The best run grocery store, in my opinion. Always clean and well stocked. The amount of employees working every time I go there is phenomenal. Their philosophy for success is obvious in their customer service. Prices are competitive as well. A+

Staff is so sweet and nice all the time. Store is nice and clean and easy to navigate. Lines never take too long, lanes almost always have a cashier on them. Bakery is soooo good and the cooks there are great. Good prices as well.

I love market basket and truly wish they were a national company. I no longer live in the area but when I was here this location was new and amazing. Their products are high quality, fresh produce, clean store, amazing variety. What else can you ask for?

I went in to Market Basket the other day and tried to buy something to get cash back for some reason my card wouldnt allow me to get cash back at the store so I had said to cancel the purchase, I ended up checking my bank account and saw that the money still came out I went in and spoke to a manager named John Silva he was extremely polite and respectful and did everything that he could help me out and went above and beyond what was needed to for his job I think hes the best manager Ive ever had the pleasure of speaking to. That man deserves a raise.

Always busy but pretty hectic on weekends. Such a great selection though. The kind of grocery store youll find many things youve never seen before. The bakery is on point. And theyre soups are delicious. The pre-made dinners are pretty good too. The rotisserie chickens are a steal of a price and delicious as well! Plus, unlike other grocery store, theyre always pretty stocked with the rotisserie chickens. 😁

The wife and I were running late, she need a few things and we went to market basket.We ended up at the deli, We bought home a delicious meal, tasty, hot, yummy, 😀

Our bagger Kaiden was absolutely horrendous. Was rolling his eyes when we werent going fast enough for him. He also put cold products with cardboard boxers, along with putting a container of strawberries on top of fresh donuts and a loaf of bread. Another problem was when another worker went up to him and said dude I think Im getting pink eye, right in front of us!!! 0/10

Some items more expensive than Walmart and Stop and Shop.Also I use a mobile cart. While selecting hambergar meat worker saw me and parked meat cart in front of .e and proceeded to stand behind me. Needless to say I was trapped. He did not move till he was finished.

I love market basket because they have such a wide variety of items and their prices are never too much. The fresh sushi is one of my favorite things. My oldest and I grab it regularly. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The only downfall is how congested it always is, but I guess thats what you get when youre the best.

My favorite neighborhood grocer.They got all the seafood and meats one could ask for. Hot dinner ready to eat. Fresh veggies and fruit. I dont shop anywhere else.

Im becoming more and more aggravated with market basket in regards to organic food. On the 12th of this month I bought organic chicken patties breaded from Bell something or other for $4.99 a box. You get two patties for that price I thought it was a good deal. Today I bought those patties for $8.99. When I got home and realized what are mistakenly did I brought them back of course and got my money back.Im noticing more and more all the organic food that they are bringing in costs almost 30% more in price.So I spoke to the manager about it he said he has nothing to do with this and if I dont like the price I can go shop somewhere else.To that I simply say advice taken. I will be shopping somewhere else. Perhaps the rest of you should reconsider that as well.

Good selection. Deli was good prices. Woman let me wait extra CSU’s with didn’t hear her the first time, it was a long wait, it was bisy it’s not their fault. She could see me and could have easily caught my attention, but was obviously aggravated and took it out in an immature ways. Hope she can chill out or find a place less stressful for her to work.

At your store I have purchased either EXPIRED OR ALREADY SPOILED PINEAPPLE RINGS AND CHOPPED PINEAPPLE in produce aisles. What the hell? I have not tried to return it and get my refund because I was obviously lazy and come on… I have also purchased SPOILED GOUDA AND SOME SAUSAGES FROM FRIDGE SECTION (awhile ago). Please make sure that you DO NOT SELL EXPIRED PINEAPPLES (or very funny smelling ones). Same with POPPY SEEDS IN SPICE ISLE.

The best grocery store around when it comes to prices. Always feel like Im saving $$$. A lot of staff to help find things and they are friendly. Sometimes the cashiers are not as friendly, but I have been going there weekly because of the prices. Also very clean store

This was our (family of 6) first time going to this specific Market Basket and was impressed with the selection and cleanliness. Unfortunately the isles are more narrow than a typical grocery store which in and of itself is not an issue, but the employees taking up most of the isle with boxes of product they are trying to restock the shelves with were rude as they had to keep moving out of the way for customers to go by in both directions of travel down the isle. Happened in no less than 7 (yes seven) isles of aggravated employees moving out of the way with there ladder for multiple customers. Mind you each isle is a little bigger than 2 shopping carts wide. My wife actually noticed most of what they were restocking was already full (like more than plenty for the day) on the shelf and could of waited to closing. We spent about $325, but between having to either politely ask an employee to move or to turn around and slowly make our way back the way we came stuck behind other customers, Im not sure its a place we will do our everyday shopping at and just go in to get a few of the items we enjoyed that we cant find elsewhere (that we know of/noticed). When it came time to cash out the bagger seemed to have no training as some bags had 1 yogurt in it, 1 bag of popcorn, too many packages of meat with 4 candy push pops in it while another bag had way too many cans etc etc. All of which were just put in the shopping cart onto of eachother. I was amazed the eggs werent broken being crushed with all the other groceries. Cant say the same for the sliced bread or rolls which were both squashed (rolls were still salvagable though) along with the sliced cheese which was smashed under cans. There were more jugs of juice and gallons of milk on top than anything else. Didnt realize it till we got to the truck and started transferring it in. Havent gone back to give a second chance yet, but will as everyone deserves one. Wish me luck....

