Marco was fantastic!! Highly recommend Platinum Collision to anyone.He fixed the front end of my car for me a few months back after I got into a rear end accident. (I meant to give him a good review sooner and I spaced it out until recommending him to one of my friends recently).Being a young woman with limited knowledge about cars and needing to find an auto body after an accident can be quite stressful but Marco went above and beyond to work with me, explained everything, he salvaged what he could whereas most mechanics would probably tell me I needed to replace everything and he even went out of his way to find me used parts ! I didn’t want to spend much on this car as it was just something I scraped up money to buy to temporarily get from A to B. He understood I didn’t care about how it looked so long as it was safe and didn’t pressure me into spending anything extra to paint it or anything.I’ve been intimidated by mechanics in the past but Marco wasn’t like that at all he’s soft spoken and honest.
