I have never used Safelite Auto Glass but I can tell you right now the people that work there that live down the street from me are horrible they take their work Vans home and park on either side of my driveway blocking my view of getting out its a hazard and they will not park somewhere else Ive called the company and complained more than once and nothing has changed. And for that reason I will not go with the company. Other than that Ive had other people that I know use the company and have had no problems. I have included pictures of what my view is like when the vans are there vs when they are not.

I was recommended by my insurance company and Im glad I listened to them I got there 5 minutes prior to my appointment time I was greeted I explained who I was they checked me in and about 5 minutes he told me it would be 60 minutes to 90 minutes I was out of there in 15 minutes I will definitely return to them again if ever needed

I made an appointment to get my windshield repaired after it was badly cracked by a falling g rock. They were prompt, polite and understanding when I had to push the appointment back to later in the day. They took my car early and it didnt take more than 30-40 minutes! A perfect job, my windshield looks brand new! Thanks a bunch to the technician Mike.

Surprised by some of the other reviews as I had an amazing experience!My new windshield was beautiful installed and then suddenly my backup blind spot monitoring stopped working. Safelite coordinated a new appointment under warranty with no issues.... They did a diagnostic and the codes showed nothing was wrong but they kept working to try to find what was wrong... Come to find out, the sensors were just covered with salt/dirt!So kind, professional and accommodating when I was frankly very pushy since it stopped right after and I was sure it was the windshield lol.They cleaned all my sensors when they didnt have to.I will continue to use these guys!

Had them replace my windshield and one week later the rearview mirror fell off. Trying to schedule a warranty replacement is like pulling teeth.

Got my windshield replaced here recently (2/5/19) scheduled appointment online and took the car in next day, they did all my insurance paperwork and the process was a breeze. Picked my car up an hour later, came out great. Installer was J. Masse. Very pleased with the service.

Most unprofessional technicians ever. The technician left without transferring my inspection sticker onto the new glass.. Four hours on the phone and nothing. I spoke with so many people and nothing so now I’m stuck three days without using my vehicle. Professionalism at its best. And then the tech calls me after hours saying I’m not going to be able to make it today. How is that for hitting the mark on getting your job done right plus the guy left without even telling me, jobs all done. What a head ache I should have called Safelite😔

First of whoever scheduled my appointment did not properly register it on their system, which resulted to me showing up at my appointment time for them to be totally lost, and telling me i have not had an appointment. They finally figured it out and apologized. Then they said they would squeeze me in, which got me anxious given that a $60k vehicle should not be a rush job ( no vehicle should). After leaving the shop upon receiving my vehicle i found that they had not reattached the plastic frame inside my trunk properly, which caused it to keep falling off - but of course it was too late for me to prove anything to them. I will not be recommending this shoppe nor returning. This is not how professionalism works, folks.

Easy to set up appointment online. great customer service . quick and quality work performed. I had a windshield replaced and they were able to come to my house and do the work the same day I called . will definitely use them again for any of my auto glass needs .

Had my front passenger window replaced here. They did put in a new window in timely fashion. However, they made no effort at all to match the window tint. All of the identifying information is right there on the drivers side window, it is not difficult to find and match; yet I was sent home with a completely non-tinted passenger window. There is no possible way that the guys putting the window in felt the tint matched. I called and they said they would need to do some research to find a matching window.Before posting this review JN Phillips called me, when I answered the phone they were talking amongst themselves, exclaiming that its a f-ing aftermarket tint! They went on to explain that aftermarket tint was not covered by insurance. I can live with that - if it were true, but my insurance does cover aftermarket window tint up to $40 per window. Feels like a miscommunication on many levels. Even still, there are more polite ways to communicate this.They did call once more to apologize for the rudeness of the previous phone call, and one of the techs even texted me a picture of the window to confirm that it was an aftermarket tint. Overall this was a bad experience, though I did appreciate the technician who reached out. I would not work with this company, or any of their other branches, again.

I went to this establishment to get a new windshield. I went in the place was dingy not well taking care of outside but at first it seems like they knew what they were doing and ordered up the windshield to be replaced the next day. Of course I went there the next day only to discover they had the wrong windshield, why, because they not only didnt bother to go out and look at my vehicle or the paperwork I brought in for them to see but they also didnt look at the referral from the insurance company they clearly stated the type of car I had, or in this case a truck.They went to reorder the window for me which was another 2-hour delay and said, well, okay they would call me when it was in and make arrangements to come to my house to install it that day later on. They came to my house without calling me I was 30 minutes away from my house and on top of all this they started blaming me for all the screw ups. Really its my fault they dont have their acts together, its my fault they ordered the wrong glass, its my fault that they didnt call when they were supposed to call to make arrangements for me to be home to have the install done. In conclusion I cannot in good conscience recommend this company ever and I mean ever. Between what time lost, the money and a customer because of their screw up, its just not worth the effort. It would seem the bigger the company the worse they are. Buy local in all things and avoid the big guys at all cost.
