I went there as a walk-in for an eyebrow waxing. Im not very particular when it comes to my eyebrows, I simply ask that they dont look like caterpillars anymore. While I was being waxed, I mentioned that I was going to be hanging out with a friend of mine that I have a crush on at the end of the week. Now when I first get waxed, I get very red, so its kind of hard for me to tell right away. But when my skin calmed down, I realized that on one side I have HALF AN EYEBROW!!! Aside from that, when I LEFT the salon, my face around my eyes was sticky... Bad enough that my eyelashes were sticking to my skin!!!I will NOT recommend this place to anyone and I sincerely wish that I hadnt been in a hurry.

I’ve been calling this establishment for a split dye every week, atleast twixe a week for a month. It’s super unprofessional how despite how many times I call, I have to call back ok Saturday, for a Saturday (two- three times in a row now.) they can’t take me NOR make an appointment. I hope the experience is worth it if I can ever make it in.

I would definitely recommend Amy. No matter if its a cut, color etc; she knows exactly what you want and does an excellent job!

Another satisfyed customer, always a great feeling when you leave here. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. Most importantly with covid they do temperature checks at the door along with hand sanitizer. All customers wait in the car they will call you in when ready. All customers are spaced apart. 😊

Cynthia, or Cindy. Is the name of the stylist and I use that term very loosely. My son who is 12 and can advocate very well as to what he would like. Asked for a simple # 2 shave on the sides and a line up. It was not at all what he had in previous visits. She hacked his head up, completely uneven nothing what he wanted. Rather than letting this unskilled person know they screwed up my fiancée paid and left. I will be contacting the manager and I want a full refund because we now have to scramble to find someone to fix this. Its going to be next to impossible so close to Thanksgiving.

Now Im one to fuss much with my hair usually just get a cut as a basic necessity and usually cant wait to get home and restyle it. But today I had a cut, color and highlight done with Laurie Francis I can honestly say this was the best hair appointment Ive EVER had. Already scheduled my next visit. THANK YOU Laurie for an awesome experience.

All of the stylists here are friendly and have honest communication with you. Make sure you are using the rewards because they add up fast. Even though I just go in for a number 0 buzz cut, they treat me well, wash my hair (head), and charge only costs $11! You really cant beat that, and there is no other salon or barber shop that will do what they do for that little amount of money.

I had went in today to dye my hair, and the lady I had I absolutely love I’m not to sure what her name is I totally blanket it out but she’s the second one behind the desk and my hair came out amazing. I’m so in love with it, I’ll definitely be back!

Had my hair cut here today and Kelly did an awesome job. Listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for. Kelly also cut my daughters hair about a month ago. My daughter loves her hair cut.

Im a guy, so my demands for a cut are much lower than for most women. Every time I go to get a cut I always have a different person, which doesnt matter to me. I always get the same cut and it always appears the same. I never wait long. The stylists are always pleasant.

I have been going to fantastic Sams for as long as I can remember and after my experience today I will never go back again. I went to get my hair dyed from red to blonde and they told me no. They didnt even give me any reason behind why they said no. Also the woman was extremely rude. I do not recommend going here

Horrible. If i was able to post a picture of my hair, my moms here, and my moms best friend on here i would. Mom got a cut, layers, and highlights. Half of her head dont even have highlights. My hair cut is not even AT ALL. I don’t expect it to be perfect but it looks like a stairs. Moms best friends hair isnt even either. Definitely was not worth the 150$ at all. Never again will i go back.

I’m giving this salon two stars for my end results with my haircuts but I HATE the customer service here! Even checking in, I get an attitude. I asked if I could come back because it was going to be a half an hour wait and I got attitude. I also went in one time to get a perm, which I’ve had done before months earlier, and the stylist assigned to me clearly didn’t want to do it and made excuses that she could “feel color in my hair” and refused to do the service. The stylist also got snippy and demanded I show her a front back and side photo of what I wanted, after showing her multiple pictures. Honestly, I like coming here for the price and end results, but I won’t be coming back here for a LONG time

Fantastic Sams was the worst hair salon I have ever been too. The hair dresser was beyond rude and had no experience with hair color, I should of known because her own hair looked ridiculous! I’m pretty sure her name was Youvonne. Stay far away from this establishment! They are terrible, usually I tip well but she got 10 cents! I should of sued the place

I went to Fantastic Sams if Fall River...The stylist and the other employees were smiling, friendly, kind, .... I was very impressed with the stylist, the salon was clean.Im a hair dresser for 29 years...I didnt tell Brenda. She asked if I wanted shampoo. She gave a good shampoo. I had long hair in the middle of my back.. I had it cut really short. I LOVED it.. Im so happy....I will be going back to Brenda....She is awesome...Thank you Brenda...

My grandfather and I went as a walk ins about an hour ago was told we would be serviced in approximately 20-25 minutes we were waiting for 45 minutes in the meantime those who had just walked in the door after us were being serviced right away. The staff kept looking at us and what looked like the manager seemed to advise the other staff to take the ladies who had just walked in the door before us. We then decided to leave because we realized we would continue to be ignored and we just werent going to wait another 45 minutes. Completely dissapointed and in my opinion the staff seemed sexist the guests they took before my grandfather were all female of various ages.

Lousy management. I witnessed the manager publicly berate and embarrass a young talented girl there for a job interview. It was the most distateful display of nonsense i have ever seen. I met this young girl later on in the parking lot and hired her for THE BEST COLOR CORRECTION I have ever had. I also must add that the stylists do not dress the part in their sweats and flipflops.
