What a wonderful store to do business with! I was looking for new window coverings so naturally you go to Home Depot. While HD had a lot to choose from and helpful, I got pricing while I was there so I knew what to budget for. I compared and got pricing for their Bali, Levolor and their cheap store brand. So then I decided to put my money back into my community and remembered a store in town. I was greeted to a warm and caring atmosphere by David and then he began his customer service in an effort to help me decide what would look the best. He had an even better selection to choose from! He asked questions I never thought of and offered advise and his professional opinion. What a breath of fresh air! I got pricing on a few and was shocked that his pricing was actually below Home Depot for a better product! Not that Bali & Levolor arent good products, but I guess you pay extra for the name. I just want an excellent product that looks great for a fair price. I couldnt be more happier with the end result. While we use the big box stores for everything, lets not forget the Mom & Pop stores in our own communities who have great products at BETTER prices than the big box stores. Plus they actually take the time to help you and you get the same genuine caring person when you go back...not oh shes off today! I just wish I had thought of them for my wood flooring instead of the store in Oceanside I used and I had to constantly call and follow up. Thanks a bunch David!
