I used to love this place but I have to be honest, it’s been really bad lately. You can order the same thing every day and it will come out differently. The inconsistencies are too frequent for me. Also on a Friday night 8pm they’re closed, Saturday night same thing, they are already closed….no hours on the door…I wonder how this place is even keeping business at this point but I will be taking mine elsewhere that’s for sure.

Was told 2 hours for delivery or an hour and 15 mins for pick up. I tried to order la vodka pasta for pickup with crispy chicken instead of grilled chicken and was told I could not make any changes bc they are too busy and was told ‘call back when you make up your mind we are really busy’. Never experienced anything like that before. Very unprofessional.

I ordered french fries and a meatball sub. The fries were delish and my sub was very good although I thought a little too much garlic in the meatballs for me.I will go back again, I pass this restaurant many times on my way home and wondered what it was like so I give this restaurant four stars.

I’m not quite sure why this place is rated with a 3.5, although I can say I’ve never had the pizza. I’ve had the alfredo (good), huge portions, you will definitely have leftovers for the next day. The chicken parm and fries ( all good too) . It’s the one place you can continue to go back and know what your buying.

Buffalo chicken wrap was delicious, Margherita pizza was laughable, pepperoni pizza wasn’t bad and onion rings were okay. Delivery took an hour n half when I was quoted 60 minutes on a random Wednesday night. Willing to give another try but overall not very impressed.

Best pizza in Fall River. It reminds me of a pizza shop I grew up eating at when I was young, back in Hempstead, Long Island,NewYork. Some old school Italians made the best pizza out there, Florentina pizza taste spot on. I appreciate them continuing the New York taste thats so hard to find.

Pizza was not great and the Wings were undercooked and they forgot to put the blue cheese the bag who does that. FEELS like the only reason this place stays opens cause of regulars that eat there every day,Way under Expectation and the driver they have delivering at nite food was cold and he didnt have the rite change come on dude lay of the thc and have the rite change .

The purple working there were very thoughtful, kind, and considerate. The service was fairly fast and the sandwiches and pizza was very good. The picture attached is of their Romano sandwich: prociutto, basil, mozzarella, and tomatoes.

A great neighborhood gem. I dont deal with chains for take out so Ive always appreciated having this tasty privately owned independent resource a few blocks away.

The atmosphere wasnt pleasant, the lights were very dull. The staff were nice and recommended a few dishes for us.Secondly, the mozzarella sticks were not made from scratch. They were microwaved and you can hear it too. Wasnt interested. Food portions were large and the pasta was oily and it had a lot of cheese.

I ordered from here all the time. Delivery times have always been absurd here, most orders take an hour and a half minimum (even before Corona) So you decide to just pick it up. Usually the service is better this way. I always order the same pizza, so when you’re given something different you know it’s not right. We called back and was given a list of the ingredients that should have been on my pizza and was told this is what I was given with the biggest attitude. Plus it was cold with the 2 minute drive to my house. This place has 0 consistency in orders or service. Decided to give the 2 stars because when the owner is there it’s usually ok.I ordered from here about once a week, usually they were on top of fixing any errors. When I walk in the workers usually know who I am and all, but whenever it’s someone else picking it up it’s a disaster. After how I was treated today I won’t be returning.

This place, when it opened, delicious hand-tossed NY style pizza with delicious, sweet sauce and real mozzarella cheese. Now?Awful. The Dough is not hand tossed, the Sauce tastes very garlic-ee, & like it comes right out of a can, and mixed cheddar cheeses (a lot cheaper than mozzarella!) that simply doesnt taste good.Dont let the name fool you. This is NOT authentic italian cuisine.When they first opened, it was an entirely different place.Oh well.

Every time I order from this place it’s never great food, their deli subs in my opinion are filled and pretty straight forward on how you want them. Recently I ordered for dinner; I asked for chicken wings, mozzarella sticks and some good old pasta. Chicken wings are bad quality, mozzarella sticks are pretty good to be honest but my pasta had crispy chicken which was completely burned, I literally mean dark crispy no flavor burned. The chickens texture was so rubbery it just ruined the entire meal; not to mention it seemed as if they tried to cover the burnt chicken with the sauce. Depending on what you order, you either win or lose with this place.

