Doing the paperwork was the longest part (about 30 minutes), but they had an area with toys that kept my son busy while we finished things up. My wife was in an accident and our SUV was totaled. We need a newer SUV fast. I surfed the websites and noticed 2 at Fallbrook Motors with excellent carfax reports. When I showed up Rosie let me drive the vehicle with no photo of license or other interrogation. I then purchased the vehicle with very good financing thanks to Rosie and left within 20 minutes. We got an excellent low mileage vehicle that had only been dealer services at current market rate. You will not get a great deal as the sticker price is fair for a great vehicle and they deserve to make a profit and pay their bills. Thank you. We will tells others and return for a Toyota pickup when I can afford one.

Just purchased a car here we were worried we werent able to get a car do to some things but they did there best to have us get approved thanks to Rosie and tim. Youve heard the term used car salesman right? Dont forget it and dont be fooled by the cheap prices. You get what you pay for! I like to buy from people who are honest and earn my return business by being fair. We agreed on buying a car from them and while we were going through financing (an hour later) they sold the car to another customer, even after we offered money down to hold it. They claim to do business the old way, on a handshake, but that couldnt be further from the truth. They offered to find us another model but I do business the old way....lie or screw me over once and were done for good! Way to go Fallbrook Motors, screwing people over the small town way. Your a disgrace to your lovely community.

I bought a car here on New Years Eve 2015. I traveled 12 hours from Northern California to get the car I wanted. The car was in great working shape, and I negotiated to a price I was happy with. So far so good. Its when I received the registration I began to realize something was up. My name was misspelled on the registration and this is only something that can be changed at the DMV, so thats what 6 hours out of my work day that Fallbrook Motors has stolen from me? Moving on, a couple months later I go to refinance my loan (this morning) and I am informed by the finance company that my birthdate is not correct and I will have to send some proof of my birthdate via fax before my loan can be refinanced, oh and the loan dealer explained that it was the dealership who recorded it incorrectly. So, moral of the story is, if you get a car here, do the paperwork yourself or youll get screwed out of your own work hours, at no skin off their nose.

Its been 4 years since I bought my car (04 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 117,000 miles) from Fallbrook Motors and if it were to break down with no fix in the world today I would go back and get another car from them no questions asked. It was my first car and its still running like a champ today, with about 189,000 miles. Ive put a little over 70,000 miles on it between short trips to work, several cross country road trips, couple short drives out to Texas, Vegas, Oregon!!! Yes, Ive had to replace a few things on the Jeep but its normal stuff that should be replaced at that mileage anyway. Tim and Rosie were amazing to work with, Rosie helped me out finding a loan and Tim even stayed past closing time waiting for me to show up. I bought it without test driving (living life on the wild side I know haha) but Tim was such a professional (not common in the dealer world) he informed me about a previous issue on the car (head gasket blew). I have a few car dealer friends now in my area and they all admit they would never tell a customer about that. Speaks to Tims integrity, he even got an electrical problem fixed at no cost to me AFTER I bought it. Ive learned a lot about cars since buying this Jeep but I would still buy a car from Fallbrook Motors without test driving and thats saying a lot!!!!
