This location is decent. Not the best, but far from the worst. They had a better selection of clothes for the Mens section when they first opened. The brands and quality were better for the same amazing prices. This location also looked more upscale when it was first opened. The throw pillow section is great. The bedding, home decor, art, etc. Is also good. You can also find some good deals on toys during Christmas. As far as the clothes, you could some decent items sometimes, but not as often as before. Its definitely a good place to shop for socks, muscle shirts and t-shirts if you like Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica and Polo brands. Its a safe location and I recommend it.

Burlington is no longer a coat factory. The Burlington store in fall river is a large strange box store now. It carries a funky wide selection of everything from cookware and small collectables, to suits that are really nice for men and lots of short sleeve shirts. But then you turn the corner and there are mermaids - I dont get it. Looks like they have some great deals on clothes. But no coats.

I love the prices. no one can beat there prices. I always find what I need. On my last visit I lost my receipt and was worried I might not be able to return but was very pleased that the young cashier went out of her way to help me find my receipt on the system. she spent almost 10 mins just looking for my receipt in the system and constantly reassured me that it was no trouble at all. My favorite store by far.

Employees love to stand around and talk while watching a huge line

The line was astronomical there was 13 cash registers and only 2 ppl were working it took me a hour to check out never going there again

Love this place, great place to buy name brand stuff but wish they would stock more cloths as I could never find the size I need.(size small for my hubby) But still would shop there. So happy they are opening a new store in Dartmouth Mall which is much closer to much me.

So me and my sister just went there and we were looking at headphones that were next to the cash register. My sister did not want them but we literally were just looking. As soon as we leave the area, a worker comes and take all the head phone and locks it up in security cases. Now how coincidentally it was that after we look at it. ON TOP of that they charge me something for a different price than what the item said so technically if i didnt look at the receipt ( which i had to go back inside to notify them) they would have been stealing from me! And whats crazy is me and my sister are black and the employee that did that to us was black tooooooo. Like really!? judging against your own race wow 👏

Recently remodeled store that my wife and I enjoy shopping at!Great selections of mens and womens clothing. Baby section has great brands at very reasonable prices.

Waste of time, theres not much left except some scattered items, men & childrens clothing. Employees have been saying, We just had a big sale and were going to restock. for weeks now.

Employees have bad attitude and horrible customer service. Ive worked in customer service for years and never seen such rude employees and horrible customer service. Called to ask a question and the Girl who answered had a major attitude and hung up on me. And everytime i go in there and ask were something is the employees always have a mean look on there face and act like they hate there jobs. And they answer you like you should know were everything is in the store. Will not be returning here!!

This la e is awesome. You have to see the incredible deals especially on shoes and jackets. Its hard to find both of them in larger sizes, but stay awhile and shop around. The inventory is not well organized, you keep hunting and youre sure to score a few things that youd pay triple for at other places. Designer handbags, apparel, jewelry, and most importantly, shoes and jackets. Dont shop retail stores first! Come try your luck here first!

Another super place to shop for clothing and shoes. Prices are reasonable and the women seem to like this place. I like to look around the home good section while the wife shops for clothing. Clothing for the entire family located here.

The assistant manager, who said his name was Ted on the phone, was rude and short with me when I asked for assistance in locating an item I had just seen at the store. I had purchased a jacket, but when I found it didn’t fit my husband, I wanted to exchange it and called the store to have the properly sized item set aside. Bad Management😡

Absolutely disgusted I went to that store with a gift card, checked out with Seymon and he took the gift card I had and gave me a new one and neglected to put the rest of my balance on the new gift card when handing it back to me. I came back to the store to return a broken Watch I had purchased there 10 min prior again I got Seymon he returned the watch took my receipt and kept it. So today I called the manager and told her the issue about the balance had not been transferred onto the new card she told me there is nothing she could do about it without a receipt. Which is understandable, but it’s her employees mistake not mine as a customer in the first place. Now 115$ down the drain because of an employees mistake. Will not be bring my business to this Fallriver store ever again.

I often travel to the Burlington coat factory in Fall River from cape cod and I must say this store has gone down extremely! The there was slim pickings with the clothing was of poor quality and not much to pick from at ALL.

One of the worst Burlington Coat Factorys in my opinion. The inside is always dirty and the staff is awful. The clothes rarely circulates and you see the same stuff. Wouldnt recommend this location.