I enjoy going to this establishment because they actually put real Italian cold cuts in their twist on how the Italian grinders should be made. Much better than the Greek pizza joints in and around Fall River area.

This place has the best dough and the best white pizza anywhere also the best cooked pizza anywhere from south of the north end of Boston.

I see a lot of mixed reviews and this review is going by my first visit I ordered the Mama Maria Pizza and it was delicious. Sauce was light but not too light which let the other ingredients shine which was perfect every bite was delicious. They offer plenty of other dinners and foods for anyone to enjoy like pasta, subs, and desserts too top it off. Im from the south end of fall river so I dont make my way over to there location but I will be now !

1st time customer ...Ordered takeout .. 1 large pie!I was told give us 35 min plz ...OK / no problemI arrived 40 min later ...They never made my pizza and said itll be 35 more min ...I walked out and will never return.

The place is not fancy but the food is authentic italian cuisine. They have great specialty pizzas, homemade pasta dishes, and pistachio cake yum!!!

I ordered the fishermans platter and I told the person taking the order to make sure I had ketchup in the bag... he said no worries it always comes with ketchup..... not 1 ketchup packet came with the meal....$20 for a meal I cant enjoy

Heard this place was great but it was just ok. Not BAD but not fantastic. Called and had the guy complaining to me about how busy they were, he quoted me 30 maybe 40 minutes on a Sunday at about 4:30 pm... Showed up 45 minutes later to only sit another 40 when we got there. It really didnt seem that busy either. One table was in and the delivery guy came in and out a couple of times on quick local runs. They were apologetic, but it still seems too perfect to be right.

They have everything you could want from a sub shop but they are so much more than that. Im never disappointed with their food and their customer service is exceptional. I dont know why they would have anything less than 5 stars. LOVE this place.

If I could give this place a zero I would. We ordered online the Chicken Alfredo Pizza w/ some sides. They have coupons that you can use and with the amount of money that we spent you could get a free dessert. The coupons don’t work online I guess. I finished my order and called to see if I could add the coupon on and was given the biggest attitude stating that they can’t add it on last minute because of tax purposes but they will this one time. Order arrived over an hour later, they didn’t give us our “taxed dessert” (after all that hassle of getting the damn thing) and it was literally the driest pizza we’ve ever had. There was no sauce and even eating it with a drink did it no justice! I can’t even believe a pizza can be described this way. Will never go here again.

By far the best pizza in Fall River. The staff are great, and the prices are very reasonable considering the giant portion size. Their menu has a little of everything and is a great change from the standard issue pizza menu that every other place in the city uses. Their pasta selections and dinner options are that of a high end Italian restaurant, and they still have those standard dishes you get at every other place. And the portions, oh my! The portions coming out of Fiorentina put to shame everyone else in town. Definitely worth checking this place out.

Spent quite a bit of $$ on food here it was gross . Fries were soggy and un cooked . Subs are basically bare . Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I ordered online, and a few mins later the owners son called to tell me they were closed for kitchen repairs. Absolutely love these guys, great food, great family, delivered stupid hot, with those amazing little pizza dough knots! Never once in the last 5 years have I been disappointed! Went to pick up my pizza ..when a another old guy came in an said he went home with the wrong pizza ..with the covid going on ..the guy tried to give me that pizza ..it was mine ..thats gross not happy ..going to call board of health..

Every single time I order pizza from this place it’s straight burnt. Mozzarellas are almost still frozen, just absolutely nasty.. always hear the big Indian guy talking so horrible to his staff. What a pos. Don’t know why they haven’t quit yet the way he talks down to them like he’s better. Oh please. step up that game cause it’s a bad atmosphere and bad food.

The best fish & chip in all of Fall River however you have to order a half hour before you pick up and at times you will spend another 5 minutes waiting on your fish. Enjoy!

