I needed a storage unit as soon as possible, I came here and the guy at the counter was very nice and helpful. A unit was not available so I was told to.call the manager and after speaking to him I was able to get the unit that I needed right away. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

Kaitlynn and her technican at the Pleasant St. UHaul in Fall River did an incredible job fixing the electrical wiring on my Jaguar SUV. Unfortunately, this was after a different UHaul had installed it incorrectly. Kaitlynn and her team are awesome. If you have the flexibility to pick a specific UHaul for your towing/storage/hitch install needs, go with this location. They will take care of you, and are just generally nice, awesome people to work with. Thank you again!!

Several times this month I have gone to my storage unit and cannot get in because it says unit tampered with the woman working said it was an issue thats been happening since the power went out. last time she told me she had fixed the problem permanently but today it happened again and they said it could be several hours or even a day until i can get into my unit. Now I have to extend my uhaul truck reservation for another day, mind you they charge a dollar a mile.

Dolly Parton boulevard in Sevierville Tennessee is where U-Haul is at. Amazing service I was stuck with a broken transmission and they got me home a thousand miles away Paul Thomas his wife Mary were a godsend. If I could give this location zero stars..I would! I made a reservation more than one week in advance, to have a tow package installed. My husband Arrived at the store 15 minutes early; to be told, they don’t have the parts! He was told they would just do it Sunday..two days later. I went into the store, where the very unprofessional GM Katie said; she will try to find parts..but at this point; 5 hours later, she hadn’t bothered to call around and find them. I personally went 40 minutes to RI and picked up the parts; which I had already prepaid $350 for the parts and service. When I asked the GM why she couldn’t have called me ahead of time to tell me they couldn’t do the work that day; she shrugged and said the parts never came in. HORRIBLE customer service skills! Thankfully..I was able to find someone within this company who cares about people and his job! I ended up at the New Bedford location, where Rob put my tow hitch on at the last minute..6pm on a Friday night!! Amazing person! We would have had to throw away our belongings; if not for Rob! Save yourself the trouble..drive 20 minutes further; to New Bedford!!!!

Why is the local number not reaching location? Had to wait on hold 2 times for 15 mins, one to place an order and 2nd to let the store know I had an alternate pickup person. Ridiculous!

Customer service is lousy Made an appointment to have a hitch put on for 10:30 customer service booked two instals for 10 with one person working . Poor plannig i would not recommend, it would take least 21/2- 3hr wait and thats with the appointment.

I use this site all the time when I need a truck. Very nice and helpful and very clean. The girl is so nice and helpful and the workers are also. The trucks are very clean.

No PARKING AVAILABLE. Workers must be parking in customer designated area. Was the only customer in the place but all customer parking was full. Went to park in another spot and the uhaul female employee came to yell at me . She told me to park down the street. Poor customer service. Also took 20 minutes to cash out due to employees not knowing how to process a debit card.

Got charged an after hours fee because the person I had drop it off wasn’t aware that he had to check it in on his phone since it wants your location. He went back within 10 minutes but they checked in for me and charged me $20 because they said it took him 30 minutes to come back. My texts and call log say otherwise. Not to mention when I picked it up the employee said “we don’t make any money on trailers when they come back to the same location” we’ll I guess they found a way to make their money

If I could have a lesser number I would give it to them. Horrible experience. Waited for 2.5 hours while an employee attempted to solve a computer problem that had nothing to do with me(the customer) he called his manager several times, call at least 6 more people. I had to call custmer service myself and place them on the phone with the person behind the counter to resolve the issue. Monica you need to do a better job. That was terrible?

I show to pick a vehicle because I’m moving today. I reserved the vehicle 7-10 days ago for 9am pickup. Nor last second nor did I walk in requesting a vehicle. The rep tells that the vehicle won’t be back until 2pm. I understand that the customer can hold a rental longer than expected, but no notifications from your company to the customer instead of wasting their time going to location to find out they would have to wait? How does a company not have enough vehicles for a customer who has a reservation? Not good business. Good lesson not to attempt to use your service.

I went there for a 4 pin trailer T harness. They didnt have the plug and play harness I was looking for. But they had the harness you can splice in. Worked like a charm. Knowledgeable staff and friendly too.

Used the online app to make the process easier, went to pick up the truck . I walked inside to pick up the key and the older guy gave me so much attitude. I ignored it because it was moving day and didn’t want to be upset . Came back to drop it off and someone came outside, said not one word to us and checked over the truck . Five minutes went by and he still hasn’t said a word . I asked if we were all set and he just laughed and walked out the door . I came back inside and the gentleman from earlier that morning gave me more attitude. The guy checking over the truck and the bill doubled fromWhat I was quoted online ! We ask himWhy and he doesn’t know . He just prints out the paper and walked us out . Long story short I’m not sure if they are racist and or just having a bad day but let me tell you I will NEVER go backTo them again . Learn how to talk to people.

Trying to return a vehicle was next to impossible, The staff member Was rude and very unhelpful, Stated that if you couldnt completed by phone you will going to be charged an additional $20 for him to do his own job, Extremely frustrating Worst rental experience Ive ever had

I called to ask for information regarding renting a truck and the man I spoke to was extremely cocky, like I was bothering him... totally rude. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone unless they want to be disrespected.

Recently rented a 15ft truck from Matt for a 2500 mile move, I can not offer a higher rating for his advice, courtesy and great customer service . He provided me with a new truck which was clean and in top working condition and was very helpful with packing advice he even gave me extra moving pads, this location would serve anyone very well…highly recommended

Horrible service! sat outside for 25 mins waiting for anyone who worked here to show up. There was a sign on door saying be back in 5 mins but still no one. I rented a trailer, during reservation told csr i had a Jeep they said that will work then drive 2 city’s away to rent (because they did not have one locally) and now they say I can not use my jeep! But they did not have a truck available to rent. Worst service I’ve had in a while. I would give negative 2 stars if it was an option.

I locked my keys in truck n u haul would not help me w any expense for company to come. Cost me 75$ and it happend in u haul parking lot. I was so upset. Truck only cost me 40. Locksmith almost double. Thanks u haul for looking out for ur customers. I cant believe it I just went back to the same Pleasant St., Fall River location to rent another U-Haul yesterday my mileage was off by 2 miles the girl came out with a pen and paper and promised me it would be fixed it was not this morning when I called back in regards to my bill she said I dont understand why you would call here and cry about a dollar customer service is horrible that I will never go back to U-Haul Pleasant Street ever again I strongly suggest if you want good customer service and quality customer care do not go there these people are so ghetto and so horrible she hung up the phone on me and refuse