What you see is not always what you get. Shelves are often restocked with merchandise that is different than the price label showing. So it looks like we are paying a certain price for an item but upon checkout it scans higher. When the item is verified on the shelf we are told that is the price of what previously was there. Market Basket is perfectly comfortable deceiving their customers rather that putting the correct label in front of the merchandise.Example: picked up a 8 pack of waters. Shelf said $4.99. Item scanned at 6.99. No adjustments made. Manager completely unhelpful.

As usual, they have a very good selection. Only one hang up, and that was in the delicatessen. I had asked for 1/2 pound of Swiss cheese. There was none available at the counter except for the display block. So, first, they have to look in the back. It took a long time. It must have been at least a10 minute wait for the cheese. That was a bit frustrating. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

This place is the only grocery store that has like multiple choices of meats. Stop & shop and shaws youre only going to find chourico, chicken, steak, pork, turkey, and ham.. where market basket has all that plus like 20 more items just in the meat section the only thing I can complain about is the fruits all the fruits that I picked up unfortunately were already ruining and some shelf items were actually already passed expiration and still on the shelf but for the fruit brown and moldy I cant give five stars. Not when stop & shops like that too. Even Walmart, its like where else do you go to get fresh fruit thats not brown or molded already... I just want fresh strawberries. Thats it. 😭

The meat department have rude people back there. God forbid if you ask for certain item,you get Shoulders drop n a quick body droop n a big fat NO,but yet I can see the item on bin in back...so I say there it is ...worker-well its gonna be 45 minutes before its out,me -looking at my cart you know Im going to cash out. Market Basket is the BEST!!! ALWAYS plenty of registers--most of them with baggers too. I was in the Stop & Shop across the street and there was ONLY ONE register open! Ridiculous!

Deli, rude workers, ask for amount, cant even get it right, evil eye given to me. Even the male manager in charge of deli. Cant get a cut as customers desires, its the deli way, not a customer way. And will argue to high hxll end saying we dont have it 5 times, when i can clearly see it in the display case.Stop n shop no problem, peace of mind.Without a headache.

Has Variety of Special Foods. Sugar Free and Dairy Free. Im Diabetic and my Sister is Vegan. The Checkout lines are fast there is a 20 item Lane Express checkout.

My favorite grocery store in a 20 mile radius. They are caring and prices are perfect!! Just walked out with $200 worth of groceries and it filled 2 carriages. Well worth it and then they asked if I needed help getting to my car. Now I know its protocol for them but super thankful 🖤

Its great that there are freshly, made to order hot subs, calzone and pizza. Lemonade, milkshakes and coffees to go or drink as you are shopping! Fresh sushi, You can watch them make these products.If you cant find the little, packaged twin chicken salad finger subs, the polite men and women behind at the grill, will kindly take the time to make you some.Delicious pre-made entrees and sides, reasonably priced, to bring home and pop into the microwave. Quick, easy and delicious!.Often when I go shopping though, they are sold out of the Market Basket brand sliced, white bread .🍞The cashiers, baggers and stock people are all very polite, friendly and helpful!During the Pandemic they sterilized the shopping baskets handles and seats and conveniently gave them to us as we walked into the store!My friends and I often shop at Market Basket, and we have always had pleasant experiences!

Good place to shop. All of the Market Baskets have the same layout so you can go into any one and find what you need. Good prices. Store brand just as good as name brand in most cases. Clean, pleasant staff. Better value for the money than Stop & Shop.

Freshest produce. You really do save $$ here. And theres no gimmick point rewards thing....just plain save money.

Deli is always overcrowded. Part of the problem is theres only 1 cheese slicer! This means all patrons end up queuing up for any cheese item. This store would benefit tremendously and reduce patrons frustrations by adding another cheese slicer.

Market Basket seems to have the freshest produce and meat. Prices are reasonable compared to the other better quality places around. Most food things I like to buy here, maybe with exception of cereal. I like big bargain boxes or bags of cereal so I get those somewhere else. It would be nice if they stayed open later than 8:00 But this is my fav food store.

Love the variety and prices. Also all registers open with actual cashiers and baggers! Only thing I dont care for is usually too crowded and kind of hard to find some items. Ex: bread crumbs at the beginning of frozen food.

Brand new store. The place was clean pretty well stocked and from what I purchased from the food court, the food looked fresh and they had my order of sushi ready

Who doesnt love Market Basket?! The store is huge, the inventory ENORMOUS. Having said that there are some items the store no longer offers & of course they were items I purchased so that is very disappointing. The staff is always willing to help which for me is important. The store is usually pretty clean but 1 time the rest room located in the rear of the store was pretty bad, however I informed an employee & they reported it immediately. The prices here overall are difficult to beat. The store has a extensive foods to go section, made to order pizza as well or by the slice but its limited by the slice to what is made & on display. The bakery department is well stocked & also very extensive in items to go. The parking lot is always filled so expect to walk. I do wish that self check out was available but that truly is the only negative I have.