Ive enjoyed this place over the past two years, especially the pizza, but im glad i went in to pick me food up last night. Because ill never eat here again because of it. One of the guys cooking the food had no gloves on, saw him cutting up some sausage throw it in a pan to cook then go instantly into the container they hold their pasta in without washing his hands. Cross contamination at its finest. Wonder what else goes on back there.

I order here out of convenience but I am disappointed with the one same thing I get each time hoping that maybe it would get better. Its made different every time even though its a simple sandwich. They over charge for what they offer and when Ive gone to pick up Ive seen bugs under the counter twice as well a friend of mine. Just not a satisfying experience yet.

Delicious and very good portion sizes. Pizza is good though the salads are all diced up. I like my salad chopped or actually my lettuce ripped not chopped but other than that it was good. Plus its just a personal preference.

Never order seafood from this place, so disgusting and it taste like they fried everything in the same nasty ass oil. No refund and no apology from them, the worst.

Was a great place to eat, until sold to new owner. All the old cooks left and now the food quality went right down. When I went there, the place was dirty and wait twenty minutes more there and was told it almost ready. then watch the cashier grab my order that been sit there, the hold time I was there wait from the pick up area( on top of the oven). You will never see me there again

If i could give them 0 stars I would. We order from them weekly at work, their food is good, but the issue is that they take a really long time to deliver, we eat lunch at noon and we have to order at 11 and we still receive it after noon. We called to order today at 11 and by 1pm the food was still not here, i called and spoke with the very rude man who answers the phone and was told that the order was never made and that he will get it ready, i asked for some type of compensation because waiting over 2 hours is unacceptable. he refused so i told him to cancel the order and we will not be ordering from them anymore, he was very rude and hung up. I will not be ordering any food from them anymore. we have had other issues with them as well, such as them not sending the correct order and then no correcting it, even when the receipt shows that what they sent was incorrect. Avoid this place...the people are rude.

This place has FANTASTIC pizza... But ever since new owners took over theyre very slow. Last 3 times Ive called for take out its been 30+ minutes, and not even at peak times. Never happened with the previous owner. Its really too bad.

I tried this place out because I was craving Authentic Italian food and received nothing even close. The closest thing to Italian was the Italian dressing. First off the Grilled chicken was dry-bland. The French Fries were Crinkle cut Frozen no seasoning- bland.. The Rice was bland.. I thought this was an Italian Kitchen. Fell well below my expectations and I could have cooked better grilled chicken. Damn...

We had to wait an hour and 38 minutes for our cheese pizza. we had a big handful of semolina in the bottom of the pizza box underneath the pizza. Pizza was burnt and stale weather it was from the hour and 38 minute wait who knows. But for my first time ordering from this place very unsatisfied with a quality of food.

Romano sub was excellent. The home made meatballs were actually home made and they tasted fresh not frozen. Pizza crust was fresh aswell, with the right amount of chewy vs crunchy texture.Deliver guy was such a nice guy.We are first time customers, and hope to be long time customers.Great job fiorentina!For real.

The pizza was good but the pasta OMG.... It was honestly the worst ive ever had. I ordered the pasta w/LA VODKA SAUCE AND CHICKEN... It was really creamy and just gross. The delivery guy was nice and thanked me for the tip.

They dropped my food and when the owner brought me back my food he said I dropped it and blamed it on the driver and that he isnt delivering to me anymore well Ill take my business elsewhere

I ordered delivery to my house took over an hour to get it delivered and the guy on the phone seemed extremely confused and kept trying to hang up on me in the middle of my order.the food came and they got my order wrong and I got an extra soda. I got the buffalo chicken pizza the chicken was dry and they forgot my blue cheese i ordered the special number 5 the mozzarella sticks breading were horrible and soggy. The fries were covered in grease and soggy i took a bite into the onion rings and grease poured out, And the jalepeno peppers were soaked in grease I threw everything In my air fryer and after cooking the whole thing was covered Im grease and tasted absolutely terrible. Never eating there again.

