I have to say BEST DEALERSHIP IN FALL RIVER! Me and my lady have been looking for a new SUV, and we found one we liked right away at 21st, AAAND IT WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED. Without any hesitation Bob gave us the keys for a test drive! Loved it ❤! I swear we ended up getting fast tracked through the process from looking at the SUV to driving it home to keep was at most 4 days!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 21ST CENTURY MOTORS GUYS!!!

These people do not tell the truth. They left with a car that has a lot of issues that they successfully hid from me. This will cost me thousands. The Better Business Bureau has an issue with them. Deal with them at your own risk. They will out smart you.
Two stars just because Bob was decent to deal with at first. Otherwise, very dissatisfied with my experience. Called about an F350 and they got me to make a $500 deposit to hold it for me. I went and test drove the next day. While truck had some immediate issues, I decided if they fixed it I would move forward. I ended up changing my mind about a week later and Bob told me I inconvenienced them, so he didnt know if theyd be able to give me my $500 back. Said hed talk to the owner and get back to me. Its now 3.5 months later and they still have my $500. CrooksEDIT: Attached the phone records. While its true that it was a 2 week span, the picture of the phone records clearly shows I was keeping in touch about the status of the loan. I had still not heard back from DCU and decided to not get the truck. At no point did anyone tell me about a 7 day refund policy. Exactly what I said is true. I was told they were inconvenienced and Bob needed to talk to the owner about getting my $500 back. I even suggested just throw me $250 then if I put you through so much trouble. Dont buy from these guys.
I have to say this is one of the BEST dealerships I have dealt with in all the years of buying cars. I was looking for a first car for my daughter and Bob was so nice and helpful in this process. He was very genuine and did not pressure us at all which made it an excellent experience. Unfortunately due to sibling rivalry between my two kids I sadly had to back out of the purchase at this time. The car was a beautiful BMW and available if anyone is looking for one go see BOB! When I returned today to explain the situation he was very understanding. I would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely return in the future if I need a car for myself and will refer my family there!! Thanks again for your time BOB!!

Bought a sprinter van on the high end of the price point for that year. Drove 6 hours for it after being told it was in great shape. Got there and the windshield had 3 cracks in it, the radio doesn’t work. Anyway I bought it, the tires started to show cords on the way home the alignment was so far off because it had been in a wreck. Plus I had to wait a week for the title! Paid them a check on the spot and had to wait a week for the title! I wouldn’t recommend this place because they don’t inspect the used cars they buy.
Horrible place honestly cheap sales people and horrible service they don’t answer you and never on time seems to me that they are always doing something better than helping you with your car that you are buying from them Damien is trash and a very cheap person said he fixed my car and same issue happened not even ten hours later I tried to see if the car would reset giving them the benefit of doubt but no their mechanic just jimmy rigs it to make it work again and then they feed you nothing but lies about how it was fixed multiple times I have cussed them out and for some reason won’t even bother trying to help the situation never buy from them bad place bad people nothing but junk and problems with them
I have never met a more honest, transparent and kind hearted salesman than Bob with 21st Century Motors. Anyone who is looking for a vehicle should certainly make this location a 1st stop because, chances are it will be your last as well.
I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from 21st Century Motors but make sure you deal with Bob Byrnes. Car buying is usually a stressful & drawn out process but I experienced the complete opposite. I probably spent a total of 2 hours at the dealership from beginning to end which is amazing since other dealerships will keep you there all day. They gave me a fair offer for my trade-in & an awesome pickup truck. Prior to my initial visit at 21st Century, I went to every pre-owned lot in a 30 mile radius but could not find a truck in as great of shape as I did here. I owe it all to Bob & his many years of expertise. Thank you!
Came to look at some cars on the lot but found a clear sign that I shouldnt bother when I tripped and fell on a broken chunk of their pavement right by the driveway. Sad that they cant even maintain the lot.

