I’m a tile install contractor and have been doing business with spectrum for a few years, and somehow always keep going back for more punishment. I have NEVER had an order come in correct. Which leads to lost time and money. I call to correct order and am always told a couple days, which turns into a week. Not sure how there are no other similar reviews because I can’t imagine I’m the only person experiencing this with spectrum. They need to up their game, they have a lot to offer unfortunately being thorough and follow through is not their strong point
