store but there were not any other clients. One very rude employee, without a mask, said that only one of us could come in, we told him, we are together and need to make a decision together. My husband stayed close to the entrance door but inside, while I walked up to the counter. He yelled at him in English he had to wait outside of the store. We do not know in what kind of power trip the fellow was on but the store was empty (other than the 3 employees) and my husband was over 50 feet away, by the door, with a mask. No laws, as they currently exist were being violated. We are good and educated people that know what the law states. We do not appreciate employees that use the pandemic as an excuse to be rude to clients, lording it over them, as if they were cattle. In my opinion, a person, like this employee, who spoke English, should not have a job dealing with people, paint store or not. My husband decided he would rather leave than deal with him and we did that, though we had travelled all the way from Ceiba to look at the SW colors. It was upsetting and demeaning to be treated like that. We never plan to return and do not recommend this store because of their lack of proper customer care, exemplified by this employee.

This is my favorite store to buy paint. I was looking for a special marine paint (BAC 0Z 32 64 128, B1 Black - 34 1 -, R2 Maroon - 1 1 1, Y3 Deep Gold - 1 1 - -). They carry the formula. The personnel was cordial and professional. I have a commercial account with them. The prices are great. I strongly recommend them.

They did a great job finding the work order from a previous project to match the paint that I needed.

Employee is knowledgeable and very helpful with the product line. Told me what paint was best for what we are doing!

Its an excellent place and the gentleman took care of the situation...the only thing that I have to tell, you are too expensive have to compete with the business thats around you so the business can be more compatible...

The most unfriendly young man I have seen in a store is Sherwin Williams of Fajardo. And its the prettiest in the store. It does not greet and does not look at the client.
