These guys are the best. I brought in a Fir 5-panel door from Horner Millwork and they cut it to the exact size of my former door. This job only took them 20 minutes and I could not believe it. I will be coming back here for all my future doors that need to be resized. This place is great!

Good luck getting ahold of anyone on the phone. Ive called repeatedly all week and the few times someone answered the phone they say remodelers outlet please hold once your on hold they will never pick up again. I waited to see how long they would let someone hold and I had another call come in after 32 minutes so that ended my wait but Im sure had I not gotten the other call I would have been on hold indefinitely. I only have a question that takes about a minute or so to answer....reading other reviews Im glad I didnt just take the hour drive for terrible service.

Awesome customer service! Purchased 4 interior doors there recently and Kevin was wonderful. He helped us measure the doors, took the time to explain the left vs right swing and helped us load up the car. I will definitely be back to make another purchase for my remodel!

I been going there for the past 3-1/2 years for buying materials for condominium renovations and other items. Given it can be hit or miss there at times, but there are some great bargains. I can not say enough about Peter staff for being helpful and sharing ideas especially their knowledge in kitchen designs. Steve is a great designer and really easy going and always giving me options to bring back to my clients.The place may not be for the average homeowner but I learned you have to speak up and ask away..there is never a wrong question.

I ordered a custom camber top exterior door from them and was told it was avail even with a glass panel. I paid in full and was told it would be approximately a 5-6 week delivery. After 7 weeks of waiting for this door I was then told there was an issue with the glass panel and this custom door was now not available with a glass panel. They also told me I could not get a refund since the wood frame and door panel had been built and shipped to their facility. After waiting another 3-4 weeks trying to find a way to get a glass panel made I finally gave up and told them to simply deliver the solid panel door. It has now been 13 weeks since I ordered this door and it had still not arrived. I paid over $2000 for this door and I’m almost 3 months waiting. I will never do business with them again. They do not know what they are doing, seem to have no idea what is actually available from their manufacturers and suppliers and their service is AWFUL. They have not once emailed me or called me with a status update. Never do business with Remodelers Outlet. Their discount is not worth it.

Please adhere to the stated hours. We stopped by before closing at 2pm and the doors were locked. We went back out to car and an employee came to the door saw us and then made sure door was locked. Not good service at all.

This place is great, extremely helpful and attentive. They definitely go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. This is and will continue to be my first stop when looking for material.

Not much there for the homeowner its a mess

This place was an absolute joke. Walked in on the Tuesday before thanksgiving. I needed a door matched the service was terrible but I let it go. The staff reminded me that it was almost 4 and rudely said he couldn’t do it that day. I was fine with that.Three weeks passed I sent an email. Someone called back apologized and said my door would be done that day . The next day I went to pick it up. First they couldn’t find it .I had to walk around with a worker looking for it. When we found it I noticed that the hinge mortise was off and the size of the new door wasn’t even close to what I had asked for. He then bad mouthed the original person I spoke with and said he’s not supposed to take orders. He apologized multiple times and assured me he would personally take care of it. To this day 4 months to be exact I am yet to hear from them.I ended up buying a door from the depot and routing it myself. Poor service and terrible experience. Stay clear if this place.

Great place to order new items, not so much for any discounted doors as my contractor installed one prior to the install he told me all those doors are most likely defective not just missed ordered. Well he was rite threshold was damaged and kinda screwed as returns are within 14 days and the side of my home exposed so we went forward with the install.. TIME IS MONEY AND SO IS YOUR CONTRACTORS TIME COST YOU $$ LESSON LEARNED..

Absoulity a great place buy windows great price and great quality

I was at remodelers outlet yesterday afternoon to buy an exterior door and a window. I walked around the store looking at what they had for 20 minutes while the three workers behind the counter had a grand old time talkin about hockey and everything under the sun other than work. After 20 minutes of three workers who could not be bothered to help me at all I left went to Lowes and bought my door and window which was $520.my advice is to not waste your time going now they obviously have enough business without walk-in customers.

Sales person Peta in my opinion was very arrogant and also I believe him to be not honest would never deal with him again
