I called this place ahead of time to ask if i could have a custom piece of glass with a a frame made they said yes either give us the measurement or just bring the piece of glass down (this was for a window insert). So i brought the piece of glass down and i walk in and an elderly woman walks up to me and says “what do you need” and i said i need a piece of glass made with a frame this size ( the frame was too big i guess ) because after i said that she said nothing and then grabbed a thin piece of framing and said this is “this is all we got i cant do anything else for you” so i said ok ill just go get it made out of plexi glass. Dont waste your time going unless you want to deal with a snotty old woman.

My Friday the 13th began with a shattered storm window, but the employees at Door and Glass Innovations fixed it within 2 hours (they were kind enough to expedite it for me!). They were polite and professional from start to finish, not to mention reasonably priced! I highly, highly recommend this business to anyone!

I had a bay window and several other replaced by them. Paul, the owner, did the first visit and Norman came over the second time to measure additional windows. The installation crew was professional and courteous, treaded carefully around my condo, and worked well together. Their supervisor / team leader, was a seasoned professional who took the care and the time to save us additional costs and a hassle by showing us a home improvement do-it-yourself tip to fix a cracked piece. I will call them any time that I need new windows. Call them!