They are by far the best used car dealership in all of Fall River maybe all of Southeastern New England. I bought my Cadillac XLR limited edition from them guys the things amazing reasonable price and they take care of youif something is wrong with your vehicle they actually will take the time to fix it even after you bought it. No I became friends with them so if you give them a hard time youre giving me a hard time and if youre giving me a hard time youre in trouble 😜 Im just joking but seriously they are all hands down by far the best used car dealership you can go to

I gotta say that Damon and John we’re straight up and fair. I must have driven by this dealership a hundred times in the last few months and have always noticed the nice selection of vehicles. Then the day came that the CTS4 caught my eye. I’d like to say that the test drive did it for me. But to be honest, it was simply the fact that they answered EVERYONE OF MY QUESTIONS, addressed any issues/concerns I had with the vehicle (all minor, like a dash light that came on during second test drive, yes second, very accommodating dudes, I even took it on a third and final test drive) and even provided me with a Car Fax. Complete service, prompt responses, and friendly to boot. Very happy purchase, very nice car, gonna recommend them to any and all of my friends!!!
I was in the market for a specific, hard to find car and made a long road trip to 21st Century at the beginning of May. They did not disappoint. Damon and John are honest and fair, and they kindly stayed late for me since I was on the way from out of town. It was a pleasant surprise that John took the time to call me the next day to ask how my drive home was.I’m beyond thrilled with my purchase and would recommend 21st Century Motors to anyone.
DO NOT BUY HERE.We drove over an hour to see an Audi they had on the lot. The balance was off in the tires when we test drove and the recall hadn’t been done. (The car was sitting at the dealership for 2 months). They fixed it for us over the next week. We went back, test drove it, felt fine so we bought. Within 3 days the car dies and the only help diagnosing was asking if I left a light on and killed the battery. I explained that if it were something I did it would have held a charge after jumping it- you don’t have to be a mechanic to know that. We had the battery tested at 2 different places to confirm, the cell was dead. We also tested the alternator, which was fine, confirming just the battery had died. Replaced the battery and it works fine.We paid for the extended warranty and they even offered a 3 month warranty with the purchase of the vehicle, but apparently a battery is not covered. Nothing in the paperwork we were given says that they aren’t covered, just says anything that prohibits the vehicle from operating safely... Well it doesn’t operate safely if it doesn’t operate. Regardless, 3 days and it dies and they blame me??? After weeks of trying to get reimbursed for the battery, John finally puts me in contact with the owner, Damon. He argues with me over the phone saying they didn’t do the diagnosis so they have no proof I didn’t break it- not that you can even “break” a battery. I brought it to his attention that the car was dead and would have needed to been towed to his dealership and explained that a $400 tow from CT to Fall River wouldn’t have been worth the $180 battery. He finally says he will reimburse me for it, I sent the receipt 3 weeks ago and of course, haven’t gotten any check yet.**Damon did send it, but will be cancelling it now that he’s seen this review.This has been a nightmare for us and if we weren’t looking for such a specific car, we would never have bought from this dealership, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. I’ve given this dealership plenty of opportunities to make our sales experience different and instead they chose to treat us poorly. They don’t care about the cars or the customers, they only care about getting paid.

John dubois is the man to go see. My partner and I went in just to look at a few cars and we were quickly met by john. He is super kind and an honest salesman. Update 7/28/19 FOUND MORE CRABS!!Removed the rear air vent behind arm rest to replace said arm rest. Sure enough theres a crab. Removed all door strip panels. 3 of the 4 doors had crabs in the frame of the vehicle. Underneath the electrical housing. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN??!! They were either slyly put there by some shiesty dealer OR the vehicle was submerged in water for an ungodly amount of time allowing CRABS to make a home in the vehicle. Which means the CARFAX is bunk and the true history of the vehicle is unknown.Notice this is the only review JOHN & DAMON have avoided responding to. Real classy. Time to lawyer up.THIS IS NOT A JOKE.!! BUYER BEWARE !!THERE WAS A CRAB IN MY TRUCK. Im not kidding. I purchased a Toyota 4Runner from them 10 days and after about 7 days water had started to pour into the passenger side of the cabin. I called John and Damon 2 days ago, left a message and STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK!! By law they should be repairing the vehicle. But they dont care. They have my money.Did I mention THERE WAS A CRAB IN THE TRUCK. Under the carpet on passenger side. When a pool of water collected while I was driving. I stopped and pulled back the carpet and discovered MARINE LIFE IN THE TRUCK. A legit RED BABY CRAB. Rather fresh looking too. I thought the truck had a smell..I dont trust the CARFAX or JOHN & DAMON at 21ST CENTURY SHIESTERS!! BUYER BEWARE !!
