Stop providing misleading information!!The display my company ordered was advertised as a quick setup that magnetized to a frame. We received panels that were cut incorrectly, not magnetized, scratched, and the upper corner of our endcap has a chip taken out of it. They also failed to meet the advertised 7-business day shipping, which is one of the reasons we decided to use this company.Our proof showed that there was a small strip of the main panel image on the right endcap. I had corrected this and resubmitted the file (starting our 7-business day after artwork approval countdown over). It seems that my re-submitted file was not the one used for the print. So, essentially, I pushed the timeline back by trying to do my job properly, and they did not use that file to do theirs properly.I had to basically harass them to get our booth in time for our tradeshow. After I called to cancel the order, it was rushed to arrive the morning before it was going to ship out which left us no time to view or build it before displaying it. Also, I received the shipping confirmation/tracking after it had already arrived at our office.... So, while at the show, we needed to put all of the magnet strips on the panels ourselves - no instructions were provided whatsoever, and the online instructions do not reference how/where to put the strips on the panels. The magnets are not very strong. The bottom of the panels curl up and look very unprofessional.We are extremely disappointed with this investment. We selected this setup so we could use the same frame and endcaps and replace the panels for our various markets. Since the panels were not cut correctly, we will forever have a mismatched strip on the main design because it is attached to the endcap which we plan to reuse. Also, I just found out that replacement panels do not come with magnet strips. I was told to pull the strips off of the other panels and put them on the new ones. Really?Ideally, I would never use this booth again, but it was expensive so we are stuck with it for a while.

Post Up Stand was my go-to for marketing displays and trade show items. I do not know what happened to them in the past year, but this is a completely different company than my past experiences. The proof, approval, and submitting process is incredibly delayed. Customer service was unresponsive. Took one of my orders over a month to ship - missing a trade show. I will not be using Post Up Stand moving forward.

The attention to detail and quality is superb. They did not like the quality of one of our submitted photos so they requested higher resolution. Even more impressive they were concerned with what they called slight distortion of the logo, it was completely unrecognizable me us. It arrived in a timely fashion and the quality again was superb. They now have all our signage business.

If I could give them cero that would be the rate or - 10. I contracted their “customer service team” for a consultation on a step and repeat for my Medspa and I showed them the sizes of the wall and that I was looking for something that would fit the wall and they gave me the product and sizes that would supposedly look good on the space I wanted to place it and first when I got the product the colors and the material where it wan printed wasn’t the best and than when I opened the size was completely off! The length was half of the length of the wall! When I called them they took responsibility and didn’t help me at all just told me to buy a new one … excellent service …

As bad as it gets. Terrible, and this comes from a 20 year vet of the printing industry. We are going on 8 weeks for our order. Yes there was a hiccup in art, 3-4 days was our fault, understood. And yes we understood 6 weeks later, the shipment went BACK to their warehouse without it even making it to our city, they didnt try to deliver it? Missed our show. They didnt even try to respond to us. Understood they cannot control UPS. Ok. 4 times in 2 weeks we reached out and was promised we would get an email (even copied my gMail, in case work was blocking their domain). Nada. 4th call today and was PROMISED another tracking code (FYI we now have to ship this to my house now, WTH). We will see, the package is IN their warehouse for 2 WEEKS! What, 2 more shows missed unless it gets here by Friday 9-17-21, yep. In 20 years I have seen such incompetence. I hate bagging on any company, but this is beyond repair at this point. In fact, I never leave negative reviews. I am trying to be fair by pointing out what is beyond their control. 90% of this is on THEM. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $300 and use a local company.

SCAM DO NOT USE! They scammed me and charged my card $5000 and said they were voided kept telling me Wells Fargo is wrong how does post up stands know more about my bank then my bank lol. They charged my card under different business names which is even more suspicious I’ve had to make a claim they’ve since put my account into negative from constantly charging my card wouldn’t be surprised if it continued. GO ANYWHERE ELSE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARD INFO. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Item was thin material, could see pop up hardware behind it, had to make sure there was no lighting from behind when using. I sent non-tax ID information and was still charged tax. Requested adjustment and have not heard back.

