I absolutely love this store. The owner and his wife are super nice. John is a character and a big plus for the store. We are moving to New Hampshire, and this store is one place I will truly miss. The place to go when you dont feel like going to the market.

I wish they had a larger selection of beers (Labatt or Molson). I dont like Budweiser at all. If they were to sell my beer, then Id shop there more often. They do have a good selection of sodas and snacks.

The liquor is overpriced and the service is almost as bad as you can get. Economy is 5 minutes away and have cheaper prices and employees that care about their job. Drink smart.

Best little store on the block! They have a little bit of everything and theyre always willing to order specific items if you request it. Friendly staff and theyre open to 10pm every night except 8pm on sundays.

Wrote a long extensive review about how this place used to be great but is most definitely going downhill and poof. It disappeared. Funny how negative reviews seem to vanish. Anyway, Im not retyping it all so heres a summary:1. Great variety. From alcohol to dish soap to food to cleaning supplies to winter gloves. They pretty much have it all. But...2. Their own price tags mean nothing to them. Theyll charge what they feel like charging. What I mean by that is they over charge. I was a regular here for years and out of the blue they started charging a lot more than what their price tags list.And3. If you question them about said prices they instantly lose their sweet personality and become rude af and pretend they dont speak english. (FYI - they all speak English just fine.)So if youre in a jam and dont care about being scammed or respected this is the place. Otherwise, theres a relatively new little convenience store on the corner of Robeson and Cherry, a tiny one near the corner of Pine and High, a fully stocked one on the corner of Rock and Pine, or a 7 11 on the corner of New Boston and Robeson. For liquor theres, my first pick, a package store on Bedford street between Tremont and Orange and another on Pleasant street next to Popeyes.