This place is awful.. Extremely rude.. They mess up on my food every time .I ordered recently from them and I ordered there chicken parm over pasta and I got plain chicken with no cheese and hardly any sauce (asked for extra) and called them to tell them. The guy said they were closing and couldnt replace my food but would give me a credit. I called recently and put an order in and use my credit. He stated there was nothing in the computer and I was a lier. I will NEVER order from them again. Aladins pizza in fall river is where to go.. The best pizza in town.

Couldnt fulfill my order. Offered a substitution. When i asked them to cancel the order i was told the didnt have the power to do that. They told me i could only have a store credit. A credit that to be fair, if i ordered again they might not be able to fulfill. Dominoes to the rescue and now its my banks problem. Employee had no other solutions other than offer extra side order but still couldnt offer a refund. Zero for 2 on successful orders from here

Worst customer service ever imaginable.. placed a delivery order and received a completely wrong order from top to bottom.. called the store to inform them, and was rudely told well thats what was entered in the computer ... the rude man on the phone proceeded to, what sounded like arguing with other employees, and than came back on the phone and gave another half ass excuse and offered no type of compensation.. no refund, no discount, no nothing.. absolutely terrible.. its a shame they have such incompetent employees considering their food is surprisingly half way decent.. a word of advice, just order dominos and save yourself the aggravation

I completely agree with the last review, we had food delivered, and it wasnt what we ordered, it was close, but when we called he (Andre the owner) said that someone who ordered a similar order (highly doubtful) got switched by the delivery guy, but surprise surprise, they couldnt remedy the issue, and hung up on me!!!! SECOND TIME out of three times, order got screwed up again!!!!!! What the hell????

I have ordered from here frequently up until 6 months on 2 seperate orders that were not correct and/or poorly made. We decided to order from other places. Well tonight we give them another shot, steak tip dinner horrible, and they forgot to deliver the salad, then fishermans platter 4 shrimp, 6 tiny scallops, 3 onion rings, a handful a fries and piece of fried fish $16.99. Alset!!

Very disappointed. This used to be a pretty good place but it has gone downhill. I place an internet order which was supposed to take 20 minutes. I arrived on time and was told they did not have my order. They told me that it takes 15 or more minutes before they actually get an internet order. Talk about slow internet. I replied that was BS and would get my food somewhere else. I also noted that the phone did not ring and no one came in while I was there, this was at 6 PM on a Friday night which should be a very busy time. I guess other people have also become disgusted.

While at work I placed an order using their online ordering system. Another coworker also called them to add to my order, when she called she was told the online ordering system was not working. I called Fiorentina’s to replace my order over the phone and was told they could not take any orders over the phone or the internet because their system was down completely. My coworker and I then made other arrangements for lunch... About an hour after speaking with them on the phone they showed up with the order I placed online. I’m sure there was some confusion and chaos going on over there with their system being down, especially at lunch time, and I understand that... It was just really inconvenient that we now had two lunch orders delivered that had to be paid for. When explaining this to the delivery man he told me I would have to call and tell them my situation because there was nothing he could do. I was too busy to call and deal with that, so we kept and paid for the food. My chicken parm on a scale from 1-10 was a 3... The tortellini/red sauce was subpar but the chicken was soggy and had an unusual brown color to it. My coworkers buffalo chicken wrap was more of a lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise wrap with very little “buffalo chicken.” Also, the wrap was suppose to come with fries... no fries were delivered. Overall not a good experience and we will not be ordering from there again.

By far best pizza delivery available for folks that live in Swansea, Somerset, and Fall River...everything else is average, but the red sauce used in their pasta and subs is also very good.

My friend and I came here for lunch today! We were greeted immediately and just received great service from the guy at the desk the moment I stepped in the door. His steak and cheese was soo big and juicy not all dry and my chicken Caesar salad was the BESSSSTTTT! Soo much chicken and nice and fresh ! Sooo good for a regular salad and onions added to it.. good food and good service you cant beat that! Thank you guys! 😁

My work ordered today for the first time the pizza was excellent but the seafood combo plate was a train wreck. Fish was bland and overcooked and some were even burnt, fries and onion rings were soggy. Waited for over an hour for delivery only to be disappointed.

This place is wonderful it has the best salad & pizza i live so close the food is still warm when it comes!
