My insurance was having problems and the lady at the pharmacy was nice and was very helpful! I had no wait time. Pam gave me my vaccine. I was a little nervous and she was so sweet and patient. Not sure who the lady who was seating people after (glasses with short curly hair) but she was nice as well made sure everyone was ok and checking the times with everyone. Very pleasant experience! Thanks CVS.

Cvs used to be the best pharmacy. The pharmacy here is incompotent. Rude. Entitled so they seem. Impatient. Do not listen. Condesending. Looking to switch pharmacies.

Booked my 2nd Pfizer vaccine here, as nothing was available in my area (Portsmouth RI). From the moment I walked in, my experience was phenomenal! Donna, the check-in gal was super friendly and the nurse (April) was compassionate, educational and EXTREMELY gentle when she administered my vaccine! My experience was definitely exceptional!

My wife searched on the Massachusetts Covid vaccination site for an appointment, frustratingly, to no avail. Then she tried CVS and got both of us appointments. Though her appointment was 1 1/2 hours before mine, they took us at the same time, administered the vaccine, had us sit for the requisite 15 minutes, and we were done. No muss, no fuss, done efficiently and professionally. GREAT JOB, CVS!

Every single time I go in to buy insulin syringes (so that others are safe), I get treated with a very stereotypical attitude to the point its embarrassing! They give me a dirty look and tell me they have none. I am not a drug addict, I work in the recovery field, and it shouldnt matter if I was! What makes them mad...the fact that someone either needs them for insulin, that they are trying to be safe and use clean needles, that someone may be helping someone else with harm reduction, or do they just not want to make a sale? Walgreens treats me with the upmost respect, even from the pharmacists themselves, and that is a shame. Its not every CVS, just this one. And it is sad, especially in this day and age, people especially in the Healthcare field at any capacity, should be educated and not ignorant to addiction.

Staff was great, clean and well marked for vaccine.

No one at covid vaccine check in desk. Waiting to check in for 10 minutes behind a line of 3 other people. I got 3 texts reminding me not to be late for my appointment, got here on time, and now am being made late for my appointment.

Be extremely careful when filling a script at this pharmacy. I am currently pregnant and was given a mixture of two scripts in one bottle. One of which I was not prescribed and does not have a pregnancy rating. I had consumed both my prescription and non prescribed pills because they were identical. It wasn’t until I realized I had way to many pills left over that I poured out the bottle and closely examined the pills. When I called to find out what I had been taken the pharmacist on duty apologized and told me a manager would contact me the following day. I never received a call. I called corporate only to be put on hold and hung up on many times. This is a serious matter, I have many allergies and am pregnant. This could have caused major birth defects or even death. I will never do business with CVS again!

Cashier talking about what a terrible day its gonna be to the other cashier. I got a coupon for Pantene to spend 14$ and of course Pantene is on sale for 3 for 12$, so couldnt take advantage is savings without spending more. Kinda useless coupon.

Always mess up my scripts leaving me counting almost every time!!!!! One said 60 and I picked it up and counted and there’s 30! Terrible terrible service

Rude workers especially the young one with the red hair always pulled back in a ponytail. She never smiles and always looks like shes having a bad day. The pharmacy is to slow

Slow moving line, the younger workers seem miserable and make it appear like customers are inconvenience nor do they seem like they have the proper knowledge to answer any simple questions, or maybe they just dont care enough to give you any extra attention then the necessary!
