Bobbie and Marie have both been stars since I started working with them last summer.Bobbie kicked off the process by providing all the initial information I would need and how to accomplish the project. She was always kind and went out of her way to help out.Marie then took over to execute the pattern-making and final design. Thank you Merrow Product Development Team- we had brought in a technical active wear item to finish off the last actions just prior to a production order. The team was thorough, working with us to finish and get our pre-production samples ready. Patternwork needed to be tweaked, and the team at Merrow was able to accomplish the project with great quality and to our satisfaction. Product Development is a beast and Merrow handled this difficult project well. I highly recommend Merrow Manufacturing for development services as well as production. Costing was fair and quality is excellent. Five Stars!

Tried to get a quote for a simple product- sent sample in, provided as much information as possible, but after 7 weeks of waiting and being told it was one or two days out, nothing happened. As a small business owner this was incredibly frustrating to schedule time only to be led on. Sarah is the ONLY person that can handle quotes apparently and she has zero interest in honoring her word or responding to prospective customers in any sort of timely fashion. Unprofessional and unnecessary - if you cant make a product, just tell me!

We would like to echo Sam Alters review (see earlier review), which, is the only review not done by an employee of Merrow. Over the course of two months we could never get pricing and had to call almost daily for weeks for them to return our sample. When we finally did get tracking on our package the sales rep chided us for being impatient and nit-picky for asking for our sample back...? There are wonderful manufacturers in Fall River, this just is not one of them.

Very knowledgeable with the work they produce and will make sure your products meet your needs. Highly recommended!