My employer has purchased a ton of pull up banners and a couple of displays from Post Up Stand, and theyre always delivered early and well done. The quality of the displays is great, though I suggest avoiding velcro displays (theyre a little tough to put together).I recommend using Post Up Stand. Their products are affordable, theyre responsive, and the displays are shipped quickly.

Do not buy from PostUp. They are no longer PostUp, they are now Displays2go in Massachusetts. PostUp was a Cleveland proud local company that used to care about its employees. Displays2go used Covid-19 as an excuse to fire everyone in Cleveland and steal our jobs. They fired us all with an email! Not even a phone call. No severance pay for the countless years of service that built this company. Nothing. This is a greedy company.

I ordered pop up stands/banners on a short deadline. The website ordering was very intuitive and gave me confidence. The follow-up I got every step of the way through ordering and posting artwork to them and production and shipping was first rate. The banners arrived a day before they promised and everything looked and worked great. Post Up Stand offers a great value when performing beyond the promise and being competitively priced. Ill come back for more when its time.

I contacted the company needing a quick turn around on a pop-up (a little more than a week). I was assured the order would get to me in time for the event as long as I paid for expedited shipping, which I did.After I placed the order and approved the artwork, I didnt hear anything about the product shipping. I repeatedly followed up with my account manager to only find out the day I had asked for the pop-up to arrive that the order had not shipped. Needless to say, I didnt have what I needed for the event and will not use the company again!

Placed an order on Monday 9, Sept 2019, never got any update on the order till I contacted them on Thursday 12, Sept 2019 since I didn’t get the tracking number mail, the customer care said they haven’t worked on my mail at all, let alone print or produce my order, my event is on the next day. I paid for express delivery and It’s my first time with them, I would never ever try them again so disappointing and my event is the next day.

I recently ordered a small table-top display stand from Post-Up Stand after seeing their work all over the Home Show at the IX-Center in Cleveland. I wish there was a higher score than just a 3! It was the fastest, easiest transaction Ive made in months. The price was excellent, the product is superior, and it was here within days after I uploaded my file. There are all kinds of interesting marketing pieces available, and we plan to order some other products in the future. I cant say enough wonderful things about this company -- definitely recommend them!

I called Thursday afternoon and asked for a rush order go through for a big pop up banner display, saying I needed it delivered to my door before 10am Monday and they beat their 48hr promise. It was proofed and approved and shipped in 24 hours.You guys saved the day for us for a big presentation were giving to government officials, including our state governor (Scott) tomorrow. Thank you! I highly recommend your company. You over delivered.

We had a last minute conference and had to order new banners for the event that was two days away. It was our first time using Post Up Stand, but Tina and Connie talked us through the entire process. We received our banner the next day and it was BEAUTIFUL! Printing and colors were great! We used the stand up banners the whole weekend, and our company really stood out. Will come back and recommend to all of my friends.

As a communications consultant, I hate companies that mislead their customers. We bought a modular trade show display unit for a customer at a cost of over $500.00. It looks fine and would certainly do the job, if we were able to effectively ship it to a trade show! The 27 pound unit must be assembled on site but the company provides no means of shipping it to a location, besides the cardboard box it came in. This is a professional trade show display company???Dont call this a trade show display or clearly state that the product does not include a means of transport. A call to customer service (including a conversation with a supervisor failed to get this resolved.

This place has missed two shipping deadlines for me over the last two weeks - plenty of time to ship, promised to ship then suddenly the day of the event - I couldnt ship this out on time - do not use them. There are plenty of pull up companies who actually care about getting things on time - oh, and the supervisor I called to talk to and said would call back - didnt.

I have purchased several large trade show displays from Postup Stand over the last couple of years and they all turned out great. However, you dont know how good a company is until you have a problem. My most recent display showed up with some minor damage (still undetermined how it got this way). I emailed my rep about it and they immediately shipped all new panels for the display without hesitation or demanding any more than a few photos. Now that is customer service! Needless to say....Ill have Postup Stand print all of my tradeshow displays in the future. A special thank you to Shelli!!!
